We had called first to make sure that the store was still open as it was pretty late in the evening. Deena was the associate who answered the phone and she was very polite and said come right up. So we took a ride up enter the store and she was there to greet us. She then took the time to show us every aspect of every bed. Also took the time to show us all the different pillow options that we had as well. My bed will arrive soon but I wanted to give a shout out to her as she was awesome.

Ask for Amy! We have the best time. We were allowed to spend as much time as we needed to choose the right bed for our life. All together super team Amy was our representative but everyone there was attentive to each client that came in so many people left with great testimonies, advice and tips. Now that I think about it, I think this was equivalent of an amusement park for sleeper

The sales woman was far more interested in tellling me about her car accident and subsequent surgeries than telling me details about the bed. I bought the bed because of the bed not because of the sales woman.I do think it is an outrage that I buy a $5000+ bed and then am charged $200 for the delivery and setup. It’s not like it is a mattress I can bring home in my truck and then just place it on my box springs. She did not mention the fee charged for setup. She didn’t even show me the bill- she just folded up the papers and put them in pretty blue folder.

I truly wish Google would allow zero stars. This store and ESPECIALLY Nadia deserve NO stars. My wife and I went in to look because we have been researching Sleep Number beds. We actually wanted to get the feel of the them an to see exactly why they are SO EXPENSIVE. We meet Nadia. She assists us and asks if we had logged in online. I told her no because I didnt want all the unwanted emails. Se told me, Well, you want get those. We just want your email so WE can communicate with you. SHE LIED! I now get multiple emails daily! She wanted to make a sale and now she cost Sleep Number a customer. Stay away! They dont care about the customer, only the sale. Your comfort or privacy isnt their concern. I guess well now buy Ghost Bed. Thanks for helping us make our decision Nadia!

Impromptu trip to Myrtle Beach for dinner. Decided to purchase some clothing at the Costal Mall. While leaving, decided to walk into this store. Manager and associate did a fantastic job explaining the benefits and functions of the mattress. Needless to say, my wife and I made the purchase. Looing forward to many nights of good sleep.

My husband and I went to check out the sleep number bed around Presidents’ Day sale. We had a very friendly welcome from all the associates working. The sales representative, Nadine that we worked with was wonderful. She explained all options n we tested a couple different beds out to feel the difference. Pillows are great also, very comfortable! We settled on the split king adjustable and can’t wait to received it early March...yay!! We need a good night sleep 🛌!Nadine was absolutely wonderful to work with, Thanks Nadine!

Great customer service! Weve been Sleep Number owners for years & had 3 of them in our last 2 homes. Decided it was time to buy 1 more new bed for the new home replacing the one that started our Sleep Number journey. Our sales lady was friendly, relatable & knowledgeable. She helped us get the best deal for what we wanted & we ever up purchasing one for our son too. Customer service & warranties are great with Sleep Number. Over the years weve had 1 pump go bad around year 8 (the intial bed weve had over 16 years that we just replaced) and were able to get a new updated pump for it prorated under the warranty. That was awesome, they stand by their products even years later!

Stacy was amazing, honest and helpful. I am grateful to have ran into her at this style and highly recommend her and the sleep number bed.

