Steve, has done work on my garage several times over 5 Years. I trusted him and thought he was a man that would stand behind his word but I found out otherwise. I’m not going to get into the details on here because he knows exactly what went down. When you disrespect a customer by laughing while they are explaining a problem to you it’s down right rude. A couple years back, Rose installed a new garage door for me and did a great job. A few weeks back in the evening, one of the rollers became misaligned due to debris, resulting in the whole frame becoming slightly and temporarily twisted and me unable to close my garage door. I called Rose even though it was after hours and Mike answered and after sending him a few photos, he was certain of the issue and came out first thing the next morning and had it corrected within an hour. Contacted Mike and he came out the next day to fix a job done by another garage door company. This is a new construction home.and the doors were crooked on one side and had gaps that made me worry critters would find their way in during the winter. I had a 30 year old one piece 2-car garage door and lift that needed to be replaced. I told Steve my predicament on Monday also relating that it was not an emergency. I had a custom job that I needed a high lift garage door for turning my garage into a golf driving range room.
