Jackie always takes care of my but I will say I had a slow leak and the guys did put air in my tire but didn’t find the screw that was in my tire!!

Drove an hour from Tulsa directly after getting off work to purchase a specific vehicle from Allen Jackson. We had an appointment for 5. I got there early at around 4:15, peaked into his office, no one there, no one said anything to me, so I figured out with a customer no big deal Im early, went back out to my wife in the car to wait.He was selling the vehicle I was there for to someone else. Received an email at 4:30 saying the vehicle sold this afternoon. I watched the guy collect the vehicle. He had just sold it while I was driving there to get it. Wasted two hours of my and my wifes time.Now I have to call my boss and explain why I will be late again tomorrow.

$377 for a battery is outrageous! And that was after they knocked off $200 when I complained. The last battery I got there (3 years ago) was under $200. I told the service guy we would go ahead a do it, but we would not be back for other service.

If I could Mark a zero I would. After asking every question there was I drove 8hrs to find out that the Tahoe required auto body work. They Tried to pull the whole “I didn’t see it trick”. Total bait and switch. They tried to throw money at it but I don’t do business with deceptive people. If I was you I would run away from this place at all costs. Vehicle wasn’t cleaned or prepped. Incompetent or just plain don’t care.

Dont go there to get your oil changed unless you want to pay almost $70 for a simple oil change. Weve bought our vehicles from here and had them serviced from here for years and have never had any issues. We got my oil changed here 3 months ago and it cost a little over $40, my mother-in-law took my car today and it was over $60 . They just lost a long time repeat customer and any recommendations I would give them.

If you want genuine honesty then dont do business with Kyle Edwards of Muskogee. They dont have your best interest at heart. I requested multiple times to drive the vehicle they were trying to sell me and the car sales guy wouldnt let that happen. I didnt even get to hear it started. The day I drove off the lot I text and told them the check engine light was on and Brandon said its just the gas cap. Not even a week later the car dies several times while driving. They never told me the car was being sold as is or that there were issues with it. Brandon text and told me to take the vehicle to their service area after a week of telling him there was a problem with the car. The service manager of kyle Edwards wasnt sure why the car was sold in that condition. As a single mother I have worked hard and saved $2000.00 cash as a down payment to have something reliable to drive with my babies. Now that my down payment was wasted on Kyle Edwards I have to start saving again just to trade in the POS Terrain that has over 200,000 miles on it. Timing chain and front crank seal are two of the bigger issues with the vehicle. This is NOT the place you want to do business with.

Not only during the sale but after.About 3-4 months after the sale, DD’s car had the gas line come off and she was stranded at the gas station. Now... this was late at night. The tow truck driver ( Morgan’s Towing, another great company) offered to tow it to the dealership, AFTER, Wyatt came to the lot and opened the lot for us! To start off with we bought a 2010 chevy tahoe from them. We only had it for a week and trouble started they wouldnt let us know what was going on and seemed to drag there feet. Then the service manager told me a bunch of bull and turned out he lied through his teeth. Then when he was confronted about it I was the crook who only wanted free labor and parts he called me while I was at the dealership and told me to pay my damn bill and get out so lucky for me I had him on speaker and others heard just what was said when I left the tahoe it had over half a tank of fuel but was on empty when I picked it up lights was still on the dash and back bumper was busted pictures to prove it when I asked service manager about it he replied no clue and to top it all off I had to put air Im my tire and they had the tahoe for over 6 weeks

We bought a GMC Acadia 4 years ago then after the new body style came out we decided to trade it in on a newer model after only 2 years! We had such a great experience the first time so of course we decided to buy from them again! Always friendly service! And we will return to buy more in the future!

The Service Department has suffered from too many changes in personnel. Made an appointment, but they acted as if they didnt know. Was not happy with total charge and didnt get my discount on the oil change. It doesnt feel as customer friendly as it was when I started using them. No call when they decided to keep my car overnight. I will be taking my business somewhere else from now on.Also please tell the young man to iron his shirts, two days in a row he looked like he was the before picture in a commercial.

I had a very pleasurable experience. The young man who helped me did an excellent job! I worked in sales for a while so I understand how hard it can be. I highly recommend this place!

First, I love my new Terrain. However, Im not totally happy with my experience. I called ahead to find out if they would honor another dealers advertised price which they did. It took between 4 and 5 hours with no haggling on price. I just wanted the advertised price. The initial trade offer was an insult at barely over half of the NADA value the sales man showed me to combat my KBB value (which was pretty much the same). We finally settled on $1000 more than their original offer plus 2 more free oil changes. Later I was told he forgot to tell me I dont get the 2 extra oil changes. I asked to add tint to the front windows, which they added $125. The vehicle they located at another dealer ended up coming with the tinted windows in the price advertised, but they charged me anyway. I asked to have the rubber mats, they added $200 for the mats but only gave me the partial set for the back cargo area which are advertised on their website for $125 not $200. I asked about the rest and was told that was all I get. Everyone was nice enough but I feel screwed on the small stuff. Guess next time I will go down the street to Ford and get the life time oil changes, and make sure I get everything in writing as to what is included.

We had the best experience at Kyle Edwards Buick/GMC with our salesman, Wyatt Pratt, today because he put us first and listened to what our needs were for a vehicle. It was worth the drive from Tulsa to have my car buying experience be with someone who is honest, frank, friendly, and efficient while still thorough. In the past I have bought my vehicles from the big dealerships off Memorial Drive in Tulsa. It is a little more fancy of an experience there with the big showrooms but overall they can feel overwhelming, HOT (walking around the huge lots) and once inside I often felt shuffled around, left on my own while others were helped, and left wondering if I was really getting the attention needed from our sales person when making such a big purchase that would impact my budget for years afterwards. At Kyle Edwards it is NOT like this at all - it was the complete opposite - and a completely comfortable and honest, straightforward, and positive experience. I left with no questions at all about my experience and purchase. There werent a lot of frills, instead just complete attention was given to us and what we needed in a vehicle and getting us the best deal on the best car for what we had to spend. I love my new Nissan Pathfinder and we will be back to this dealership again for future vehicles. I am giving this dealership five stars because our ENTIRE experience with this place was great - not just our sales person - but the sales manager, finance manager, and others sales people we encountered were all professional and awesome.

Purchased a used 2011 Chevy Equinox here in September of 2017 week or two later one thing started happening & after that one thing happened so much more started happening. Sun roof leaked they fixed it but was wanting me to pay for it but I had just purchased the vehicle so they went ahead and fixed it for me at no cost, power steering problems, windows roll up slow or didn’t roll up at all at times, need new hub bearings. A/c at times it would never kick on right away I would have to hit under the passenger dashboard to get it started & it stopped working all together so I was told at another shop that I needed a new compressor. Tried taking it back to get something else worked out & all they tried doing was getting me to keep the car & have my brother purchase me another one so basically pay on two vehicles. It took me this long to make this review because the power steering problem was a recall and I took it to them to fix and it is still locking up on me quite often (which is dangerous). So now I am stuck in a very bad spot with the vehicle & my pay off is more than the value of the car so it’s hard for me to get something else at other places & I have went to a lot of places to try & they say I have too much negative equity. I also received something in the mail about the Chevy Equinox recalls & many problems but unfortunately I haven’t put any money in the vehicle yet so I can’t go to court & fight that.