I was very pleased with the service. I had broken my neck in 1981 and i have a hard time sleeping. I was very comfortable with the pillow i bought too. Lets hope this bed will help me sleep better ill be finding out on Friday im so excited.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at the sleep number store. Over a period of a two nights, we went to six different stores and laid on twenty different beds with a trip to the sleep number store each night. Upon our first entrance into the store, Nadine met us at the door and was very helpful in helping us select the bed that was right for us while sticking to our budget and addressing our needs. Nadine was wonderful and didn’t pressure us into anything. She printed out all of the quotes that we asked for without trying to aggressively up sell us. We took the night to think about it, laid on a few more beds the next night, and then returned to to see Nadine. After trying a plethora of different memory foam mattresses, we opted to buy the Sleep Number I7. It was a wonderful buying experience. My wife and I fully enjoyed the personalities of both Nadine and her coworker. We had lots of laughs and it made our experience quite enjoyable. Aside from the store being extremely hot, I walked in knowing that I was going to walk out with a purchase of a new Sleep Number. I wish they werent so expensive, but I dont have any control over that. We owned our Sleep Number bed since 2009 and we just recently gave it to our son and daughter in law when I thought I was purchasing a foam mattress for better pressure point release. The beds I purchased were, by far, the worst investment I could have ever made and that led me back to the Sleep Number store in Myrtle Beach. Nadine was our Representative and she is fantastic! We had our two granddaughters with us, so that was a fiasco, and the computer was extremely slow, but otherwise, the first bed I laid on was a Sleep Number P6 360 and this is the bed we purchased. Come to find out that we had a P6 and gave it to our kids. Now this bed is for me! I havent received it yet, but I know we will be ecstatic when t comes on Wednesday. Thank you, Nadine, for everything!

Nadine was awesome ! We came in for some sheets only, we don’t currently own a sleep number bed but love the sheets. We talked about wanting a cooler sleep experience and she showed us the perfect sheets and a layer to add to the bed to absorb heat and help us sleep cooler. She sold us so well on the benefits we didn’t even care about the cost which Was also less than expected. Afterward she also showed us some great ideas for a new bed and pillows that we will eventually be back for.

This is our second sleep number bed we have purchased. Since my wife and I prefer sleeping on different mattress firmness, this was the way to go! We bought our most recent bed in the sleep number bed in Myrtle Beach. The store manager, Deena Shartzer, was fantastic. She answered all our questions, stayed with us as we tried several mattresses and extremely cared about our sleep needs and concerns. Overall it was great experience and I recommend anyone looking to purchase a new bed to consider Sleep Number!

Great selection of beds and pillows and sheets and mattress covers. You definitely have to try out the various styles of pillows to figure out which one fits you the best. They have some there that will help you sleep much better. Nadine was very friendly and helping us to make the right selections. They often have deals and specials at run throughout the store.

I have been wanting a sleep number bed for years and finally went into the store in Myrtle Beach. The sale associate Nadine was fantastic! She was knowledgeable ad helpful! This is my third sleep number bed, so Im a firm believer in the product. This was my first time in a Sleep Number store and I was pleasantly surprised. James was knowledgeable and personable. He too great care with my interests and ensuring I chose the appropriate bed. The entire process was efficient.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Bought a sleep number bed. It was a disaster. The second night the base support bent and caused the bed to collapse. We had to sleep on the floor until they could get some one out and fix the bed. The pump went out then it collapse again.long story short save your money. If you want an air mattress Walmart sells them much cheaper.

Starr was very knowledgeable about the beds. She was pleasant, helpful and most of all patient. I was in the store quiet a while, balanced me and other customers very well.

When buying the bed, the staff was very helpful. They didnt try to sell us something we couldnt afford. They answered all my questions with knowledgeable answers. Now getting the bed delivered is a different story.

Went in to purchase bed. And by the time everything got added in. The bed was almost more then the car i juat bought my daughter. Over 8000.00 for a bed is way to much.

Walked in with my gf with intentions of buying a new mattress. The man working there was helping another customer. We sat on a bed and grabbed a remote to see what kind of features it has (Ive never seen one in person before) and the guy working yelled over at her telling her not to touch the remote, and we questioned why and he just replied no remote sweetie (addressing my girlfriend) with zero explanation on why.That is when we walked out. Needless to say, he will not be getting our business.

We purchased a 4k bed, and was told we could use our exciting base to work bed .After delivery, we learned that the base will not work with bed, and we contacted Renna at the store who sold us the bed ! . After 4 days of the run around, they say nothing can be done and I will need to purchase a new base for 2k !!!!!!!, and this is retail .. not even a discount is offered !!!!!!As a local business owner, I recommend staying far away from this store, as they have no idea what they are doing !!
