My IPhone was completely shattered front and back. My touch screen stopped working and I couldn’t even unlock my phone. I took it in to Verizon within the hour and asked what my options were, Alex (Store Manager) was friendly, efficient and fast. I was out in under 30 minutes. Traded my phone upgraded and even got some amazing deals all to Alex doing what he thought was in my best interest. Amazing service! I will go to this location every time. The customer service and efficiency I received is what has kept me with Verizon for 10+ years.
I just got a new phone 📱 & so I came here to get help activated & the guy who helped me was really nice & went out of his way to help me & Evan stayed a few minutes past closing time to help me get my new phone working. He was really nice & so kind to help me. All the stars ⭐️ are for him & the store itself... really nice location for a store that’s really convenient for everyone right off State street.
So refreshing to get good customer service! I just switched yesterday from Sprint over to Verizon and it couldn’t have gone more smooth. Urie helped me and he was so knowledgeable and helpful and he made the switch stress free. I highly recommend working with him.
Hard to trust a company that secretly adds charges onto your bill. Went into the store to inquire about an upgrade. Didn’t like the selection and left. Luckily, I received a notification while driving home that insurance and visual voicemail was added to multiple lines on my account. Got home and spent the next 30 minutes calling Verizon customer service to get the activity reversed. Zero respect for a business that fraudulently added fees. Will never go there again.
I visited this store yesterday, and got sent elsewhere because the guys working here said they didn’t carry screen replacement (part of the program I PAID for) for my iPhone 11- they said they only had ones for the iPhone 12. So I went to the Sandy store this morning and they said that this second store is not a Verizon authorized retailer they couldn’t help me... got sent to yet ANOTHER store, Ft. Union location which was much closer than Sandy, I was FINALLY helped and was told that the screen replacement for the iPhone 11 and 12 are the EXACT same!!!!!!! So why wasn’t I helped at the first store? Hmmm interesting.... seems like I’m putting out the employees by asking them to help me with a screen replacement. Wish they wouldn’t just send me to another store to be someone else’s problem lol
My experience with this Verizon location was most unfortunate. Last November, on Black Friday, a family member who shares my Verizon plan stopped by, in hopes of upgrading to a new phone, while taking advantage of a promotion that included getting the new phone at a reduced price AND receiving a $400 gift card. This phone was her second choice; the only motivation to buy it (rather than her first choice) was the reduced price and the gift card. She asked repeatedly while she was there if she qualified for this promotion. She wanted to be absolutely certain before she made the purchase. Both the manager of the store and the sales rep who was helping her assured her multiple times that she, indeed, qualified. One of them even joked with her saying, If they dont give you the $400 gift card, Ill buy you one myself.She signed and made the purchase. Sadly, while she did get the reduced rate for the phone, she did NOT receive the $400 gift card. Once the time passed after which she should have received it, she contacted Verizon both by phone and by email. This led to a lengthy string of phone calls and emails spanning several months. Verizon told her she had to work with the Promotions department. The Promotions department said she didnt qualify for this particular deal and should contact Verizon. Back and forth, over and over. Then COVID-19 closed offices, but once they reopened, I went into the store in person to try to sort this out. The manager (the same one who assisted with the deal back on Black Friday) told me he could do nothing to help, that it was beyond his power to get her the promised gift card. I suggested that they credit our next bill for the $400, but he said he couldnt do that either.Soon after I left, he apparently looked into the situation further. He contacted my family member and told her he was trying to work with Verizon to solve this. In the end, Verizon took $200 off our next bill, so just half of what they owed. The manager told my family member this was non-negotiable.Obviously, they realized that this was their mistake or they wouldnt have given us the $200 credit, but they refused to honor their promise and make it completely right. They cheated us out of $200. This is absolutely not okay. I will never trust Verizon ever again. Their sales reps and managers make promises they have no authority to keep, just to make a sale.
They had exactly what I wanted/needed and at a great price. Best Buy did not have what I wanted.
Really like a lot of the employees...but what is the point of having a phone number for calls if YOU NEVER ANSWER.A phone store that doesnt answer the phone..

