This was a great experience! We were preparing our vehicle for a long trip and went to have the oil changed and the tires rotated. The gentleman that helped us informed us that we didnt need the oil changed yet, but he would check all the fluids and top them off and check the vehicle. They also rotated the tires and vacuumed the car completely. Very impressed!

I got an oil change, and I’m my way home the engine overheated. Atticus, the general manager, came out and said since the truck was so old it was coincidence. We get all of our maintenance done, and have had zero issues with this vehicle. It wasn’t coincidence. The guys, checking dipsticks, etc, accidentally bumped one of the hoses and broke it. That’s clearly what happened, and I pleaded with him to not put this back on me. Jiffy Lube is a multi million dollar company, and this clearly fits under “cost of doing business”, but now I have to pay to get it towed to a mechanic amd fixed. He was an inflexible company man. Jiffy lube should be proud that he held his ground and made sure it didn’t cost the company anything. There was zero compassion, zero concern, zero care in his demeanor. He stuck to his guns and told me to have a nice day as he drove off. Never again, Jiffy lube. Never again.

For the second time Jiffy Lube failed to properly install the oil filter, leading to an oil leak. This time we had to pay a mechanic to tell us that the filter was not seated properly. We dropped off the mechanic information to Jiffy Lube but they failed to call us for two weeks. I finally dropped in to ask but Jiffy Lube failed to take accountability for their errors, refund our money to the mechanic or even give us a discount or free oil change. I do not recommend taking your vehicle into Jiffy Lube.

I went there and it was the first oil change for my car in Moscow. The staff was so friendly and welcoming and the service was great! No need to take an appointment it was a “first come first served “. They did clean the wind shields and vacuum the car’s floor for free.

Ive been to this location twice to have my oil changed. The first time went without a hitch and the staff was professional and helpful. The second time around resulted in my transmission failing. I went in for a standard oil change and after the oil change my transmission immediately failed. Upon further inspection it had appeared that they had pulled my transmission drain plug instead of the oil drain plug. The transmission drain plug threads had been freshly stripped and I had to have a gallon of transmission fluid added to get the transmission functioning again. They also under filled my oil only giving the car 8 out of 8 1/2 quarts that it requires and they refused to give me the final 1/2 quart despite charging me for it. The service was performed on April 6th 2021 and the crew were: Upper bay; Kadin D, Lower Bay; Evan C, CT; Evan W, CSA/TL/Cashier; Atticus S. I also overheard this crew badmouthing my vehicle during the service which is just a fantastic addition to a horrible experience.

I sent my son in with a coupon that is valid for this location and not expired. He was told they dont accept them any longer at this location. Not correct or proefessional, they took advantage of a college student that wouldnt question a professional. In addition they repeatedly tried to upsell, luckily I prepared him for this and he refused multiple times. He explained we have our own mechanic but he needs the oil change now because he is at college and cant use the regular mechanic. Being in a college town I feel that this location should be more honest with customers. If you are not going to take a coupon then your location shouldnt be listed on it. My son paid full price and he should have gotten the $10-15 off. Very disappointed in the service.

Wonderful service providers here, they did my oil and rear differential in a timely manner and were happily social and helpful throughout the process. I didnt feel like I was being conned into getting the most expensive oil or parts and and the most needed parts were clearly explained to give me the choice between doing them and not. Great customer service and great employees. I will definitely be back.

It was nice to revisit Jiffy Lube in Moscow, ID. The customer service is excellent, and the employees tried to do everything to please and offer excellent service. I was happy they vacuumed the car as well as wash the windshield and other windows in addition to the oil change and usual accoutrements that go with that service. I liked the price and the wait was zero minutes. Ill be back!

The Jiffy Lube in Moscow, Idaho routinely delivers quality service for me. They are respectful towards customers, do a good job with the car maintainence, and they are honest with their customers. They have never given me misinformation about servicing my car in an attempt to rip me off, and Ive experienced their technicians to be skilled at both routine maintenance like fluid changes, and even more in-depth jobs like brake repairs. In my last visit, one of the crew members went the extra mile and sprayed WD-40 in the door of my car to stop it from squeaking, and they cleaned my windows. Outstanding customer service like that is why I am a routine customer at Jiffy Lube.

