Im very impressed and appreciative. I was in town for a car show. On the trip down from Ohio, my Challenger had several warning lights come on and I wasnt sure of the exact problem. I called Addys late afternoon on Tuesday, they told me if I could get there early the following morning they would check the car. I got there 730am on that Wednesday, they had the problem diagnosed, fixed and back on the road by 1100am. Thanks to Shawn and all the staff at Addys. It was a great experience for a major problem.

Honest, professional team throughout the buying experience. Addys had everything ready, each step was prepared and it was a quick process. They gave me a great offer on my trade which helped greatly. They went over my new 2021 Ram Big Horn in total and was not happy until I was fully satisfied and ready to drive. My only negative so far is the promise I would have my rear bed cover in a day or two and I am still waiting. But overall this is a great place to purchase a car. I highly recommend Addys!

Absolutely avoid them. Classic bait and switch like they have done to many others that I found in web reviews. They do not honor their website trade-in values/online deals. Drove 2 1/2 hours to get a vehicle. CJ Myers (Gen Manager) offered me 10k less than their website quoted me. Furthermore, he laughed and said go somewhere else then when confronted. He was very condescending and treated me as if I were ignorant. I stood my ground and after an hour of confrontation we agreed to pay 5K more than I had planned since I drove all that way. Just wanted to be done and leave with the vehicle I came for. To top it off, went out to do the final inspection after it was detailed and noticed that the left side of the vehicle had all the chrome upgrades around the windows and door (standard on the Limited) but the right side had the generic black trim. So much for quality control and checking you vehicles. The service manager said he would get the trim ordered and send it to my local dealer for install since I live so far away. Im waiting to see if that actually happens...doubtful, but will keep elevating to corporate if needed. As far as the salesman, Zach Phipps was great and actually appeared embarrassed about the offer and the disrespect shown by his manager. Mike Addy, I am surprised you allow these things to happen in your business. I will continue to share my experience with everyone I can.*****UPDATE*****It’s now been 3 months and having to call them every two weeks about the missing chrome trim. It finally arrived at my home. One of the chrome trim pieces has a dent in it and I’m missing pieces. This dealership is a joke. Traded this truck and upgraded to a 2500 just for the fact that I don’t want to own anything that came from them. Addy Dodge is the worst dealership I have dealt with.Take your business to Lake Norman Dodge in NC. Best experience and customer service ever.

To follow up on my previous review, I ended up at Myrtle Beach Ford, they helped us get issues resolved with Carfax and I ended up with the convertible I wanted and my husband bought a truck. I definitely wouldn’t recommend Addy’s at all!! Horrible Customer Service!!

While on vacation, we had an issue with our truck and the check engine light. Contacted Addys Harbor Ram on short notice before heading back to Atlanta and received extraordinary service. They made us feel like our issue was the most important problem of their day and they had us repaired within 24 hours. The service department stayed in constant contact with us with the first call less than 3 hours after dropping off the truck. We vacation in this area each summer and now we have a place for any vehicle issues we might experience. They work on anything and if their daily service is what we experienced, you will have a first class experience!

I bought a 2019 Promaster van and have had it serviced twice so far. Love the service writer Jeremy, made me laugh the whole time. The service was very good the people in the service area treated my vehicle exceptional well. Jeremy brought it into the waiting area for me so I didnt need to walk out to the parking area and get it. Very nice people at Addys I will buy there again in the future

If I could provide 0 stars I would!! Went in prepared to purchase 2 vehicles. We were blindsided with a Carfax on both vehicles with an incorrect date on the report and were offered no help or instruction on how to get it corrected even though we provided receipts with correct dates!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE to say the least!! Obviously this dealership is only interested in THE QUICK SALE not Quality or Customer Service. If they knew the meaning of Customer Service they could and would have helped get the corrections made and make the sale and we wouldnt be posting a negative review all over the web. Hope they learn their lesson but most likely they will try to delete this review or try to hide it. DO NOT SHOP THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU CAN HELP IT AT ALL!!!

Horrible experience. Was asked on a date infront of my kids while trying to purchase a vehicle. At this point I was 1 month into searching for a vehicle and due to the exhaustion of looking for a car and also the extreme discomfort made by the salesman I agreed on a truck just to get the ordeal over with. I am unhappy with my vehicle, unhappy with the unprofessional that lead to me rushing a purchase. 6 months later I detest the car Im driving. Avoid at all costs!

Their service department is a train wreck! This is the second time back to back there has been issues with a SCHEDULED appointment.I arrived at 8:30am to drop my Tam off for a 9am appointment only for them to say “your appointment is for 4pm”. I showed the email confirmation as well as the mobile check in they sent me confirming the 9am appointment. Brian came back with “ well we are 2 1/2 hours behind. How’s that you literally just opened.The other service advisor chimed in and said “ the appointment is only a check in time we aren’t sitting around waiting on your vehicle”. Wow that’s an educated response. When I asked for a manager there wasn’t one working just like last time.I mentioned I was going to another Ram Dealership and they were totally ok with that. Service staff was welcoming, upon diagnosis of my vehicle I was given option. I requested that I call back with an answer and they were accommodating. I called back and they asked for the work to be done. My tires were balanced and rotated, my ac blower was replaced and my oil was changed within 5 hours.

