It has been a pain getting my LTE watch to work properly. Adam and Steven were both very patient and helpful. Steven followed up and called me when he said he would, which is almost unheard of when it comes to most customer service. Hands down the best customer service I have ever recieved from a wireless provider. Thank you guys!

What scammers they are! I purchased a family plan for screen protectors and they change their “policy” every time anyone in my family went in for a new protector. First is was only for the phone you owned at the time of purchasing the plan. Then they couldn’t find us in the system. And now I’m told this plan was only for two years. That I should go to Target and purchase a new screen protector. Guess what? Any store other than this one will be getting all future personal and business purchases!!

No line. No waiting. In and out. Easy peasy. Sales clerk was helpful and took care of us without trying to upsell us.

Because go wireless isnt owned or operated by Verizon, Verizon will not back any lies/mistakes this location makes. Dont trust the big Verizon sign! Do yourself a favor and go to an actual Verizon store not just an authorised dealerGo wireless is bad news and lied to me about a promotion that was going on so they could overcharge me on a new phone I only purchased because it was such a good deal I cant believe a company like this is allowed to exist.

Did not have enough staff. The new guys needs more training. Their hot line needs a better job in answering calls.

Time for new phone. Verizon staff very helpful with suggestions and quick at transferring to new phone.

The customer service representative was really helpful but this location didnt have the items I needed in stock.

Went there yesterday to upgrade my sons broken iPhone 5. Before coming I spoke to Verizon over the phone and looked on their website to research pricing and options.This store is NOT an official Verizon store, it is a retailer. There was only ONE employee helping someone so I had to wait a while to be helped. Fine, not a big deal.When I finally got help, the price they were quoting me for my sons upgrade was $100.00 more than what Verizon had advertized.I asked about the discrepancy and the person working there made a few phone calls to look into it. He still said his pricing was accurate.I left and went to an actual Verizon store on Blossom Hill. They had around 10 employees working, were way more professional, and had accurate pricing ($100 less than other store).Had I not done my research ahead of time I would have been ripped off. What a scam. I cant believe Verizon lets these snakes get away with stuff like this.Minus 10 stars. Avoid at all costs.

This store is manned by great and friendly people BUT this is an independent reseller, not a corporate Verizon location.When I bought a new phone here a few weeks ago, a Samsung s10e, when I asked why I could not hotspot off my phone, they told me I dont have hotspot coverage but I could add it for $50/month. They also sold me a $60 screen protector.NOW FOR THE FACTS: I already had hotspotting in my present plan, so that was seemingly a lie. And the phone I bought COMES with a screen protector.An official Verizon rep walked me through fixing my new phone so it would hotspot (odd how it came out of the box not being able to) from GoWireless. Sure, I could say they may have lied to me, or it could have been a consistent series of mistakes. But Yeah, I think Im done with GoWireless. Always buy from a real Verizon store.

Great places if your not looking to be pressured and hound to buy a phone and accessories. Not so great if your looking for customer service and help picking a phone and going over features.

Im sorry to see there isnt a half star here, becouse i would have used it. They were utterly void of costumer service. WAITED FOR AN HOUR WITH ONLY ONE PERSON BEING HELPED IN FRONT OF ME! Then they asked to help the gal who walked in 45 minutes after me. The store had only two costumers waiting for an hour, so they knew who was next. POOR, POOR, POOREnds up there was a quick answer to my question that could have been addressed an hour earlier.

I was very disappointed with the lack of help I receive in the ware house of this place. The staff uses there lack of English to there benefit not to help u. I do lost of business there and I was treated like they didnt care.
