When we first walked into the store Sawyer greeted the people as they walked through the door he also apologized he didn’t greet us as we already knew what we wanted and he was assisting the guy in the walker with his son. Worse customer service ever! I am extremely upset about the situation. I went to stored on 7/26 and got chair to add on house. I spoke to Daniel sales associate who automatically assumed I wanted extended warranty and didn’t even ask. After it was all done, I asked the manager (they have 3 and I can’t remember which one) to see if they can look or teach me how to fix a year that a got a little over a year ago with extended warranty. The screws are loose as you see on picture is not broken I just don’t know how to fix screws. The manager said they will call me and 2 weeks by nothing. I did a follow up call today and ended in tears, they don’t know who manager was and can’t or won’t help I been buying furniture for 10yrs from them never been mistreated this bad. Now I have to figure out who it was because they don’t know mind you they have 3 manager so whoever was there on 7/26 you will think they have a schedule. So don’t waste time on warranties they won’t help.Today, 8/10 after posting the review (about 3 hrs or so later) I got a call from store manager Michael to inquire about the problem. He said he will train employee and assist with chair issue. He was very polite and helpful. Updating to 3 ⭐️ for actually caring. If it gets solved I will advise.Update 8/18, Brianna from corporate call me advising they cannot do exchange lol “we are very sorry but you need to call extended warranty”. Yeah! I already did since the chair is not Damage and only has loose screws they do not cover it. Back to square 1 the run around and lies is what bothers me. Corporate doesn’t care about us. “If I could do anything else I would “ … yeah I don’t think so. Just be aware if anything gets damage or if there is a problems nobody cares and they will ensure to not fix problem.

Ordered a sectional on 4/18. Paid in full and no discounts upon purchase. Scheduled for delivery today 8/26/21 between 11a-3p. It is now 7:15p and I have no delivery. Online tracking says my new window for delivery is between 3p-midnight. Completely absurd. I contacted customer service and was given subpar service- was told I cannot get a full refund on delivery. I would never recommend this company given the excess delay to receive furniture and now poor delivery service

Extremely durable and very solid. Went in 2019 and bought my daughter furniture for her room. Still in great shape and looks like new. Just bought my little ones some new furniture for their bedrooms and plan on coming back to get some furniture for my living room & kitchen. The service we receive is great. I honestly just wanted to use the chat feature to find out if a power reclining sofa I was considering had USB ports. I had looked off and on all day and could not find it in the description so I started a Live Chat. Claudia responded, verified who I was and immediately found the answer to my question. I arrived at Rooms To Go today with my daughter and was met by Claudia. Her warm greeting and offer to assist us got things off to a quick start. I explained that we were looking to purchase two Queen sized mattresses and after she asked a few clarifying questions, she took us straight to the area with the types of mattresses we were interested in. In addition, she stayed right within the price range we mentioned and did not try to push higher priced items. She suggested several for us to try out and after a short time we had settled on the two we liked. I asked a few questions on the items we wanted and she was able to answer everything with confidence.After the sale was completed and we left, the first thing my daughter said outside was “I really liked her, she was sweet!”. Besides the approval of my daughter, I would like to say that Claudia is an excellent salesperson – especially after only 1 week on the job! Her ability to help the customer navigate through a large selection of options in a short time while keeping their shopping goals in mind (all while being friendly and upbeat) is why I will be going back to purchase another mattress in the near future!
