Ive been with Verizon for about 20 years and Ive always great experiences with every store and even the call center. I wish I could say the same for this particular store (Verizon Authorized Retailer - Victra Morgan Hill). This is absolutely the worst store and experience Ive ever had. I was in the process of upgrading my iPhone 7 to a 12 iPhone or 13 iPhone and every time I visited the store there was never anyone in the store and the door was always locked. Since the lights were on, I figured waiting outside would be the best option to catch someones attention. This happened all 4 times I visited the store. When I finally received helped there was always one rep who would always help 2-3 customers at a time. And they were always very short with their answers and help, almost like they just wanted you out of the store. All reps would tell me something different about my trade-in of my iPhone 7, including their regional manager. Im extremely disappointed with Verizon because how can they allow this type of customer service? This store specially is destroying their brand/reputation. I will be sharing my horrible experiences on every media platform because this store should not be allowed to be open.

The only Verizon store we will go to now. Alexandra is great. She is attentive and knowledgeable. When she didn’t know something she was excellent at chasing down answers for us. Her colleagues were also very helpful and acknowledged all customers who walked through their doors to try and manage wait times. My husband and I highly recommend this store if you’re a Verizon customer in Morgan Hill. We switched over from another Verizon authorized retailer in MH because these guys have service excellence.

Carlos was so helpful. He helped me figure out what was wrong with my phone and offered to set me up with Eddie to review our old plan. Eddie helped my husband get a new phone, trade in for his old phone and got us on a better cheaper plan that is now unlimited! Great experience with fabulous communication and exceptional customer service! A+ Verizon. This is why we have been customers for 25+ years. Well done. Thanks for the smooth transaction.

Came in last night (10 mims before closing) to get a new phone. Although Carlos didnt have it in stock he transferred one in for me. I called in today to see if it was in and took care of the particulars over the phone. Came Ill the store it was out in 10 mins. Fast and accurate. Ill be back.

She was very polite went through all the prompts at no fault of her own I was very disappointed that I could not get the phone I wanted which was a G7 power, was what my boyfriend recommended and he has a prepaid plans but for some reason he got one! and I didnt ! the good phones are for financing through ia contract. so Im not happy .

I went into the Verizon and asked a lot of questions in regards to different plans. I wanted to know the differences between unlimited data plans vs the Jet pack. Carlos was amazing- very patient- took his time explaining everything to me and knew when I was confused. He would then explain it in another way until I understood. He was genuine and extremely knowledgeable. It was truly a pleasant experience!

Yes, they are an authorized Verizon Retail store, but they are only authorized - they are NOT a Verizon corporate store, and yes that makes a big difference. Its also a small store jammed in a strip mall with limited inventory and accessories. Some might like that it is local here in Morgan Hill, but so is our local Target that is authorized. For me Ill take the drive to the Verizon Corporate store in Gilroy which is only 15 minutes away.

I was very impressed with this store. It was very clean and organized. All the employees are so welcoming and friendly. I liked that they were very knowledgeable about apps, phone and saving you money. If your in the area please stop in and see Cody or Carlos these two gentlemen are sharp and fun. :)

While I was there, both guys worked quickly and missed essential details, quoting people costs, and then, as they were rung up, being charged more. One guy came in and was quoted a cost for a cell phone case, and when being charged, it came up as more. Shouldn’t they know those costs??? Not only was I quoted for a price for my trade in for phone when I started the whole deal, at $100, then $50 because my phone was cracked, and then $35 when they actually ran the paperwork, but then they couldn’t get their printer to work, and they kept complaining about their WiFi not working 🤨 I had to go and do the mail in myself, and still haven’t received a refund. Additionally, I am now being charged extra each month for my storage, which I didn’t agree to (this was what was sold to me-as the phone “came with” the storage). Sloppy, fast, and mismanaged.

I went to buy a new phone, there was a wait time of 45 min, so the employee told me to just go home! I requested multiple times if i could be put on a wait-list and she refused. The workers are rude and inconsiderate. Im giving you my money and there is no reasonable effort to accompany my needs. Verizon is so lucky that it is slightly difficult to switch providers, if it was any easier this would be a reason to switch immediately.

I walked into get a simple issue addressed and the boy at the front was too busy with helping one other man to even look up and acknowledge that i was there or even bother to ask me how can i help you?! Or even ill be with you shortly. I waited for over 30 min and i still was not helped. Not professional at all!!! Sad.

Was not given proper explanation of charges. Was told a screen protector, case and cord were half price if purchased together... Half price?? =$55 screen protector($10 on Amazon) $45 case($10 on Amazon) and $35 charging cord(2 for $9 on Amazon) Manager came in with friends while my 10 year old son and I were there and were swearing and acting inappropriate. Had to mention my son was there twice to get them to watch there language. The next day the manager left early because it was slow leaving only a fairly new employee there by himself to try to resolve the multiple over charges I was not going to pay.. Im unsure how this store gets any return business?

Worth it to drive a few extra miles and avoid the rude and dismissive employees here!Went in because my phone wasnt working correctly, waited over 20 minutes for the single employee to finish with a couple ahead of me. Once he moved on to me he took my phone and answered a phone call, completely ignored me while messing with my phone giving me hand signals but never speaking to me because he was talking phone plans with the person on the phone, never asking them to hold or treating me like I even existed. I finally took my phone and 11 month old and walked out, all while he remained on the phone. At least acknowledge Im a human while Im paying monthly for spotty service and a (still) broken phone.

I went to the Vineyard location in May. Staff were dismissive and rude. There were two customers in the store, but all four staff members were visibly annoyed that they had to stop their conversation to help customers. All I needed was a replacement power cord for my NEW phone because the one that came with it stopped working. The one helping me rudely told me to, Give me your cord. Then he checked it and said, Oh, I guess youre right. It really doesnt work. Verifying is fine, but his comment was condescending. I explained that I just bought the phone on November 12th after my previous one was stolen, and that it has a warranty. A different employee snapped, Thats not new, its almost six months old! I told them the Gilroy location replaced my cord on my previous phone that I had for two years! Then she snapped again, Well, we dont do that here, you can go back to the Gilroy location. I needed a cord immediately, so I would buy it. After all that, I was told they didnt have any. Based on the few times Ive gone to this location, I wont go back. End of rant.
