I bought a love seat recliner in March. We have had to have the repair man out half a dozen times to fix a lean in one half of the live seat. They replaced the seat cushion, the chair assembly, the back, added batting, now they are replacing the entire seat assembly. Which doesnt match the rest of the love seat because it is new and the other half is six months old. The store offers no help and just says it is up to the manufacturers how to fix issues. I am most displeased with all the correction needed and the lack of willingness to replace the entire piece of furniture. I wish I could just get my money back and go somewhere else with better customer service

Purchased a bedroom suit back in April. We didnt receive but part of it 4 months later. Still missing the tall dresser. No one from that store calls me for updates. The only reason I know whats going on is because I call them. This is very bad customer service. The bedroom is fully paid off. I called the finance company i financed it with. When they called the furniture store they told them it would be at my house at the end if october 2021. Guess what. No call and tomorrow is the last working day if the month. Im very disappointed on this place. They refused to let us swap out for a different suite and I think Im being lied to. I give the rating a big fat ZERO

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience in this store. Ive done nothing but look through furniture stores over the past week and this one was my nicest experience. The prices were reasonable and the store had a great layout. Lastly, Joshua G. was a great help. I always hate it when a salesperson becomes your shadow but that was not the case with Joshua. He gave us plenty of space to browse on our own and whenever we needed something, he just seemed to show back up right when we needed him. I recommend checking them out if youre close by and in need of some furnishings.

Very neat store, plenty to choose from & friendly staff. Prices wasnt too bad. Majority of the throw pillows are included with the furniture. Observed too many customers without masks. So my shopping ended early.

I purchased a couch from Price point Murfreesboro back mid Feb. I called at the end of April to find out why I havent heard from them on the couch and was told that due to covid the delivery would be late and should arrive the first of June. I didnt argue, didnt complain. Stated I understood and hoped to hear from them soon. Here it is the end of June - still no call and no couch. I cancelled the order. Guess what? I get to pay a 20% restocking fee for an item that they do not even have. $250 fee for nothing. I have purchased several items off the show room floor over the past few years- never had to order something before. This is an item that they keep in stock, they just did not have the color in stock at the time of order. Nice way to treat your customers, especially repeat ones. UPDATE: it’s been 2 weeks since I cancelled my order. They still have not received my order, still have not refunded my money, and still want to charge me a restocking fee.

Purchased a bedset back in March 2020 and the employees who delivered it dented the headboard. It has been 6 months and they still have yet to replace it. Every time I call they push back the delivery date

Horrible customer service. Bought a bedroom set and was told it would be a month to get it in. No problem. Called to check in after a month and was told it would be another 3 weeks. Again it was no problem. Called again after 3 weeks and was told it was going to be 4 more weeks. Cant cancel the order without paying a 20% cancelation fee which was first called a restocking fee. I will not be shopping here again.

Ive purchased a lot of furniture from Price Point over the years. We have been happy with all our purchases until now. We purchased a dining set and bookshelf. Both arrived damaged Monday. We immediately called the store and sent pictures to a number they provided. No response, no call. We called Tuesday, they act like they are unaware of the issue but say they can schedule some to come out and look at damage to see if it can be fixed. The damage to the table is probably manufacturer defect as they delivery men were unboxing and assembling the table upon delivery. However, the bookshelf was by the store or during delivery. We want to return the damaged bookshelf. I feel like they are now ignoring us with hopes we just go away.

Good price and good service. Best part was they had sofa in stock. Didn’t have to wait months.

Drove across the highway to PP and from the moment we walked in PP we were greeted and helped finalize a couch, mattress, and bed frame purchase all in stock!

We have had a great experience twice before buying furniture from Brandon at the Murfreesboro Store. Even recommended several Friends to shop there.However tonight we went in to purchase a new living room set only to find out he is no longer working there. So a new lady named Debra tried to help us. She was very aggressive from the start with a little attitude and didnt have very good Customer Service skills. She got pretty nasty when we asked her if that was the best price and wasnt willing to work out a deal like Brandon had done for us before, its like she didnt even want to try. Instead she bashed Brandonfor that and said well thats probably why he doesnt work here anymore.She just kept pushing the in store credit card that we told her several times before we werent interested in. I was rather annoyed with the whole situation and just wanted to leave which we ended up doing...

Absolutely horrible! I would rate them at zero stars if possible. I bought a couch on 10/3/20 and it still has not been delivered. When I purchased the furniture my salesman promised that I would have my furniture by the end of the month at the absolute latest. Now here we are almost 3 months later and still no furniture. They have given me to more ‘guaranteed’ dates on when my furniture will arrive and still nothing. They have done nothing to fix the situation except give more excuses. Oh and they don’t offer refunds. I hate this place and will never give them my business again. Buyer beware!!

He said we bought it as is and wasn’t going to replace or refund! HIGHLY UPSET!!! Why even sale a broken chair? We bought an accent chair august 7 2021. The chair was on clearance me thinking it was on clearance because of color or it sat too long in show room! NO it was broke! The salesman “forgot” to indulge that information! If i had known i would of picked a different chair! Ive emailed 4 times and called 3!!! Ive gotten NO WHERE!!! EXTREMELY POOR BUSINESS!!!

This is the absolute worst store ever. They keep postponing the date to receive our bedroom. I ordered it in February and they said I’ll get it in 40 days, after 2 months I’ve only received half the furniture. One of the pieces are even damaged. One of the manager’s has no respect for his customers.

