I was really excited to try a new foundation. I haven’t worn foundation in a year and with the foundation Sephora carries I was worried about getting the right shade. When I went into the store I thought nobody was in there. It was dead silent no workers in sight. I just went ahead and looked for a foundation (wish I would have had help) and when I went to the counter a worker popped her head up from behind the counter. Like... we’re you there the whole time? Shouldn’t the workers be asking their customers if they need anything? Or at least not hiding? It was kind of comical.
The girl was very helpful and I received very fast service!
Wish I knew the name of the girl who helped me out so good! Normally I rather walk around alone as I always come in, knowing what I need and want but this time I had to get foundation recommendations and shade match. The employee helped me so well, definitely much appreciated and the time she took to touch up my make up. Walked out with my new holy grail foundation.
The girls at this Sephora are always so helpful and friendly, I walk in and feel like I’m hanging out with friends. The store has gotten so much better this year, it’s all around cleaner and they keep getting more and more products!
I heard so many good things about Sephora. And I decided to try this store. Wrong. If you ask questions or need help to finding stuff,they will make you feel like you are in their way. Very unpleasant. I will not coming back to this location.

I typically never leave a negative review but my mom came in to this location to ask some questions and in the market (meaning wanting to buy A LOT) I assured her she would receive help and no, she asked and they didnt give her the time of day. I asked her if they were the random high schoolers they choose to hire there and she said they were all middle aged. Im disgusted with this company and this location. Get off your high horses ladies, you hardly do your own makeup well and your sales skills are horrendous.
Came to exchange an eyeshadow palette. The proof of purchase was on my beauty insider. Manager stated she could not honor that proof of purchase because it didnt the price. When I log into my account the price is there and when the rep called sephora the proce was stated! Poor management! Horrible
Worst service ever. No one helped me at all. I asked 3 times for help and she would just say Ill be there in a sec and never came and helped other people instead. This isnt the first time Ive had bad service last time I went their and their was only ONE person in the store and I was looking for something important and had very little time it took FOREVER. Seriously Ulta is way better never come to this Sephora youll get the worst service. My foundation doesnt even match because no one helped me wow $38 dollars of waste.

Sephora girl (black one) was rude in practically kicking us out. Instead of offering to help us, she said “just so you guys know we close at 9”, i said thank you, i know. Then she proceeded to say “I’m telling you because that means alllll of our doors will be locked” and I said, once again, “thank you, I KNOW” like girl, I used to work at a Sephora, I know what closing hours are and what the procedure is like. My manager always preferred us to stay until the last customer left instead of rushing them out because customers don’t care if you’re about to close, and it’s money. I’m going back and returning what I bought because I really should’ve just confronted her in the moment and not purchased anything. Very dissatisfied.
The manager was rude and didn’t help at all!! Only greeted me after I greeted her. Also was harassed by a bystander.
The staff Ive interacted with are all very helpful and happy to help! The store is also very clean which is a huge improvement for how it used to be a couple years ago.
Always out of stock!! employees make it uncomfortable to shop!! Everything a mess and played in or chewed up 🤨 customer service is a solid 2 ... they need a makeover in all things customer service AND Sephora, The End.
Get a new phone every time i call it cuts off
Ive shopped at this SiJCP a few times now (as its close to home) and yet I cannot recall ever having had a positive experience here. As others have already pointed out in their reviews, the service is SEVERELY lacking and the employees more than compensate for it with their terrible attitudes. Also, they more often than not act annoyed when you ask them to do their job and like to hoard SiJCP-specific GWP promos that are meant for customers. A word Id use to sum up this location and its people? Ratchet. Or maybe even Dusty, lol. Id rather shell out the extra money on gas to shop at a Sephora in Nashville than subject myself to going in here anymore. Next!
I went to this Sephora location today with four things purchased, but I only found two items in my bag when I got home. I am completely upset and angry with Sephora because they will not look for or refund me for the extra money I paid. The only place my two items could be are on their paying counter. Nothing is being done about this. Not returning again.

My fiancé bought the new cologne Savage by I think Dior. The nice, very expensive, very great smelling cologne that all of my friends now wear. My friends literally spray (1) spray inside their shirt onto their chest/shirt and go to work in both an office and construction environment. Both last ALL DAY LONG. I have the same exact bottle that costs a whopping $95 dollars but mine lasts no longer than 45 minutes. I also would like to add that I do not smoke cigarettes and still, 45 minutes tops. We mentioned this to the girls in the store just yesterday and they gladly exchanged it for a brand new bottle. Today I open my new bottle, spray it (2) times and less than 20 minutes later there is ZERO trace of its scent. I can not imagine I am the only one to purchase this cologne and have this problem. I have been a cologne connoisseur since I was a young boy and the ONLY time Ive had this happen, or heard of this happening is with extremely cheap cologne. Lately one that I bought from the local Nashville Flea market did the same thing with a different well known cologne that Ive owned 3 or more bottles of over the years because it lasts so long. Its imposter/fake cologne. Sry for the rant but now my point should be obvious, why is this rather upscale store in a decent sized mall in a fairly big town selling fake cologne for absolute top dollar!? I am beyond upset! If they cannot replace my now SECOND bottle with only 2 sprays gone with the same exact bottle of THE REAL THING.... Then no threat, I promise I am reporting them to the BBB asap. This is an outrage. Oh and Id like to give less than one star but the girl that help my fiancé out was very sweet and gave her a lot of free samples with her small purchase because she didnt make it into the store on her birthday to receive her free birthday samples.
Customer service below standard. When walking into the store not only were we not greeted, but we were there 10 min before anyone asked if we needed assistance. Three people working in this store there were only 2 customers other than my daughter and me. The only one who asked if we needed help was the association already helping someone. Bad move I have a 15 year old ready to spend money.
So today around 10:30am I went into Sephora to look at some makeup, I was the only customer and there was only one girl that I saw working, AGAIN I was the ONLY customer in the sephora store inside of jcpenney! First off the girl was rude and very unprofessional, didnt want to help or sale me on anything, and VERY unfriendly!!! I asked for a few samples so that I could try it before I buy it and she didnt even want to give me ONE at all!!! Very rude and unprofessional!!!! This was today Friday 9/16/17 at 10am so girl who was working needs to get it together!!!
Im a regular at this sephora. The girls in there know me by name, and they also know to let me be when Im in the store. Im a beauty junkie myself, and I dont need anyones help or recommendations like most. If I need them, they are there. They always say hi and talk to me, and I feel like they like me, because I dont bug them and ask them common sense questions constantly. They love someone who goes in there, and knows what they want. Easy customer. Sometimes they even ask me recommendations. Im one of those types that like to be left alone when I enter Sephora. They like that about me too. The fact the girls know me by name is just icing on the cake. They are always friendly, and ready to talk to me. I never wear makeup going in there either, so if you think wearing makeup will make a difference in the way they treat you, then you get it all wrong. Im a regular, so Im sure regulars are treated better than first timers. My only complaint is they dont carry a lot of the products and brands thats on the website. Other than that, I come here once or twice a week, and always spend good money. I love my sephora crew 💝
Worst customer service anywhere u hate this one !! they always run out of the product that I want and then when i call in advance to see if its in stock before I drive 45 minutes away they will say they have it and Ill get there and they DONT!! I called and complained to corporate twice and nothing! Same lazy none helping peoole .... well wait one helped me one time last week ... she told me to go to ulta.... BEST ADVICE EVER
