I was treated very well. They are very busy and I could see why, they are very professional and well priced. They were also recommended by my extended family in the area. They took very good care of my vehicle and sent me text messages to comment with me. I am very pleased with my experience there.

Went in for an oil change. Was told a while list of things was wrong, including a battery that had pictures of the testing that Andrew did showing it failed. I picked up my car and took it right over to Oreillys. I didnt tell them why I wanted my battery tested, they put there machine on it. Tested the alternator, battery starter and it all tested just fine. The guy at Oreillys asked why I was there and I told him that I came from Meineke because they said that my battery was bad and failed the test and wanted to put a new one in for $250.00 he laughed and said that there top of the line battery installed for free is under $200.00. When the service advisor called from Meineke to say that my car battery failed the test and they could put one in it for $250.00 I said no.. Glad I did. I dont trust this business any more, as this is now the second time that I have been told that I need major work done, and took it some where else and was told no, they are wrong. And I did have something wrong last summer when my engine mounts were broke and there 21 point inspection didnt catch it.

The fine people at Meinke were able to diagnose my problem, order the required part, and install it, all within 3 hours. Hopefully I don’t need to come back, but if I do, I have confidence they’ll do me right.

I made an appointment online and came in it had made the appointment for the following week, but they called me about 10 mins after I left and said their 11 o’clock appointment didn’t show so I could get in real quick. He was very professional and courteous. Will go back again for sure. ☺️

Came to this shop after my car started heating up while I was driving in from out of town. They were quick to diagnose and pinpoint the issue. I told them that I was heading back home the next day, however they had advised me that that would worsen the issue and were amazing enough to squeeze my car in the following day. Ive been impressed by how thorough Meineke is. They go beyond the oil change in their check-up. I feel like my car has been to an annual physical exam, not just getting a band-aid.

Several employees went above and beyond to help me at no benefit to themselves. My car had broken outside of this center and they did everything they could to get me back on the road, including one employee loaning me tools and using his lunch break time to assist me. It was far beyond anything I have ever seen from a company. I was able to get home and see my family on time thanks to them. Take your car here. I definitely will be.

Got done exactly what I asked for and did it on a super timely basis but price gouged me (assuming its bc Im a woman but maybe they gouge equally🤪). Overall a good job but overpricing is annoying.

I dont usually leave Google Reviews but my experience was so good I decided to leave one. I orginally came thinking i was going to spend over one hundred dollars on a repair. Ended up spending less than $60 in a car that felt brand new. This service is incredible, and the shop is clean. Highly recommend this place.

The mechanics are there to help keep your care running safe and reliable. They don’t want to see you on a regular bases just as much as you don’t want to be there on a regular bases. Customer service is excellent. Everyone is polite and willing to explain what they are doing to your vehicle. Great shop.

Best place in Moscow for an oil change!

I have been very nervous to get my car its routine services due to COVID-19 fears, but I decided to give this place a try given the existing Google ratings as well as the proximity to my job. I did not feel comfortable sitting and waiting indoors due to the pandemic. When I approached the building there were several mechanics who were outdoor smoking alongside the building and the check in man did not a. With the high winds, I got a nice face full of their smoke which is not only disrespectful of customers who are entering, but also dangerous given the pandemic and wildfires. Despite the city of Moscow mandated mask order, when I entered the building the man doing check-ins had his mask dangling off one ear and was not covering his nose/mouth. He kept saying he could not hear me, but I refused to approach until he put his mask up; the plexiglass breath shields that they have are a complete joke because the workers are all taller than the shields. Although there is hand sanitizer for customers, the man doing check-ins did not use any after touching his masks and before handling my car key. Even though I pre-registered for my appointment online, it still took over 10 minutes for him to finish whatever data entry he was doing to get me in the queue.I will say that the service was fast, but definitely not the type of oil change that I am accustomed to a having. They mention that their oil change package includes a 23 point inspection. They did not give me any information about other issues with my vehicle such as the giant rock chip in my windshield and other issues that my previous mechanic was monitoring. They did change my air filter, but left greasy stains all over my steering wheel, glove box, passenger door and the passenger seat upholstery. I was planning on sanitizing the inside of the car due to my admitted germophobia even pre-COVID, but leaving the large stains in the interior were unacceptable and entirely unprofessional. I went back in to complain and a gentleman came out to get the stains out... once again I was approached without the gentleman putting his mask on. He did remove the stains, but I certainly hope that mechanic who did this was reprimanded.For the little that was done, I found the service to be overly expensive, unprofessional, lacking in true safety protocols, and not worth the geographic convenience. I will NEVER return to this location and will be driving down to my former mechanic in Lewiston where they actually respect my property and take pride in their work.