Horrible. Have been lied to several times on credits they promised and getting multiple billing issues fixed. I was told that because the employee that no longer works there left they cant honor or fix what he promised.
They were very helpful and courteous as they have been every time we have gone there for help. If they dont know the answer to a question they get in touch with someone who does. We have been buying phones there and getting help for over 3 years. It is a wonderful authorized Verizon store.

I worked with Breck Snyder. I had an absolutely amazing experience. he was very knowledgeable about all the products I had questions on. he even showed me all the features I would be interested in using. he gave me a great variety of choice to choose from when it came to purchasing a new phone. he was very open and gave me the pros and cons to each phone for how I would be specifically using the phone for my line of work.When I had chosen my phone he then showed me a great protective case for my phone and he was very friendly and easy to talk with. He even went out of his way to make sure that my phone was hooked up and running properly after switching my number over to Verizon from another carrier. overall an amazing experience and I would suggest to anyone looking to get a new phone or even accessories to go see him.
Uriel and Alex have been beyond amazing in helping us transition from Note 4s to Note 9s! We came into the Murray store with our upgrade concerns and were met with utmost proffessional treatment. We are going to be so happy with our choice, and to top it off we got tablets as well!I recommend them to anyone if you want a first class experience!

What a pleasant employee. One thing I liked about the person that served us was a nother customer came in with a phone problem and he took the 10 seconds or 30 seconds to help that person to be on their way if I was that other person I would have really appreciated it. I appreciated that he did it for them and it did not bother me.
I had a very great experience today at this store. Alejandro was very patient and helpful. I started out at the Apple store, needed to check out my plan and what it would cost to add an IPad, not only did I save on the devised I was able to also save on my plan as well. I love to save $.

I went in to the store expecting it to be just another retail Verizon store. This store is the best retail store Ive ever been too. Edward was the young man that helped me. He made the whole process very easy for me. All the men working there made it a great experience for me. Ive never seen a program quite like the GoAdvantage. Unlimited screen protectors and 25% on my new case!
I have worked with Daniel Topham at Bullfrog for some time. He has been very attentive to our needs as we have faced unusual circumstances. He always seems to find a way to resolve our issues and he does it quickly. He is very knowledgeable -not just about the products themselves but about Verizon policy as well. He has taken whatever Gordian knot we have thrown his way and provided us with positive outcomes. I would recommend Nathan and Bullfrog to anyone.

I had to purchase and switch 3 phones around... no lines, no wait, extra service and double checking that everything was done right! Awesome service! My old Droid that I got with them served me well for much longer than most people hold a phone, but then it died at a very inconvenient time. I called Daniel looking for objective advice on a new smart phone--based on my usage and circumstance. I got exactly that, got a great deal on an exceptional phone, and Daniel actually went out of his way to get it to me in a hurry because I needed it. Total thumbs up!

I am really impressed with the level of profesionalism that I received today with a very challenging situation. Sergio was super friendly and fast, and far exceeded my expectations.
First time with Verizon and the initial visit went well, however we were told wrong information and live out of state and was promised the phone would be available Monday after the weekend, however when we called to see if we could pick it up before heading home we were told that it would not be arriving until Wednesday and that we were locked on the account so that we couldn’t get a phone from a different location even if it was available until the one that was “ordered” for us had arrived and then be canceled so that we could get one from a different location. My wife is pregnant and needs a phone now. There was no apology for the miss information or attempt to come up with a way to fix the problem they caused since we had canceled our previous service provider expecting to have Verizon. Not a good impression to start the service with them. Things just keep getting worse. The phone was stolen off the truck, but no call was made to let us know, and when we arrived they decided to call a different location to have them bring us a phone and would call is when it arrived, unfortunately it has been several hours and no phone and we can’t wait around anymore, been waiting since this morning and won’t be back in the state for several weeks. Thanks for nothing!Update (3/9/18) I have called the number that was provided and the store and was told they could not do anything for me (the store). Have tried calling the number provided, but have not been able to talk to anyone and ha e left several messages and not received a call back. Will not trust this place. Went to a different Verizon store and was told that they had ran my credit without my knowledge or permission. VERY disappointed in the lack of honesty and customer service. Would never go back to that store even if I was paid to.