No need to haggle or feel aggravated with the sales pitch. The salesman Phillip and Manager Tab were both HONEST gentlemen and truly provided an excellent new vehicle purchase experience. They were honest, upfront, answered all questions/concerns, provided an incredible offer beating out all competitors and made sure I was truly happy. I highly recommend Addys Harbor Dodge and I am extremely happy with the purchase of my 2020 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn edition. Jason Polito is an awesome salesman! There were a couple of bumps in the road with my purchase, nothing from his doing. He followed through making sure me the customer received what we were expecting per the advertised listing on the website. He went above and beyond and put me the customer first. He fought the fight and ending up winning. Throughout the process he never pressured us into anything while looking out for our best interest. He is young, but don’t be deterred by that he is very knowledgeable, patient and got the sale done. I would highly recommend him with your future endeavors. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIPI brought my brand new 2021 Dodge Durango to them for a radio issue a month after I bought the vehicle (January of 2021). They said an update was coming out to come back in a month or so. I went back for an oil change and to see if there was an update for my radio. When my car was brought back to me I asked about the radio and the tech said no one told him to look into, I asked him to take it back and look at it. Brian one of the service receptionist did not even agnolaging the radio situation. After they check the radio they said it needed to be replaced and they would be ordering one. I received a phone call the next day saying it needed to be scanned to be ordered. I spoke with the service manager Jason about Brian not listening to my concerns. Jason said he would personally order a radio and it should be 2 1/2 weeks for it to come in.Didn’t hear from him or anyone so called about 3 weeks almost a month later. I spoke with multiple people in service and no one could find the RO for my radio. I called Jason and left 3-4 messages to call me. When I didn’t get a response I went to the dealership to find out my radio order was canceled. I never received a call explaining why it was canceled. So I asked to speak with the manager above Jason, I was given CJ’s phone number. I called CJ multiple times with no response. So again I went to the dealership to speak with CJ this time(May 2021). CJ is sexist. He spoke to me in a very condescending manner. I asked for the phone to speak with someone about everything. CJ said here you go and good luck. My point is don’t go to this dealership if you want professionalism. Don’t go if you are a female!

I recently purchased a new 2020 Ram 15000 (Limited) truck from Addys Harbor Dodge. This was the second truck Ive purchased from this dealership within the past two years. On both occasions, my sales consultant was Grady Crawford and, I must say upfront, he is overwhelmingly the primary reason I continue to buy from Addys. Grady is knowledgeable, experienced, and his overall demeanor is nothing short of stellar. In that regard, he is extremely patient and consistently does whatever he can to make my purchasing experience end up on a positive note.The primary reasons I could not give the dealership a 5 star rating are:(1) there needs to be a better system of communicating within and among the departments within the dealership and (2) the paperwork piece (that we must complete) needs to be slower paced to ensure buyers (like myself) clearly understand what each piece of paper means.With the exception of the dedicated time Grady Crawford spent with me, the culture of this dealership seems to primarily focus on getting the deal done and getting the buyer out the door with all due haste. While this isnt always bad, there needs to be a better balance between this approach and showing a higher regard for the customer focus piece of the process. Simply put, I felt somewhat rushed from the time I was turned over to finance department, until I drove off the lot-------which left me feeling somewhat like I was just a number.Not only that, the parts department, in particular, needs to communicate more effectively with customers when requested to do so by the sales department. Specifics regarding this particular concern can be obtained by gathering information from my sales consultant.In summary, I purchased a wonderful vehicle from this dealership, my sales consultant was super, and the overall buying experience was positive. With some tweaking and additional employee training in a few areas, this dealership has the potential to fully earn both my trust and business moving forward.

The most peaceful oil change I have ever had. Drove up, checked in, got a Mt. Dew and sat down. In just over an hour, the oil change (and tire rotation) were completed. Update: The parts didnt fail. They were installed improperly on your part. The rear end was whining from the moment I picked it up after you completed the repairs. Do not try and pawn your techs install mistake on a tune. Also, I provided parts at your service advisors discretion. I have the email he sent me of all your part numbers required for the job so I could get them myself because he told me it would be cheaper and thats what he recommended.And to much torque on my driveshaft? Thats not even the part at question here. But dont worry, I sought repairs from another repair facility and they properly adjusted the pinion depth and wouldnt ya know it the whining noise went away. So thank you for not taking ownership in the fact that maybe yall did do the installation improperly and solidifying the fact that after purchasing THREE vehicles from you, there will not be a fourth.Took my vehicle there to have a creaking noise diagnosed. They came to the conclusion I needed an entire rear end on my truck. Almost $3,000 later I pick up the truck, and I still have the original creaking noise, along with a whining noise because they set the improper pinion depth on the rear end and refused to fix it. I went to two other shops to have the whining noise diagnosed, one of them being another Dodge dealership, and both stated the cause of the whining noise is due to improper installation from Addys Harbor Dodge. So this dealership put an entire rear end in my truck and charged me for it, installed it improperly, when there was nothing wrong with the original rear end in the first place. The other Chrysler dealership immediately diagnosed the original creaking noise, and was baffled that Addys missed diagnosed that in the first place. If you plan on taking your vehicle here for an extensive service, I highly recommend you get a couple other opinions from shops so you dont go through the same ordeal I did. I now am still saving up to be able to afford to take my truck to another shop and have the entire rear end rebuilt again to fix their mistake. Ive purchased three vehicles from this dealership over the past 6 years and would have assumed they would have taken a little bit better care of me.
