They are amazing! I have been searching for a queen Purple mattress everywhere! Jason at Mattress Firm, went above and beyond for us! He found the last one they had at their warehouse and had it shipped FREE to me the very next day! He also held his promise to a deal for a free base that was made originally. I cannot say enough how customers are always treated with respect and they are so friendly and helpful! Even the delivery guys were respectful of our home and made sure I was happy! Thank you everyone at Mattress Firm for making our new bed buying experience easy and fun too!

Rude person working there. I had to park at alterations place behind there I had no clue about the parking and the guy made a big fuss telling me not to park there and also putting note on car. If they’re so worried about people parking in the parking lot they need a sign instead of being rude and putting post it notes on people cars. If I need a mattress in the future I definitely will not go there now. There was plenty of parking there by the way.

This is our second time purchasing a mattress from mattress firm. We were greeted by Jason as we entered the store. He asked what we were looking for, and we told him a king I Comfort Mattress. Jason was very knowledgeable of the mattress, and he did not try to pressure us into buying the mattress. My wife and I went to the Old Fort Location and had a wonderful experience. Yulia was our sales associate and she was very thorough and knowledgeable about the mattresses and accessories that were being sold. She was very upfront during the transaction and she never seemed overly pushy or car salesman like. The whole process was easy and smooth and I cant wait for our mattress to arrive. We had gone to a few other mattress stores in the city and nothing quiet met the level of service that we had here. I would definitely recommend this store to my friends and family when purchasing a mattress.

When arriving to the old fort store location we observed a black male employee sitting at a center desk with a white woman employee. The black male did not have a mask on. When we entered the store we were told we had to wear a mask. My party advised her we do not wear or support mask and that her employee did not either apparently. We politely took our business elsewhere but the hypocrisy at the front line level will be the reason I will never shop here and will advise others to take there business elsewhere where equality is supported.

We went to Mattress Firm on Old Fort Parkway in Murfreesboro Tennessee. The associate, Eric, went above and beyond to assure us that we got the bed that was right for us as well as give us the best price possible. I would recommend visiting this location and letting Eric help you into your bed at a ridiculously good price.

The employees were very helpful in satisfying all my questions and ordering exactly what I needed for comfort. They also price matched prices which made it difficult to order anywhere else. I am very pleased with my visit and purchases today!