Lied about brake fluid said it was old and at 3 percent moisture and needed replaced just had new fluid and brakes done at les scwabs 10 minutes b4 arriving at jiffy lube what a buch of thieves.. dont trust them.. lost my business and trust

The employees allowed 2 customers to enter without face masks as required by the cities mandate telling the customers it was fine. The inside is small with no chance of social distancing.

Yesterday, I went there for oil change but they have recommended for change the driving belt. so i did it. after they have damaged my car. My steering wheel is not working. they damage my car body. I will never go there. I am very upset. My car was perfect before went to Jiffy Lube. Now I have to spend more than $1000 to fix that.

By all costs, try to avoid this place. I’ve gone there three times and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt each time. Each time they have belittled me as a woman and tried to take advantage of my lack of education on trucks to make me spend more money.Yesterday, I tried them again. Everything went smoothly until I came home to find my wind shield wiper fluid container leaking immensely. It’s never had a crack or leak. In an hour, half of the fluid was gone. I called and told them what had happened and they told me that they cannot fix it because they doubt it was their fault. I brought it back in and the manager refused to come out and discuss the issue with me because it was a “one in a million coincidence” that this had happened. They were the last people to touch the container and it could have just been bumped wrong or an honest mistake, but they refuse to fix it. Poor communication, poor leadership, poor accountability.

Great customer service! It was sprinkling outside and any time there was a car, someone was waiting outside to greet them. They opened the car door and walked the customer to the office, opening the office door and welcoming them inside. I mentioned in passing my upcoming travel, and they suggested high-mileage oil. They were great and helped me get what I needed for my budget.

Went in for an oil change, and it turned out our high mount brake light was out. Even though my husband is capable of doing it himself, we asked them to replace it because we figured we were there already. A few days later my husband noticed the light was not working. He took a closer look and realized it had not been replaced properly and had caused the casing to be damaged and the light to not function. Called and told them. They said they had to do an investigation because even though the paperwork said we had a brake light replaced by them, they couldnt be certain it was THAT brake light (even though we had been repeat customers and it was all a little too serendipitous). Took them weeks before they actually got their stuff together and finally replaced it for us. Was offered nothing for our hassle. Very unprofessional service. I also was not kept updated on things and had to call myself to see how things were moving along with their investigation and ordering the part and whatnot. In the meantime we had to drive around with a busted high mount brake light. All because they couldnt do a $10 repair job properly. Will not be using their services again.

Would be 2.5 stars if I could. Decent service, very fast, but somehow managed to break a windshield wiper, even after I told them that they were new and they didnt need to do anything to them. If I hadnt left town for Seattle later that day, I would have been back in to demand they replace it at no cost. This is not the first time Ive heard of something breaking while at a Jiffy Lube. Buyer beware.

Went in for a basic oil change on my 2012 grand caravan we had just purchased, they called me after ten minutes and said my drain plug wasnt stock so they wouldnt be able to change my oil. When I asked what was wrong with it, the mechanic in the back (dumb looking fat guy) said because of his vast experience he noticed it was oversized. Being a new car to me, I was worried it would need a new oil pan ($350)and called the dealer. On a whim, I climbed under it and changed the oil myself. The drain plug was perfectly fine and went in and out without and problems. I have a garage and work on stuff all the time but sometime I like to have my oil changed rather then get my hands oily. This was a nice reminder to save time and money and just do it yourself. Ended up being one of the easiest oil changes Ive done and saved me $40. As for the head mechanic over there, I doubt he was qualified to change a wiper blade. Regardless jiffy lube in Moscow lost my business for life!

