I went in today 8/30/21 and had an excellent experience the facility was clean and organized. I was greeted by Marisol who helped me switch from Xfinity Mobile to T mobile. She clearly provided the different plans to me that would best fit my lifestyle and did not pressure me to buy anything extra. I was there for a long time because of an issue with my previous phone provider. Marisol was patient kind and stayed with me until I walked out with a new cell phone plan. thank you very much!
Im giving 1 star because zero isnt an option. I dealt with Sprint for 10 years and loved the experience. I now HAVE to deal with TMobile in Morristown and they are a DISASTER. Worst customer experience I have ever seen. Their computers never seem to work, they quietly mutter to themselves about the customer so the customer cannot hear which is so frustrating. When I pointed out the illogical way they were conducting the transaction the manager (Imran) told me I could do better online and this office will not assist!! I wasnt rude, didnt swear and didnt shout. These guys clearly have not had management training and should be educated. Unless you know exactly what you want when you enter this store, please save yourself the frustration.
I went there for a sim swap for my Sprint devices. The store was well kept and the store personnel were friendly. It would have been a 5 star experience if I was told the insurance would have been removed from said devices.I had to talk to a Sprint rep and was told that when the swap was made, thats when the T-Mobile should have asked me did I still want to keep my insurance active.Its a small thing and Im glad I caught it and was able to get the insurance reinstated before something happened to my phones but its still an important detail. All in all my time in store was pleasant.Thanks!
Loki was a great. Best person I meet in t mobile . I had broken tablet he help me get another one and save me some money in my account. I use to go to different T-Mobile but going forward coming here for everything. Loki is very knowledgeable and he expexplain everything. Im happy to meet him . Thank you Loki .

Shayla and Loki spent hours helping me transfer over from Verizon wireless. They are patient and friendly and finally got everything to work right. I would highly recommend this store,

PRICELESS VIDEOS DELETED AFTER REPEATEDLY ASKING EMPLOYEE IF EVERYTHING HAD TRANSFERRED. The girl I dealt with was absent minded, couldnt answer any questions, and was on her phone! When transferring my media from the old phone to the new one, she reset the old phone before it was finished transferring! I told her I didnt think it was done and to wait, but she assured me it was finished. Priceless videos were permanently deleted which could have been easily avoided! Luckily I kept the SD card because I clearly could not trust this employee.
I arrived at your morristown T-Mobile store where I purchased a new phone this summer hoping to get the Google maps volume fixed. Arrived one female employee was helping 2 customers at counter. After waiting 40 minutes another Male employee came out never asked me if I needed help but certainly making eye contact several times.Went to another monitor at counter next to the other employee playing for another 10 minutes ignoring me. A black lady came in 15 minutes after me he walks over to her and asks if she needs help Im looking at him like I guess I have to be Spanish or black to get help in this store. Still no one asked me if I needed help. So instead of creating a scene screaming at my disgust to these employees and wished I never bought a phone there walked out never to go back . You got to do something with that stores employees MAD AS HELL!!
Great Service! Sales representatives are very knowledgeable. Recommend this store to everyone. Look for the manager name Nahian. He saved me $80 on my bill.

Nick, Cesar and Imran, that work in the T Mobil Morristown Office, are a very good team. Technically they are knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I switched to T Mobil last year from Verizon and they helped me go through the transition smoothly. Because of them I recommend T Mobile enthusiastically.

Walked in on December 31st because my phone is broken I walked in and it was like a party grey goose and the employees are drinking while on the job with the manager nothing but bad experiences every time I go in. If you dont be believe look at the cameras.. What a disgrace for T-Mobile I dont even want to stay with them..
They helped me and enjoyed being there. I stayed longer because I was having fun talking after the phone was fixed.

T-Mobile in Morristown are great team. I had some issues during my stay, but promt and decisive action by team was ABOVE and BEYOND and I was much APPRECIATED. Omik Z and team have natural ability to understand and feel my experiencing, and are able to meet my needs effectively. The whole team is young, very positive and knowledgeable. I just switch to T-Mobile looking forward for more great deals,service, connection and experience with them.I will be back soon:-) Well Done!Thank you!

Horrible store, bad manager. Tried to overcharge me and sell me things I didnt even need. Called customer service and found out they arent even a real T-Mobile store, just a dealer. Going back to store in Morris Plains. Never had a problem there.
