AT&T is lucky to still have my business after this week, but that is my problem to keep dealing with. After I went way too far to receive a deal that they are advertising on their website for 5G mobile hotspot, my hotspot was still not receiving 5G (the deal was not available in my home town so I had to buy it while traveling). I went back into this store to see my options and request reimbursement for my lost time and service. My sales rep Erwin was very professional and pleasant to work with. However, when it came to asking the assistant manager Tyler (2:45pm on 10/26/21) about how I might be reimbursed, he responded with zero concern and a single option of providing credit towards my next bill if I came to pay it at their store (which isnt an option because I dont live here). Although I did not keep my cool as best as I usually do, the extreme unprofessionalism I received in return from this AT&t representative was unacceptable and so uncalled for that I immediately understood he had no intentions of helping me so I got up and left. Beyond an arrogant demeanor, when I accidentally expressed myself with a curse word, this assistant manager returned the curse word at me with an inappropriate correction of my frustrations. He was not apologizing or trying to de-escalate the situation at all, he was only holding to his attitude. Thankfully for me, I will never be returning to this store again. AT&T customer service was able to help me escalate this complaint and their prepaid tech support was happy to quickly fix my 5G issues.Edit 1: I wanted to clarify that the reimbursement I was requesting was to (at least) cover the $15 activation fee that I didnt contest up front because I just wanted to get my 5G Hotspot up and running. After not receiving that 5G service from activation, I was hoping to receive the reimbursement in the form of credit so that I could use it how I deemed fit, but still within AT&Ts store. However, this obviously wasnt an option.
Service was extraordinary. I switched over from another carrier recently and have had nothing but good service at this location. Romo & Tyler were amazing and took care of all my needs. Will definitely be back to work with them whenever I need help on my account. Thank you fellas!

The young man who helped Me today to get my son’s new iPhone 13 Pro and help me with pop sockets and help me with the case and everything was just amazing that so you should get a lot of credit for doing a great job that I’m very happy with the store
This particular store is the best Ive ever been in. I wasnt sure about using at&t over t-mobile and the second I walked in this store it was obvious I made the right choice. A sweet as pie, knowledgeable staff member opened the door for me, greeted me with a smile and sat me down immediately. I had phone service in less than 10 minutes! I walked in that store tired and dirty and poor and I was treated like a 5 star guest. That is rare. Im so sick of really poor customer service especially when it comes to all things wireless so this experience was a treat. I highly recommend this store.
I was visiting Salt Lake City, but I’m living in Jackson Wyoming, and the costumer service is in another level. It’s excellent. I’m very satisfied to visit this store. Been to this store multiple times. It is a corporate store. Previously had excellent service but this time upgrading to a 12 they sent me out the door without a 5G sim card ... and told me that the online activation would be easy peasy. What happened was when I tried the ATT online activation it canceled the service on my old phone without activating my new phone due to the missing and needed SIM card. After more than 24 hours of no service I went to an authorized ATT dealer and the fellow told me what the corporate store screwed up and fixed me up for free with a coupon and an appropriate SIM card. Hey, ATT, if you are listening you OWE me a credit for the 24+ hours without service that I was still billed for! Make that at least double that for the inconvenience in missing work and fuel cost to make it right. I no longer recommend this store .... horrible customer service. Will never visit again.

After spending two hours on the phone with customer service we decided to walk into the store to seek assistance. Ian at the Fashion Place location did an amazing job jumping in assisting us. When we walked in and told him our issue, Ian informed us that he couldnt change the account that it had to be done by customer service. But, he didnt hesitate to sit down with us and personally called customer service with us and walked them through what needed to be done! Im so grateful for his patience and willingness to take the time to sit on the phone with customer service with us.
Words cannot express how grateful I am for Angel. I had a less than enjoyable experience at a different at&t store that left me with a nonworking phone and a lot of frustration. Angel greeted me with a friendly face and a willingness to listen. I left his store with a new working iPhone without any issues. He patiently listened to the issue I was having with my phone and ended up starting from scratch to fix my problem. I am incredibly grateful for Angel and the awesome customer service I received today.

I was given misinformation about a promotion that led me to purchasing a phone at a higher cost than I was expecting. When I stormed into this att store (as it was conveniently located) to try to reconcile my order, Andrea graciously worked with me to find a solution. She agreed to help me even though I made my original purchase at a different location (because I couldn’t remember which one) because she actually believes in helping customers. It’s nice to know that good people still exist in the customer service industry and I would 100% recommend this store for any future att needs.
Had a great experience here with Andrea and Angel. Made it very easy to switch 3 devices from Verizon. Was recommended to come to this location from a friend and I will recommend it to others also.

