I came in today and talked with Amanda. She was very helpful she did things of that not even I thought she could do. She got me the best price possible and I was very satisfied with the service. I recommend this place to anybody that needs a new phone

I came in because I was having a technical issue with my phone. There was a young lady I believe her name was melissa she fixed my issue right away I was extremely satisfied by her customer service! I live in Gilroy but I will certainly be coming back !

The staff here take all proper coronavirus precautions, and with regard to excellent customer service. I had an account question for CS at Cricket Wireless to resolve that required technical knowledge and expertise, and Amanda, working at the store at that day might have been the only one within forty or more miles to properly resolve it. Excellent solution to my question, and yes, the resolving took a little time and was entirely worth the effort to visit the store in person, and time spent at the store while I was helped. Great! I will return.

Took my soon and myself to get our phone checked caused we were having connections problems.The girls there helped us in an easy and quick process.great employees and quick process.

Great customer service. Went in thinking I was going to waste $100+ on accessories and ended up paying $60 plus tax with the amazing deals they are having right now.

I was extremely happy and satisfied with my experience at this store. I was happy with my previous carrier but Amanda explained why It would be beneficial for me to switch to Cricket and she was right and I am very happy with my new phone and the service. This place is horrible! Evey time ive gone to pay a bill there isnt anyone the to assist me door is always locked 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone or door so I leave and have to come back twice every time and this happens every month I hope the owner of this store does something about this soon...

This store is the best in the area! I have had horrible experiences in the past switching carriers however this time around our experience with Amanda was amazing. She was very helpful, Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and polite she was able to answer all of my questions and get me the best deal. I will definitely be coming back and bringing all my friends and family.She also offered me an amazing discount through a program called EBB. What a awesome experience she really had my best interest in mind.
