J&M always has great customer service and fantastic prices. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and knows what theyre selling. They get me a quote super fast, unlike other suppliers who sometimes take a few days to get a quote back to you.

Needed a new glass window in a front door that had got busted out, all the way in Beechgrove. They had 2 guys out there within 2 hours to replace it. Every other place I called prior to said it would be next day and put plywood over it. Also the price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this company!

It was ok. Stood inside over 10 mins before anyone acknowledged me. No one called to tell me the door was ready. When I calked they couldnt find my order. & the door had damages when I got it. Was bummed for sure. Looks small & family owned which I admire but hate the bad customer service.

Ordered an exterior french door nearly four weeks ago with an estimated turn around time of about two weeks and its still not ready. This is my first experience with J&M Supply and Im certainly not impressed. Called to check up on the order again and after being told it was going to be at least another week, I decided to just cancel the order. A few minutes later Im hung up on, and no, not a call drop.
