I really wish I could give this negative stars. I have been going through acceptance now for years and have never had any problems what so ever. Recently, they changed companies and someone else has taken over the lease. Well its been nothing but hell since. The staff is unfriendly and rude and they dont listen to a single word you say. They changed the date of my payment without telling me, then charge the wrong account which put my order on delinquent. Tried to talk to a supervisor and they say We can make a ticket and a supervisor can call you back in 48 hours. Well... a week and a half later, I contact them again because I dont get a response and someone else tells me that they dont put a date on a response. I just want to pay it off and be done with them. why did they switch to a different company. Stay away from customer service over the phone and dont lease anything from them!!