Called for a quote that ended up being incorrect because the front desk forgot to mention the 4% extra charge if you dont use cash. I cant support keeping this from the customer over the phone, I cant drive to the bank because they are working on my car. Poor way of doing business.

Ive had very positive experiences with these guys. Their pricing is reasonable, and they are prompt. Most of all, I appreciate how they never pester me about purchasing more services than needed with pushy up-selling tactics; they simply do what I ask them to do and send me on my way. I had one instance with a vehicle I dropped off prior to opening slipping through the cracks and taking longer than scheduled, but they owned their mistake and got it right in. Great service, highly recommend.

I appreciated that when I went they didn’t try to up sell me on anything. I got what I needed in a timely manor. They were upfront that they had been behind but the time estimate I was given was spot on.

Maintenance person or mechanic pulled too hard on my hood release lever and broke the cable. Afterward they tried to make it seem like my car had problems in the past with the hood opening (not true). Fiddled around with it for an hour at the shop with no success. Finally called a person at an auto body shop to help and he was unable to figure it out. Car is now parked in my garage and I am still unable to open the hood. Because of this I am most likely looking at spending close to $300 dollars to fix it. I appreciate the fact the the guys at shop tried to help, but I didnt like that they didnt own up to the issue and they tried to pass the buck. With everything going on in the economy right now this is not what I needed to have happen or have the time and money to deal with. This could have been avoided if the person would have pulled on the lever lightly and had someone push down in the middle of the hood to open it. Instead they kept pulling and pulling on the lever resulting the situation I am currently in. NOT HAPPY with how everything worked out because this is not of my own doing and I am paying (literally) for someone elses mistake. Not sure if I will go back again...

Used to go to the Meineke back home and when I needed an oil change I was pleased to see there was one here in town. The lady even applied a coupon I didn’t know existed because she is super cool like that. And when they brought out my air filter I was told it could be replaced now but it wasn’t desperate. I really like that they don’t upsell you on things you don’t need yet. They let you know what they found, what they recommend and leave you to decide.

As a woman, I worry that car shops will try to take advantage of me and charge me extra or for things that dont need to be fixed. The meineke care care center here in Moscow has never tried to take advantage of me and have even addressed small things for no charge like a check engine light. They are also quick to schedule you in for same day service or you can call in to schedule a time that works for you. I appreciate the kindness and respect shown to me and everyone at the front desk! The repairs are timely and the time estimates for the repairs are quite accurate. Kind workers, good prices, and efficient service.

Michelle has always been able to schedule me in quickly and is always helping me to get the best deal possible with coupons or rewards points. Had a good experience. The ONLY complaint I would have is that they called me to tell me a headlight was out while they were doing the oil change and when I told them it’s just loose and tapping it makes it work again they didn’t even offer to tighten the headlight, and when I got the paperwork after the work was done it said the headlight was “recommended” and the “customer refused” I didn’t refuse ANYTHING! you guys didn’t offer to fix it. Other than that, had a great experience they have good customer service.

My husband took our econoline van there for an oil change. They didnt tell him til after he checked out that there was an extra charge for using a credit card! In 2020?? Really? Next time he had the oil changed, they said that the plug was in so tight that to remove it might cause damage to the oil pan (or whatever its called). When the plug was removed the threads were all damaged. Lesson learned, Will never go there again.

I have been going to Meineke in Moscow for oil changes for several years now. They are honest people who dont try to sell you anything you dont need and they do a good job. I love that you can make appointments online and that they are open until 6pm.

They had my car for 4 hours after my appointment time because their system said they had a part in stock when they actually needed it shipped from Spokane. They were good about letting me know when I dropped my car off, but I would have preferred to know when my car would be done rather than a vague guesstimate.

The people and the work at Moscow Meineke are GREAT. They are straight up with the customer, they dont rip you off and repair quotes are fair and reasonable. Im a Southern boy and they always treat me kind and professionally and THIS is my repair spot. I have lived here since 2017 and I only take my car to Moscow Meineke because they are honest and do excellent work. Oh and Im a college student on a budget and I can still afford them!!

Very honest and fair people. I took my car to other mechanic for inspection, they told me some parts needs to be replaced urgently and they give me a 420 $ quote for that service. I took my car to Meineke, they said they do the same service for only 190$! Once they start working on my car they found that the part is still OK and there is no need to change it. Adam is very nice and honest gentleman, he told me I can drive the car safely for years and the part still would be OK. He did not charge me at all. I recommend this center to everybody! Absolutely fair, honest, professional and friendly people.

