The salesman at Mattress Firm was very helpful showing me the beds that fit my needs. They had a huge variety of beds to choose from. He was very helpful getting the bed I wanted to a price I was happy with. When he told me my bed could be delivered ( and my old mattress taken off at no charge) in 4 days I was thrilled! Other places I’d checked couldn’t even give me a delivery date for over a month.My mattress was delivered on the day they told me ; and the men even helped me put my bed skirt on. M very pleased with Mattress Firm.

If youre ever in search for a new mattress and go to this store ask for Luis. Hes amazing. I waited a month and a half for a company to deliver me the wrong bed so I went out to search for another asap. Luis was super helpful, but not overly pushy. He also gave me a discount and threw in a bed frame for free. I really wanted the bed that day or soon after, but he told me the earliest he could get it was in 11 days, but he told me to check back with him on Monday to see if hed have it in sooner. Im super excited about the purchase and 10/10 would recommend Luis! Definitely ask for him whenever you go because hes very accomdating and gives superb customer service.

Mattress Firm had exactly what I was looking for. They gad a queen size bed frame that works with my mattress and they had a twin mattress for a daybed. The salesman was helpful and friendly.

The mattress and accessories i purchased are top notch. The rub: The delivery guy scratched the floor by dragging it through the living room to the bedroom. My building contractor and my assistant watched him do it at the very moment he did it - then exclaimed he didn’t do it. ????? don’t use their delivery service. there is no accountability. terrible experience- just terrible.

Luis Rossi, is the guy who helped my kids and I pick out our mattresses. I have a 12 and 7 year old, who tend to be a handful at times. Luis was very helpful and patient with us. We went in close to closing time and we couldnt make a decision right away and my son was all over the place and talking non stop. Luis remained helpful and patient threw it all. That was our first time making a purchase from mattress firm and we are very pleased with the purchase as well as with the helpful customer service we were given.

Our salesman at the store on Medical center (yesterday 3/13) was very informative, non-pushy, and helpful. I felt he try had our best interest in mind and was not just trying to make a sale. He got us the 90 day same as cash deal and a very fair price. Now we are just waiting for delivery tomorrow.

Luis was a little rude/condescending form the minute we walked in. He only became more rude and condescending the longer we were in the store. My husband and I were there to buy a box spring for our tempur pedic mattress and Luis asked us when we bought the mattress so I told him we bought it not long ago. I told him we were only interested in a box spring since we didn’t have one. I feel his attitude changed from here. I’m not sure if it’s because we weren’t looking for a big purchase like a mattress that he didn’t care or what. He asked why we didn’t purchase our box spring when we bought our mattress but in an incredulous tone and I just said we bought it with a bedroom set and at the time it was just a lot of money at once. I didn’t think I had to explain why?From there it just got more uncomfortable. I asked what the difference from a low profile box spring to a regular was and he said “4 inches” in such a rude way. I just wanted to know what the difference was and which one we should buy. I asked the shipping and he said $99. I looked it up on the tempur pedic website and they ship for free so I told him we would just order it from there because we wanted to save money. He said he could price match it and said “If you said it to began with I could have told you we would price match it.” Again though, he was rude and condescending. I even told him if I was asking too many questions I didn’t mean to offend him I just don’t know, which is why I’m asking. Because I was trying to figure out why he was so mean. He was still cold and let me pay. Once I paid he was like “okay that’s it” so I started to walk away and my husband asked where the receipt was so I turned back around and asked oh can I have a receipt? And he said “I wasn’t done” and then got the receipt, had me sign and said “now I’m done you can go” yet again, in such a rude tone as if I were a child. I felt terrible like I had been scolded or bullied. When I started to walk out I turned to ask his name and he said “Robert”My husband and I were so upset we went to a mattress firm a mile away off of 96 where Yulia helped us. We initially intended to just go and cancel the order because we were pretty upset with the whole encounter. Yulia was so nice. So I asked if she could cancel it from that store and have her sell it to me. She took the time to answer our questions and explained if a low profile or regular box spring would be better. So we ended up having her cancel our order with Luis at the Avenue location and buying it from her. Another funny thing is when we asked her if a Robert worked there she said no Luis and some other guy and described the two guys we saw, including Luis, who lied to me and said his name was Robert - probably so if I made a complaint it wouldn’t trace back to him?Either way, if you’re looking to go to mattress firm, go to the one off Old Fort Parkway and ask for Yulia.

It was the first time I was shopping for mattresses for my kids (2 &4). I got one memory foam as the seller recommended and it turned out to be just perfect. Delivery was a little earlier than I expected. Just ordered another mattress with bunkie board and hope it comes on time. Sales associates are really nice, thoughtful and very helpful in giving advises. Before coming to Mattress Firm, I tried other mattress stores but didnt feel that level of attention as I did with sales team at Murfreesboro store. Overall great quality and great team! Definitely recommend checking with them first before going anywhere else for mattress shop!

We were extremely lucky to have Austin Collins help with the wonderful inventory details at the West End Mattress Firm store, here in Nashville. I needed a FIRM mattress with an adjustible base. He showed me exactly what I asked for within minutes of enterting the store and explained in detail how the adjustable base worked - this base was a necessity for a back condition I now have. The second bed I tried, however, was truly the one. We bought the second one!!!Im very grateful for Austins knowledge and patience in answering the many questions I had. I look forward to getting my new bed and finally getting a painfree night of sleep. This was my second purchare from Mattress Firm. My new mattress will replace that one bought in North Charleston, SC many years ago. I went in to get an idea for a mattress I wanted so I could budget for the right price. They had a large selection of mattresses, but I felt so pressured that I wasn’t able to make any decisions.To top it off, they asked if we wanted to see if we qualify for financing so I gave them our information and moved on. Today I got a credit card in the mail from them that I never wanted to sign up for! I am not happy about this at all. I will not be returning.

We bought a purple mattress from this place, which was awesome best sleep ever, and Luis was awesome and didn’t pressure us one bit.What they don’t tell you is that when you apply for financing your actually opening up a credit card from synchrony bank, and when you’re approved and make your first payment it drops your credit score 80-100 points even if your on time. This is Because it uses the entire credit limit instantly.Love the mattress, don’t like the fact we we’re deceived into a credit card. They do kind of rush you through the paperwork and tell you it’s in house financing. Effin love this mattress though.
