I just left game stop. I went in to buy a PS4 and some games. There was one customer in there besides us. Two GameStop employees. Both of the GameStop employees completely ignored me. I know for a fact they heard me while I was standing right in front of them trying to get their attention multiple times. I waited for about 15-20. Went up to the front desk multiple times. They didn’t even acknowledge we were there. Even asked out loud- “why are you guys ignoring us”. The older gentleman would stop helping the second customer, and as soon as I walk up to the front again, he would then proceed to pretend to help the costumer the other GameStop employee was tending too. Super Rude.

Couldnt even answer the phone so wasted a trip for nothing after website said they cared it in stock guess the guy was more busy talking to the lady leaning on the counter then to work the phone

Gamestops are pretty much the same everywhere, but this one stands out because of the staff. Jesse and Steven were awesome and because of them Id come back.

Always a great place to go. The staff is friendly, and actually talks to you about the game your purchasing, whether they enjoy it or not. Ive never had a bad experience here, and overall enjoy the place.

It was like a ghost town in there i remember when they first opened up and how packed it was now its not looking so good for them.

I unfortunately didn’t get the male workers name, but he was incredibly rude. I asked a question and he got mad at me, and started scolding me. Apparently people had been pranking them throughout the day. I was in no way pranking them. I asked a simple question if they had an item in stock, but he continued to be horrible.I feel bad for the people who have to work with him. I’m sure he’s a real pleasure to work with. If you can I’d suggest going out of your way to another store or just ordering online. Do not pass go and do not shop at this store!

Spent 190+ on an elite controller, used the insurance to get another, and the assistant manager didn’t put my address number on the shipping address. The package was delivered to the wrong address and the same manager gave me the run around to talk to fedex. Terrible service since Ezekiel hasn’t been around.

Store was clean but looked empty. One person working spent so much time trying to update I walked out.

Nice place to go for games, but there is not a public bathroom.(This is in Murray kentucky)

I have gone into this location several times with my kids and every time I do there is one lacklustre employee who looks like he doesnt wanna be there and every single time we pick out a game they just so happen to not have it even though its on the wall. I dont mean like one time I mean probably 4 times at least now. Its a waste of time and a disappointment to my 9 year old who cant get the game he just spent 20 minutes picking out.

Super friendly staff. While a bit pushy at times, thats something coming from upper management, so no faulting them there. Always willing to help, great selection, and never really been unsatisfied with trade-in amounts because I have Pro.

Has so many good games but needs to bring back ps2 games. There is so many nice people who work there at this location. Needs better discounts tho.

Wanting to spend over a hundred dollars here. I waited for over ten minutes, only one employee, talking to the same customer. All I can say, never again, any GameStop!! Absolutely no customer service. Hire on more employees Gamestupid!!!

Game stop isnt exactly my favorite place to go but walmart did not have what i was looking for. So after we got our game and started walking out the door i took the game out of its case and noticed there were crustt hardend fingerprints all over the back of the game. -_- we took it back in and asked him to clean it and he acted like we were an inconvenience. I mean we were the only ones in there? Then After he cleaned it he said there is that better? Was beyond disappointed with this particular employees behavior. Completely unacceptable. Now i would have liked to speak to a manager, but honestly i never go to Murray and will probably never go to that particular game stop again. Also, he might have just been having a bad day? Either way, i wont be returning.

If you call and ask for an in store price and they happen to be busy, they will tell you they can’t help and that you should look it up yourself. I mean why answer the phone if you can’t help?