I have gone to Jiffy Lube for years for oil changes. Its pricier but Ive always had good interaction with the staff and the service is quick. However the past two or three times Ive gone in there for an oil change, theyve pulled a filthy air filter from under the desk and told me it was my air filter, and it must be replaced immediately. I believed them but chose not to get it fixed right away, as I can actually handle that myself. No big deal. BUT, when I got around to looking at the actual air filter in my car, I realized it isnt remotely the same filter as what they were showing me, nor was it filthy and clogged. I have heard from others in town and other cities that this is a common practice in this chain. There was another instance where I was told my wipers were so damaged they were going to mess up my windshield if I didnt replace them, and so I let them add that on to my bill. Come to find out, the windshield wipers were not the correct size for my car and I had to replace them, but not before they fell off.Id definitely recommend them for oil changes and similar procedures but try to avoid giving in when they try to upsell to you. I am severely disappointed to learn that this particular ploy is common.

Ive used this place for the last year and had no problems, actually really liked it. Then they not only did not replace a dipstick (It was just sitting by the engine, under the hood, where I didnt see it for 2 weeks, causing car problems but when I went in to speak to them I not only got the brush-off but was told they were out of power steering fluid. By a worker, the manager didnt even bother to come out. Wow. When I went to the local autoplace to buy the fluid they told me to go to Meineke instead, Jiffy Lube here is terrible.

I showed up for an oil change more than three months after my last oil change, but before Id driven as many miles as they recommended between oil changes. The mechanic was very friendly. He checked my oil, told me that I didnt need to have it changed yet, and topped off my windshield washer fluid.

So fast I didnt even have to park, literally drove right up to the garage, hopped out and someone asked what i needed and started. Another employee ran over the price and the quick diagnostic they did. Overall great experience I will be returning.

As always, the Pullman Jiffy Lube always greats you before you even get the car in park. Always friendly, professional, courteous, and trustworthy.Recently I had a 40 foot diesel coach that I brought in for recharge of the dash air. The Jiffy Lube Technician could not find this in his database...but he made this work...it was a hot week ahead and AC was desperately needed. He located the correct info on the web, found the correct fittings on the coach (underneath the side in the rear of the coach), connected up and recharged the air...works the best it has in years. Other service locations would not even look at it within the next 2-3 weeks....Jiffy Lube did the same day, for less money and done within an hour.Thank you

Jiffy needs to increase employee salary. The turnover must be a nightmare from a training perspective and means inconsistent service.

Most expensive oil change Ive ever paid for. Came with a free window cleaning and vacuuming. The windows were cleaned already, and the vacuum job was horrible. I asked if I paid for the vacuuming and they said it was free. Good for them otherwise I would have told them to do it right. I did not like the way they try to upsell over and over again. Not a pleasant experience. I give two stars for the reason that they did do the oil change and tire pressure.

I had my oil changed and this place put 1 quart too much. Always check what is done. Nobody there is ASE certified. That means no one there is a mechanic. They are just employees. I dont go there anymore.

So after changing my oil, they took off my tires to check my brakes and then ruined the lug nut for putting one of my tires back on. Not only did I not need my brakes changed after them telling me I did, it cost me $300 for new studs on my tire due to their inability to put my tire back on.

Absolutely terrible. DO NOT GO HERE. The guy at the desk is an incompetent fool. He scraped my oil cap so that I NEEDED to get a much more expensive procedure because of the damage. He apparently tells everyone you have a very special car, considering it has this motor... you need this for your car. When i already knew what manufacturer/car i already had and what kind of oil i needed. However, he will try to make you feel like you know nothing about vehicles when actually he knows nothing more than how to add little stickers to his crappy audi. Again, DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Do not go here! Twice in a row they have failed to put back the hose going from my air filter to the engine. Could have caused serious damage to my vehicle.

Got an oil change, but they didnt check/refill the oil in the rear axel. Luckily my mechanic caught this before it caused serious damage.

As I walked up to get change for the car wash I was told that I am not welcome around here by an employee, I am a customer just like everyone else and I felt that this was poor customer service.

A friend took a car in to get a tune up, car broke down a couple of weeks later, mechanic says it needs a tune up, what did they do?

In and out in 15 minutes!