I have shopped here for years. Unfortunately recently I have discovered they dont care about their loyal customers. I went down to purchase a new living room set. The salesmanship math didnt add up and he didnt want to discuss. Just said thats it and good bye. I went to FMO in murfreesboro and got the exact same set $500 dollars cheaper. I just gave them another chance when I wanted to upgrade the queen bed frame I bought from them with the whole bedroom set, to a king. They are more expensive than FMO in murfreesboro. He wouldnt even humor a conversation. If you truly want a better deal, do your homework. Check prices at FMO. I promise you will get a better deal from them. Dont take my word for it, just call and see. If Im wrong let me know. I have receipts to prove Im right.

The ONLY reason they are getting 1 star is because I have to leave something.. Im looking for a new living room suite so figured Id stop in here on Sat. Jan. 16th and look and see what they have. I arrived at 5:32 pm to look as they close at 7pm. Never was greeted and walked around till 6:11pm when Im walking towards the door to leave a man asked if Id been helped. (There were 3 other customers and at least 4 employees there) I said no but dont worry about it thatd Id already been here almost 45 minutes and no one has helped. No greeting, No Ill be right with you after helping them, etc... NOTHING!Ive been in retail for 25 years and this has got to be the WORST service ever and Ive had some bad ones. Just so you know after looking at the Jackson Mammoth sectional in grey it was a pretty easy choice for me. Now I will look elsewhere for the same item and should expect better service easily!

Met with Jim on our initial visit, knowledgeable sales rep and very personable. Jim and the staff made financing a breeze and we were well informed throughout the process. We were planning to have a Christmas party in the near future & needed the additional seating we had just purchased in a timely manner. Jim and the staff went out of their way to ensure an early delivery and have since made good on that promise. The delivery guys were very respectful and courteous during the install and made sure to avoid damaging the home. Long story short, you’re in good hands at a customer friendly price. Wouldnt even give a star! Dont waste your time this place is a joke.Bought a living room set and when the delivery guys delivered they scrapped the whole side of the couch. I was on lunch break at time of the delivery so had to get back to work on top of new paint and floor so I wrapped in plastic. Several phone calls and pics sent they said was bought as is you can clearly tell its from a door frame. 2500 to waste. Go someone who actually stands behind their product.

I am beyond disappointed in this company. We bought a sectional in January. When we first ordered the sectional they did not order the correct ottoman for the sectional, they ordered the wrong color. So on the day that we came to pick up the sectional, they did not have all the correct pieces, so we had to make a second trip. That was merely the first issue. The second issue arose when we inspected the cushions as we unwrapped the sectional. There was a manufacturing defect in one of the cushions. We took it back to the store where they claimed that they would order us a new cover for the cushion. Initially thought it wasnt going to be a big deal. Well at the end of February we hadnt been called to let us know that the new cover was in, so after numerous calls and Im so sorrys it turns out that they ordered the wrong cover. (They ordered a cover for a different cushion.) So they had to reorder it. After 6 MONTHS, nearly 7 now, and numerous calls to the store, they still dont have a cover and have zero idea when it will get here. I understand that COVID wrecked a lot of things, but 7 months of waiting for a simple cushion cover is almost too ridiculous for words. Especially when the staff and manager have not seemed concerned about this issue. There is a bedroom suit that we also liked in the store, but due to the incredibly poor customer service and reaction times, we will be taking our business elsewhere. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone else. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a very good experience shopping and finding what I wanted however when I picked it up the guy who loaded up my truck just carelessly loaded up my furniture. He shoved my headboard in there fairly hard and cracked it. Wish they would just deliver the headboard piece to me for the inconvenience instead of having me bring the old one and pick up the new one just seems like the least they could do. Mind you I live in an upstairs apartment.

My furniture was fairly priced, excellent quality, and was delivered flawlessly THE NEXT DAY! The entire process was smooth and really took a load of stress off my home buying process! We got great bedroom sets at a terrific price for our children at Christmas. Unfortunately, one of the bed rails spilt on a bed. We contacted the company and they were very proactive in getting the situation resolved. As the bed had been a newer model, the rail couldn’t just be replaced. They ordered the entire new version of the bed and replaced it promptly. Would recommend for service, quality, and price.

I purchased a sofa during their March Mania sale. I love the sofa! Its perfect and it was delivered the next day. The two delivery men set it up quickly and efficiently and didnt leave a mess behind. What I appreciate most about the entire experience, besides getting a sofa for around 40% off, was the manager who showed me the couches and gave me a run down of the sale wasnt pushy at all. He let me look and test out the couches, checked in with me once and answered my questions. I will definitely buy from them again.

Very incompetent. Very disappointed with customer service. Very satisfied with the technician who did the work. Requested a repair under warranty on my bed. They had to order the part. But after three weeks of waiting they still had not called us. When we called them found out they had the part but didn’t know who it was for.

From the time my husband and I moved to Murfreesboro and came to Price Point Furniture to get some ideas for our new apartment Brandon was there to answer our questions. I am leaving this review based on the customer service I received. I do not know the quality of the furniture or how well it holds up yet because I just got it but it seems great and they sure do have some beautiful items in their showroom. My salesman was Patrick Anderson. And he was awesome through our whole transaction. He is friendly, energetic and helpful. I’ve been in the store a couple of times and watched him deal with multiple customers at a time and he did it well. Any issues or concerns we had were handled quickly by Patrick. Also, the office staff and delivery team were great! Very, very pleased with my experience at Price Point. Thank you!

I strongly recommend Price Point in Murfreesboro. I was quite exhausted with looking at 5 other furniture stores when I came across Greg at PP. He listened to what I needed then proceeded to show me the options he had that fit our very specific needs. We were able to purchase better quality furniture for less money than the other stores we visited.
