Great experience with Claire. She was very helpful and explained everything we asked her. We had been to several other places but found Mattress Firm the best.

Jeff was nice when we first came in to purchase 3 mattresses and box springs for our rental condo. But, over a month later we had two delivery dates canceled due to supply issues.I asked if we could cancel the order if we were able to find another company that had mattresses in stock. We had no confidence the mattresses would arrive before we had to leave for the season. I dont think Jeff had any confidence either, and had been ready to cancel our order at every call we talked. It felt like he almost didnt want our business.I kept our third scheduled delivery not sure if we would have the same supply problems at another company. Well, we didnt. I was able to have three comparable mattresses delivered to our condo in three days for more than a thousand dollars less.When I called to cancel our order Jeff was irritated that I didnt cancel earier, and blamed me for saying it was his fault for the mattresses not arriving in our required time. I DID NO SUCH THING! I understand that during Covid supply delivery is a problem. Jeff did get our money back in a timely manner, but I did not appreciate the bad attitude.

Salesman was great and honest. However I was told I would be able to pick it up at the store the following Monday. Well of course I heard nothing and when I called I was informed that someone changed the delivery in the computer until Thursday and to boot Ive got to drive to a different store thats even farther away. Very well kept store! Friendly staff. My wife and I had our 11 month old daughter with us, and the staff went out of their way to make sure she was comfortable as well as ourselves. This is the 4th mattress and box spring I have purchased from Mattress Firm. Their customer service is excellent. Their delivery and set up is excellent. I actually called Grand Strand Mattress from Rock Hill S.C.. I didn’t go into the Myrtle Beach store. I had already purchased several beds and mattresses from MF. I wanted the exact mattress for a bed in my condo in MB that I had in my home in RH. I called the MB store knowing what I wanted and Robert looked up my records and made it very simple for me to order what I wanted. I always used MF for all my bed and mattress needs.

I went to this store knowing I was in need of a thick, but firm pillow (I’m a side sleeper). The sales associate Claire and Jeff were assisting customers before me, but I didn’t mind it. However, while they were still helping them pick out a mattress, they both inquired to me why I was at the store. I told them what I was looking for and they went back to their first walk-in customers (just doing their job, you know?) After a while, Claire assisted me with what I was looking for. She asked what of pillow, what kind of mattress I currently sleep in, and even wondered about my budget: I think it’s important to note she did warn me the pillows they sell are pricey. So, with a pillow protector in hand, I tried the first sample pillow she grabbed. I had terrible neck pain walking in, and THAT pillow was heaven. Claire was next to me to inspect my neck alignment. Of course, she offered for me to try another pillow (which I did cause I was very open-minded for comfort that day), but the first sample was more appealing to me. She states the original price of $169, but that it was on sale for $119. My plan was to spend $70 max; but me being tired and in pain, I said “what the hell, let’s do it”. Before checkout, she also states that the pillow will need to be ordered and delivered to the store first. But it will arrive the next day, so that’s fine. And at checkout, I got an additional $10 off my order (it says Manager Approval Savings on the invoice, so I think she’s fine), so my total can to exactly $119 with tax. I even got some good general advice about neck pain when I asked. This was a good 10-15 minute walk-in.

We hate high pressure sales. So we told Jeff right off the bat that we were not purchasing today, we were just shopping. He was totally OK with that and even in the end he gave us zero pressure but a great education on mattresses. So guess what, we bought with him!

Very affordable, queen mattress with great service

Back had been hurting really bad from my older mattress. Found the perfect mattress . Then was told by the lady working there, which was the manger of the stores. Their was no queen size available in the main warehouse, and I would have to wait till October. Left there, and went to the other mattress firm store in iMurrels inlet. The guys there were awesome. They found my Queen size in main warehouse, and gave me a much better price on the same mattress. They went out of their way to help me,, and thats what I consider Excellent customer there. The lady here could care less if she sold you a mattress or not, even knowing i was in extreme pain.

Claire was really great when helping us pick out the perfect mattress for us. She made sure to give us all the facts about each mattress and really took care of us. We were a little skeptical to buy a mattress same-day, but Claire gave us great service and really made us feel good about our decision! I was going to buy them online but Claire worked with us and helped not only find the type of mattress that we were looking for but it was within our budget too. Interesting, the sales staff were great and we are happy with the sell. When I explained that texting me was better to let me know when the order was available for pick up I was told they werent able to text. Now a few hours after the deal im requested to respond to a text. Am I missing something?

We bought a new mattress from Brian around two weeks ago. Brian explained that if we were not happy with it we could exchange for one of equal or lesser value. He also explained that there would be a $199.00 charge for the exchange plus a $49.00 shipping charge. We were fine with that and thought it would be good insurance in case we didnt like the mattress. As it turned out, my husband could not get comfortable on the new mattress - it was too firm and he did not sleep well and felt sore in the morning. So we went back to the Myrtle Beach store today and explained the problem to Rex. He spent a lot of time helping us pick out a replacement mattress and set up a delivery for us. He honored their warranty 100% and did everything he could to make us happy. Highly recommend Rex and this store - honest and professional.

I purchased a Sleepys brand mattress pillow top bed 10 months ago, and I still trying to get comfortable in this bed. I’ve turned it around a few times to even out the sides of the bed, like was suggested, but the middle is a lump. Sure didn’t expect this. I’m not a large person, it’s very frustrating that I now have to try and sleep in the middle of the bed to get it evened out, it’s not comfortable doing that. I expected better quality, but all these months later, I’m extremely disappointed and irritated. Sleepys is Mattress Firms brand and I would not recommend it at all.

The delivery although delayed went well.. The guys were great, friendly, professional and quick..We are located on the second floor so I felt bad for the guys having to do all that extra work, but the guys had no problem at all with carrying all that up and down. You were awesome...They took out the old mattress sets and got rid of it so I did not have to, they brought in the new sets and set them up and were extremely professional the whole time. Great customer service and will beshopping again soon with them for another bed.
