I honestly went into the store browsing for new mattress for a rental home, with no intention to buy at the time. I did’t want the highest rated (and prices) mattresses since it wasn’t for a primary home. Jeffrey was very professional and did not pressure for me to look at higher end mattresses. He took me right to the range I was looking for with honesty of each product. He ended up telling me current deals, which allowed me to go into a higher quality of product. I ended up getting great quality mattresses, adjustable bases and free delivery for what I had planned on paying for the mattresses. Very clean store with plenty of store product to test. Also, Jeffrey was professional, honest and no pressure. That usually makes for a pleasant buying experience. I am excited to get my mattresses and bases!!

My family and I can’t say enough about this specific mattress firm and the manager Mike. We went in and he was quick to greet us, tell us about their current sale and ask what it was we may be looking for. He then started showing us around the store to each mattress he believed would be the best fit for us. Our son was with us, buying his mattress as well. We were impressed that he was even attentive to our 21 year old and his needs. We ended up purchasing a King and Queen from him and laughing and joking with him the entire time. He knows everything there is to know about every mattress out there and what you need to get the best sleep (and we also feel like we got one heck of a deal). We highly recommend him and this Mattress Firm. We will keep coming back and we will be telling our friends.

I have shopped 3 different places looking for the right bed. Mike and Melanie took the time to show me the best bed to stop the junk sleep Ive been having. They truly care about the customers. Its awesome knowing that sales people like them still exist. The other mattress stores I went to had sales people who didnt take time to listen to my problems and what I need from my mattress. Mattress Firm has an excellent deal. The customer service was just as it should be...very attentive. When buying a mattress, it’s more than just lying down and checking for firm or softness. The staff (Michael) assisted with so much more. After leaving the store, I received a coupon and the store honor the coupon even after the transaction was complete. The store was very clean including the ladies room. This is important during the pandemic. Mike (sales manager) was very knowledgeable and took time to educate us on a variety of mattresses. He explained in detail differences between regular, hybrids, etc. We were very comfortable with him. We were over 500 miles from our home but he arranged for delivery to a more local store for us. Very pleased with the process.

Bought a Tempur-Pedic Mattress 05/24/21 still have not delivered. They kept telling me it was the manufactures fault. I found out it is not the manufacture because I bought the same mattress from Garden City Furniture and they have had not problems delivering within 10 days. Mattress Firm lied to me it was the manufactures fault.

I got the opportunity to enjoy the mattress shopping experience with Claire. The process of her listening to what I was looking for and she explaining the color codes was calming and satisfying. She started me at the bottom and we worked our way until I found the mattress I was looking for. We talked turkey and I returned a week later to make my purchase and I got to meet Paul. Great folks and they answered all my questions and some I hadnt thought of yet. My wife and I were so excited in expectation of our new mattresses (double twin Kings) to arrive.On the day of delivery it was a nasty rainy day and expected a delay. I was right. Email came stating they would be about an hour late. I was ready. Old out, new in. I was a little disgruntled that they wouldnt take the old mattress off because of the stains and smell. I guess we were just used to it because of our pets but I agreed and they left. First night was the best night sleep Id had in months and I didnt hurt and my wife slept soundly. The free adjustable bed frame has been a back and neck saver. Its been a week now and we are both happy as clams. We totally recommend this Mattress Firm to anyone who wants to try all mattress types, make a sound decision, and get a great deal from some very competent people.

Husband and I walked into the store to check out the mattresses as we were looking for just the top mattresses for a queen and a twin bed#s#. The two salespeople we spoke to were so helpful and friendly we decided to purchase the two mattresses we thought wed like. The salesperson in charge of our sale handled our sale efficiently, professionally and lined up our delivery as soon as they could provide that service for us, which was very pleasing to us! We left the store feeling very happy about our purchase and couldnt wait to try out the new mattresses. The prices were so good that while we went in to possibly buy the twin size right now and the queen later, we decided to get both now and the delivery was made successfully and in the time frame that was assigned! The delivery guys were even great. All in all, this was a great decision and we love the mattresses!

My wife and I recently purchased a condo in the Myrtle Beach area and as we closed, our first order of business was furnishing, but we had a very short window to do it. Yes we had some spartan accommodations, including inflatable mattresses which while functional, do not really give you the good nights sleep we needed at the end of some intensely long days. We visited a local Mattress Firm store where we met Ken who was outstanding. He was extremely helpful and more to the point, he listened and understood our timeline requirements. We found the mattress we wanted, and Ken made sure we had the mattress delivered the next day - good bye back pain, hello good nights sleep !I would absolutely return to the store on our next visit in as we have a couple more bedrooms to outfit so that we can retire the air mattresses on a permanent basis !!
