Anthony was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about his products. This was my first time trying out T-mobile and because of his tremendous help, I’m now part of the family. I will be going to him for all my T-Mobile needs! He truly went above and beyond!
Matt and Devin were SO helpful. We were there for over 6 hours due to an issue from another T Mobile store in Middle TN. The two employees stayed 2 hours after closing to ensure that we had working phones for the night. They were kind, patient, knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Thank you for taking care of us and going out of your way to serve us!
Matt was the best. Not only was he helping his other employee with the system that’s harder to use, but he was also helping me and another customer at the same time all while giving everyone there the service they needed. Excellent service, very friendly, extremely helpful. I came in looking for 2 phones and a plan and he got it together in an hour or less. He deserves a raise for sure.
This is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced, not just in a mobile service store, but pretty much anywhere. Devin and Matthew are very friendly and knowledgeable about the services provided and both went above and beyond what needed to be done to help me with what I needed. My wife and I were 110% satisfied with our service and purchase; highly recommended!

My husband and I went in to switch carriers and we worked with Matthew. We had a lot of questions and concerns, but Matthew walked us through everything. We moved all of our lines, and we have been very happy so far! I have text him several times, and he has always answered back quickly! Great service, great attitude, great store!
OMG, why did I not leave Verizon a long time ago. The service in the store was great and so far (only about 2 weeks) I have not noticed any difference in coverage!

Horrible customer service. Refused to help switch SIM card and told me i would have to be without a phone for a week. I would give zero stars if it was an option. Back in 2015 when I was first starting service with sprint the customer service and cell service was wonderful. Not now since switch to T-Mobile I am now with AT&T

Tower problems so my phone is off and on for over a week now. Can’t call out and no one can call me. Never had t mobile before and I’m not really impressed so far. At this point I would not recommend unfortunately my phone is new and only works with t moble.
The two men who closed on Saturday, September 26 have absolutely no idea what theyre doing at this store. I had to do their job for them only to be given a run around. It took so long that the mall actually closed before I just took my stuff and left. I would honestly give a 0/5 stars if I could.
A few months ago they offered no down payment and I set up the account and was exited to change my provider until I got to the end and there was a 300.00 down payment I opted not to change so a few weeks later I received a phone call from sprint and when I explained why I didnt switch they hung up on me. Today I get another call and he hung up on me too. I wasnt rude i just explained what happened. So if this is how they treat customers i have no desire to ever change to sprint.
These guys are great.. very professional.. great customer service. I had to cancel my service and return the phones because no service in my area. My fault for not checking first. Return was very easy.

These guys are great. I have always worried about not using a corporate store (due to past experiences with authorized dish network retailers) but since we do not have a corporate store close, I was forced to go here. I am very pleasantly surprised by the quality of service I was offered. They are there to help with sales, or service. They have earned my continued business.

The manager here is amazing. Swapped out phones for us quickly and poor thing had to search through everything to find a sim card but got us going in less than an hour.

The store doesnt open at 10 am it opens up at 11 am. Total waste of my time to go when the website says that it is open at 10 am.

We in to store and walked to counter. One gentleman was sitting down on his phone the other girl was standing. I ask them a simple question about my phone, my service is under sprint. The girl was nice, but the gentleman was the rudest employee ever. He either had a terrible day, sick, or the most racist employee ever. I would not go into this location expecting quality customer service.It also will make you rethink having service with Sprint.....

Lee and Jeremy worked really hard to fix the flub someone had made from the past from the stupid Verizon bill didnt show everything they needed to process their Visa pre paid cards to pay off the Verizon bill where they went back with Sprint. Sprint has unlimited data plan n my son loves his new phones so go see Lee at the store at the college square Mall.
We brought a phone to be turned in that was from att, when I switched. Well I have yet to see that 400 dollars. I keep getting the run around. So now the local store cant help. The district supervisor was supposed to fix this problem. I cant decide which is the next best step, better business bureau., a theft report filed with local law enforcement, or small claims court. Ohhhh and dont get me started on the coverage. Its terrible. I guess its a case you get what you pay for. Not a happy customer
Great service, friendly reps. As with all cellular stores, DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU TAKE ANY SALESMENS WORD. So far, these guys seem pretty honest about things.

Been with Sprint from our first cell phones. Not real happy with the way this store opperates. It seems the employees are only there to SELL phones, not help with any troubles you might have. I have to take my phone 35 miles west of home to have a tech look it over. Where has customer SERVICE gone?
Went in Monday to switch to Sprint. They didnt have the phone I wanted so he offered to make an appointment for today and he would get the phone I wanted in and waive the activation fee for the inconvenience. Show up today for my appointment and all the phones were sold in the mean time. Still offered to waive the activation fee but I dont really need the line without a phone now do I?

A nice store all-in-all but if you happen to walk in and are greeted by Jeremy Kinnick, turn around, walk straight out and wait for someone else. He is a condescending arrogant prick who has absolutely no right to be. He doesnt know half of what he is talking about. I can get better customer support from the girl across the road working the Long John Silvers drive thru.
Not great. Went in looking to upgrade, ended up just walking out.
Costumer service sucks. They changed our promotion in the middle of our 2 year lease and then informed us that the promotion on the phones we currently have will end soon and we have to either pay of the phones or pay full “rental” price that does not go towards the cost of the phones. Switching soon after my bills have went up even after dropping one of the lines. No thanks. Going to either AT&T or Verizon by the end of the week.

I gave 1star because I had to.We change over from Verizon worst mistake ever,to begin with we had 3 lines with Verizon we were assured without a doubt we qualified for 3 with Sprint,well that was the first lie,we were told our bill would be a certain price for 3 lines which was cheaper than Verizon 2nd lie,we are stuck with only 2 lines not 3, And $30.00 higher than what we were paying Verizon for 3 lines,this was on June 27th we were also told we wouldnt have a bill until towards the end of July,well guess what 2 weeks later we got this very high bill with no warning and was due to be paid then,I mean the very next day we called and were told because we were new customers you had to pay immediately upon receipt for the first 60 days.We were supposed to have our 3 phones bought out from Verizon well guess what we are stuck with those to,we called this store several times were told they would get it fixed,all they done was drag it past the 14 day return period.This store is lying scammers,not only are we stuck with only 2 lines from 3 with a much higher bill we are stuck paying for the 3 other Verizon phones they were supposed to buy out