I am really glad I went to this location to update my DINOSAUR of a phone. I decided to give this place a try after getting a not-so-welcoming vibe from the Fort Union Verzion store. Brian helped me yesterday and was very thorough. He went over all the options and I felt like I got really honest information so I could make an educated decision, which is something I appreciate. Ive only had my phone for a day, but I am LOVING it so far. I really think I made the right choice. Go to this store. Nice people and great help!
Broken screen cover. Went to the Taylorsville location. They were ZERO help. Came into this location and not only did Ureal look up my account and see that it was under warranty, but hooked me up promptly with a new one and sent me on my way. A great experience always at this location. Won go to another one again.

One of the worst Verizon store in town. This is why corporate store are the only store Im ever going to again. This place is all around bad. Bad customer service,the guy in here has no idea what he is doing he cant give you your discounts if you have them on your lines. Argumentative,rude,slow and the list goes on. It would be less than one star if I could. Also you should know all I need was a speaker. Waited over an hour to buy it I was desperate. Never again.

We own a business here in town and bought all our wireless devices from this store. They were great on the front end when were buying all of our devices and plans however when it came to following through on promises made they failed. We were supposed to receive emails to show usage to buy more data when needed and even after going there multiple times they still couldnt figure it out. Final straw that got me to write this review was today when I called they were of no help at all on billing and transferred me to a different Verizon where I was on hold for over 10 minutes. I hung up and called back to see if I could get a better solution and they confessed that they have no power for any billing issues because they are just a retailer for Verizon. They could have easily gone the extra mile for their customer but did not. My advise would be to find a corporate Verizon store that will help you when you need it.

Called this location over 15 times with no answer. Decided to rusk it and drive from Kaysville to pick up my phone they said was ready only to wait 20 minutes for someone to get back from a break. They then told me they didnt have my phone and the order had been canceled.
Ive gone to three different Go-Wireless locations in two different states over the course of a week. If youre a boy in your young twenties and want to get paid to create reasons to not help your customers so you can get back to playing on your phone, apply here. It seems to be what they are looking for.

The worst verizon ive EVER been to. when the gentleman found out my phone wasnt bought threw them, he tried to sell me one. Then he LIED and told me my phone wasnt going to work. But also tried to sell me accessories to the phone that doesnt work🤔. I left out of frustration! Clearly their only interested in making commission. Never again!

Sold my son a Sims chip that they said would work in my sons phone. When my son tried to turn it on, nothing...Sims chip didnt work. Then the guy said geez sorry no we cant give your money back.I was not happy at all.
I would leave 0 stars if there was an option! ABSOLUTELY the worst choice I have made in my cell phone history!Do not believe them when they say anything. The guy that sold us our equipment.....holy crap, I cant even begin to describe his customer service, I cant be that negative about a human being. Tried to get the manager to assist with the huge mess. Fed me more lies. We paid full price for our gizmo, but they locked us into a 2 year contract. Charged us $40 for an upgrade fee, for a brand new number and device, AFTER telling me I had to pay for it at the time.We went in to a REAL verizon store and the gentleman there told us the damage done to our account is horrible and that this is not the first time.Please, DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE THEIVES AND LIARS. We have now paid over $1000 for their mistakes in 1 mon.
Dont bother with these guys. They tell you anything to sell you a phone, but if you ever need service, they just refer you to customer service. Buy it where they can fix it. Lesson learned.