Cesar is great. I live in West Jordan right by Jordan Landing. We have 4 phone on our plan. Sons phone stopped working after 3 yrs. we knew it was time for a new phone. Visited Jordan Landing store and lasted 5 minutes. Pushy, rude and then dismissive. Drove a few miles down the road to meet Cesar. He was knowledgeable, casual and friendly. Found my son a phone at a great price. Took my daughter in last week and again Cesar took great care of us. Great guy.

Best ATT in store experience! Briana was extremely helpful and patient with us trying to figure out what plan we wanted! We have gone to retail stores and have come out not feeling the best about the experience. HIGHLY recommend going to the Murray store and working with Briana!

After a month of getting the runaround from AT&T over the phone, we finally called our local AT&T store for help fulfilling an order we made online at the beginning of May. Dan L. was amazingly helpful, friendly, and empathetic to our situation. After 36 hours, he has solved our problem, had an employee go to another store to pick up one of our watches, and quickly helped us get checked out at the store when we were able to come by. Although I am extremely dissatisfied with our 611 experiences, Dan L. made our overall experience worthwhile. We highly recommend Dan L. at the Fashion Place Mall AT&T store.
We canceled our phones after 1 week. Immediately we had issues. We changed over 2 lines. One phone number was not ported when we left and they said it was. My calls and messages were going to both phones. Sometimes one sometimes the other. I missed a clients call for work this isnhow I found out. They immediately sold out needs to a 3rd party as if it wasnt expensive enough already for their service. I went from having a good number to spam. They lied about coverage. When we returned the phones they they didnt cancel them correctly so we were billed 2,000. Worst experience with getting phones. If there was less than 1 star I would give them that.To add to your response: we also just received a 2,000 bill in the mail because whoever did the return didnt return it as buyers remorse so we were charged for the phones we brought back. We would come back in but weve spent 2 days there already of or time and thats more valuable. Return the restocking fee. Plus you the manager did come out and wouldnt do anything to help us so Im sorry your responding here but in person there was no help. Everything was great super easy beside the fact they lied about when I would receive my phone. They told me a week to maybe two at the most. Come to find out I will not see it until December 14th! It would be ok had they not lied about when I would receive my phone.

Lauren was GREAT to work with. We got 2 smart watches & they were great at helping us get it all taken care of. They were having trouble with the sim cards, but she always kept us up to date on what was going on & she kept apologizing it took so long. They were super patient with our 4 yr old that was with us as well. I like this store above all other AT&T stores. All other stores dont have the level of customer service this store has. Its a jaunt for us to come to this store, but we will pick this store above all other.
This is a really good AT&T store. I came in just after it opened up in the morning and was attended to very quickly by a polite worker at the store. I appreciate how he didnt try to haggle with me to get a more expensive phone or something that I didnt want. He work with me in a very kind way, attended to my specific needs to get a new phone and got me in and out in a very quick fashion. I would highly recommend this store and all their employees are very knowledgeable and work with you in getting what you want in a very kind way. I would definitely come back here as well.
Rob was fantastic! Patient and determined working through some issues with getting my new tablet set up.Biggest thing: when his store didn’t have the tablet I needed in stock, he put my needs above his commission and sent me to another location to get what I needed right away.6/5 stars. Quite similar to a shady used car dealership. Need help? Expect to be lied to for the sake of adding services you don’t need to your contract. Buyer beware!

Waited 40 minutes to speaks: walked in & no one approached me, I had to look for someone with a tablet to put me on the list. All I need is a SIM card! As I sat down ppl that arrived after me were being approached and taken care of. Well, this is definitely the last time I come to this location. West Jordan is the place, they help you right away and acknowledge your presence.

Been with AT&T since 1998. I did try another carrier for 6 months but ended up going to this store to bring my business back over to AT&T. The sales rep was great to work with and very flexible to present solutions based on my needs. Proposed new solutions that I didn’t know they offered as well. Porting my number back in was also straight forward and easy. I also had an opportunity to chat with the manager on shift as she greeted me upon arrival. Well trained staff who present solutions based on your needs and not just pitching a line of products at you.
I love AT&T briana did so well got me 600 bucks off my phone. Yay.

I have nothing to say but good things about my experience at this AT&T store. I was immediately welcomed to the store as I walked in and was added to the customer que by an employee. While waiting, multiple employees said that I would be helped shortly. Although I had all ready been helped, it made a big difference that the staff was aware and communicated with me. Brian was a great help to me as he helped choose the right upgrade for me as well as quickly and efficiently getting my new phone ready to go. Andrew was also extremely helpful and easy to talk with as he helped me get a screen protector put on my phone. He was knowledgeable and let me know of a sale that was going on with accessories which persuaded me to buy not only a screen but a case and a “Pop Socket”- which I had never heard of until Andrew showed me today and I love it :) As I said, nothing but good things to say about the staff and service at this AT&T location.
