The quality of mattresses and low prices can not be beat whatsoever. I met with Hunter and it seemed to good to be true but it was better than expected. He was the most polite, kind, patient, informal and nice person I have dealt with since I moved to Tennessee in February. His attention to detail and care for customer service was beyond excellent. 10/10 5 stars would highly recommend to anyone looking for high quality inexpensive mattresses.accompanied with superior customer service. I messaged BoxDrop after seeing mattress option on Facebook and was interested in a queen size. Samantha messaged me back some different options and pricing and let me know I could come in whenever I was ready to look. I decided a couple weeks later I was going to upgrade to a King size instead of the Queen and messaged Samantha again. She suggested I meet with Hunter and I was very pleased with the options he had for me. I tried multiple options but ultimately ended up with a Cool Phase Hybrid. Hunter offered delivery to my home the same day! I would highly recommend going here for your bedding needs. If 10 stars was an option, I would choose 10!

Found this company thru Facebook Market Place while shopping for a mattress. Theyre over 50 miles from my home, but it just happened to be I was going to be in there area today for something else. So I was able to stop by and check them out. They have a clean place & a lot of mattresses to choose from. They were also VERY knowledgeable about the differences between each mattress & were able to answer all the questions I had. Tho me being able to shop there today was afluke, when we finish remodeling the next bedroom I know exactly where Im going for the new bed. Definitely felt like a bait-and-switch. Was originally offered a $75 mattress then the day I’m supposed to go pick it up, I’m told all of the $75 ones are gone but they have $125 ones available. I confirmed my appointment multiple times and was told it was by appointment only and the 4 mattresses I was going to buy were still sold before I got there.