Generally good, but the clerk failed to explain the seriousness of a problem the technician diagnosed, which frustrated me when I figured out on my own how dangerous it is to continue to drive my car without fixing it asap. Ive set up an appt elsewhere as a result.

Yesterday, June 29th I had a appointment at 10:30 AM, didnt take my P/U in until 11:10 I had a ticket for their special $32.00, my P/U took an extra quart of oil and I signed the ticket for the $39.00, the tire rotation was supposed to come with the special, they didnt rotate my tires and one of the mechanics brought my air cleaner in and asked if I wanted to change it also, it was pretty dirty so I said yes, when I got the final bill it was $73.00 plus a few cents, I asked what this was about, they said it was for the Air Cleaner, they had charged me the regular price for the service and $30.00 for a $8.50 filter I could hav bought from Amazon! While I was questioning the bill one of the mechanics set another air filter on the desk and showed it to a little old lady and asked her if she wanted to change the filter saying it was pretty dirty, it wasnt a bit dirty and of course she said if it needs to be changed go ahead. Ill never go back to Meineke and will be passing this along to friends!

Family owned, they did a great job installing my Magna Flow 12198 Muffler on my Ram 2013. Sounds gorgeous and noticed my Mpg has an increase, slight. Anyway, they make sure to do the job right even if it takes extra time but didnt charge me for anything outside of the quote unless it was unexpected material as expected. I was there when they had lunch and they offered me lasagna! I sense Italian sausage, hamburger, feta cheese and various other ingredients, owner did a good job. Thank you Meineke of Moscow and most of all the Owners. They also give Veteran Discount too which is appreciated!-U.S. Army Veteran

Often went there since the service was initially good (2 years ago). However high part prices, poor communication, and overall lack of quality work on this last go around drove me away for good. As a customer, I dont ever want to see ductape placed under my hood by a mechanic without permission when the part that needed to be fixed cost $40. That is not good business practice!

Charged me to fix a slow leak and claimed to patch the tire. The next day I had the exact same problem. I took the truck to Les Schwab the next day and they trimed the sliver around the edge that was causing the leak for free. As far as I can tell these people charged me $25 to take my tire off and put it back on. Fraudulent

The Moscow location earned five stars because they rushed my vehicle in to get repairs done. I work in the Cascades and had missed two days of work already. They got me in and out faster than they thought. The parking lot was full with vehicles waiting so I appreciate their efforts.

Quick and reliable for my oil change

Quick and efficient. I had some new tires put on along with a synthetic oil change. They did a good job and even went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied.

I took my car in for an oil change. When I mentioned in small talk, needing to replace my wiper blades, they were able to replace those at reasonable cost. Plus, I had been hearing a sound, for 2 years now, and had taken my car to a repair shop prior, for the issue. Those shops could never duplicate the issue, so it just persisted here and there. I was thinking of taking it in to Meineke. In asking, they told the mechanic to check the heat shield. I was able to find out right then, the heat shield was my issue! Moscow Meineke did anything they could to help me.I also observed them help someone that just stopped in, explaining she was headed out of town, and ask if she could air her tires up. They accommodated her request with no problem. She left looking very happy, as well as 2 other customers I witnessed that day.

Fixed my car more quickly and for less money than expected. Friendly and professional.

I have been going to Meineke since they opened in Moscow. I have three vehicles and they service all three from oil changes to brakes to repairs. I have always been treated very fairly. They are not aggressive but will let you know when something needs fixed. I trust them wholeheartedly and, as a female, I have struggled with some local shops that have taken advantage of my ignorance. I really wont go anywhere else unless it is a repair they dont do. Their busy shop speaks for itself.

I am new to the area, and needed to find a place to have some work done on my car. I own a Kia, I was very pleased to find out that they have a Kia Certified Tech. Ive found these techs are usually only found at a Kia Dealership. I was pleased by the communication and explanation that was given to me. They kept me informed every step of the way. Reasonably priced, and a kind staff. If you own a Kia I would highly recommend Meineke!

I was having battery issues and they were the closest by me. When I went in, they tested it, let me know it was bad, and gave me a quote for a new one. I was able to go elsewhere where I still had a warranty for a battery and they didn’t charge me anything for the diagnosis. They were also great people and had me in and out in no time.

This review is based on technicians ! you would think A “trained professional” wouldn’t strip your drain plug out and then not replace it ? As well as giving advice on safety I would recommend retraining your employees on proper maintenance Procedures I will say the managers are very respectful and courteous.

These guys have great deals. They are honest and professional. Even when they are slammed they will take the time to come out and look at your car if you have an emergency or need to have them take a quick look at something.
