We went shopping for an executive style desk for my wife. The staff member that greeted us was polite initially. After the first greeting when he told us where to look, not even offering to show us, the salesman was just rude. The one time he came back to where we were, he was extremely unhelpful. He simply stood there and hovered saying g nothing. My wife felt uncomfortable so asked questions. The little bit of information we received from him had to be basically forced from him. Then in the middle of us talking, he just walks away. I dont know what this guys deal was, but it is unacceptable. It felt like he was judging us based on our ages or relaxed appearances. We will not be returning to the store nor will we ever recommend it to others.

Fred was extremely helpful from day one. Amanda put in extra effort to meet all of our wants and definitely came up with good ideas we would have never thought of. The two of them were more than willing to make adjustments on the spot. The store walkthrough after the presentation was the most useful part of the day. They went the extra mile and we are most thankful they did. Highly recommended

We needed to furnish a bedroom in a very short time frame. Greg worked with us, showing our options of what is available. The items he showed us more than met our needs. We didnt settle, the bedroom suite was exactly what we were looking for. Upon leaving we mentioned we also needed a mattress set. Greg worked with us, went up and beyond. He wasnt able to find us a full set (All this COVID issues), but was able to find us a box spring back in inventory that met our needs, since we had an older mattress that could be used for our guests.I cant say how much we appreciate the dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction he provided.You have definitely gained a repeat customer and will highly recommend you to all our friends and family.

Chris (didnt get his last name) covered the store by himself due to the ice storm closing the store. He walked me through placing the order on line and was super helpful. Overall, the furniture is very good quality. My only ding (which is major to us) is that during COVID, they have not updated us on estimated furniture delivery changes. We ordered furniture in late November. It was to be delivered the week before Christmas. The week before Christmas, we called and found it it would be the third week of January. Last week, we decided to call and we were told it is now the end of February. At this point, we are unsure if we are ever getting our furniture.

We want to thank Ronnie for his help in making our mattress and bedroom set purchase! We were unsure of what type of mattress we wanted and his recommendations helped to ease our mind. Will be back for future purchases.

I wanted to share some photos of the bed I purchased a little over a year ago in-case you are planning to purchase the Cambridge Panel Bed DONT! The wood has started to crack across the top and at the base on one side. Im sure the other products are okay, but this one is not very well made at all, and would avoid it.Unfortunately I just missed the warranty and will have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed, or just at some point pay to have it replaced since they are not willing to have it fixed.

My husband and I originally had paid for a sofa and loveseat back in early June. After waiting 9wks for delivery we were called and told we would not get our furniture until Jan 2021 because of Covid. We got a refund and started looking again. We went everywhere in search of something similar to what we had ordered back in June. Everywhere we went we were told that we would have to order and that we wouldnt get our furniture until Nov, Dec, or Jan. I was starting to get discouraged but decided to try Havertys in Huntsville. My husband and I have never been to a Havertys and didnt know what to expect. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Ronnie who was very friendly and ready help.I explained what we were looking for and he immediately took us to a beautiful reclining sofa and loveseat. It was exactly what we have been looking for and checked all our boxes. We even liked it more that the first set we had ordered. They have a warehouse in Atlanta and Ronnie called to see if that set was in stock. The loveseat was and could be delivered to our house within 2wks. The sofa was out of stock but could be ordered and delivered within 4 wks. We were thrilled because 2 and 4wks was the best delivery of any of the places we had been to previously. Ronnie called me 2 days after we ordered our furniture and told me he checked back with the warehouse and they had gotten our sofa back in stock and that we would get it in 2wks also. I was so excited! Ronnie kept track of everything and would call to let me know the delivery date and time as he found out. As promised we got our sofa and loveseat within 2 wks and delivered at the time they said they would. The delivery guys were also great! Our furniture set is beautiful and comfortable! So thankful we were able to find exactly what we were looking for (and I was very specific) and didnt have to wait until almost next year for it! We were pleased with the stores practices concerning Covid-19 precautions. The gentleman who helped us with our purchase was very helpful. He listened to what we were in need of and steered us in the right direction. He left us to discuss our options and make our decision on our own. Once our decision was made, he worked through the purchase quickly and painlessly. The cashier was also fast, efficient, and friendly. He did some searching and found something available at the Atlanta warehouse that would be available for the delivery date that I needed. WOW, glad I called my local Huntsville, AL store! Purchased a couch for my self and one for my daughter and son in law. A tv concierge. A chair and an ottoman. A Kitchen table and chairs . And two customer made pillows to match my chair. This was a considerable purchase but I added the protection for good measure since I was spending a goodly sum of money. TV concierge is good. Table and chairs good. Couch already showing fabric wear. Chair was poorly finished. Still find an occasional stray thread as the fabric is not finished underneath only stapled on. I also purchased 2 occasional tables that leave an oxidized black dust everytime I wipe them off. My biggest disappointment besides the fact that when I called just a few months after purchase they only suggested to send a technician who could do nothing for my particular situation, is the fact that I am constantly picking up a hand fill of feathers from my pillows which cost 100. 00 a piece because these custom made down filled pillows are not lined.si lessons learned. I will never shop Havertys again. And promise to make sure no one invests in poorly made products from them as well. And the protection they offer is very limited and is not worth the price you pay.Very disappointed in the whole situation.
