Purchased a new 2020 Lincoln Aviator in early June, 2021. This is my first Lincoln vehicle I have owned. The dealership is amazing and the staff great. Highly recommend! As soon as we walked in the doors, we were received by a very polite sales manager and swiftly connected with our sales expert Darren who then immediately showed us the vehicle we came to see. Darren was polite, friendly and accommodating! He was very knowledgeable and anything he didnt know the answer to, he made sure to find out quickly! The negotiating process was easy and relaxed and we were very comfortable throughout, never feeling taken advantage of or patronized (you know how car buying can be). Whether practiced or natural, Darren was very good at making us feel validated and heard which might be my number one reason for a 5 star review. Good people skills are key, and seemingly hard to come by these days! That being said, Jonathan was just as friendly and personable and took us through the finance paperwork quickly (perhaps the fastest weve ever gone through it and this was by no means our first rodeo) while still clearly explaining each signature and consent form. In addition to top notch service is the top notch facility! We had to wait a bit before we could get into finance but in that building, we didnt mind! Complete with a snack and beverage bar, Starbucks machine and multiple sitting areas outfitted with large customer controlled tvs, the new Lincoln branch is luxuriously designed while keeping comfort and convenience in mind! If you forced me to critique one thing, Id only suggest putting an ice machine next to the Starbucks machine ;) Otherwise, all praise and no complaints here! Fair Oaks Lincoln does it right!!

As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Jorge who had been briefed by Evelyn on my Lincoln desires. Jorge was awesome too work with.. He really knows the Lincoln brand well. Jorge was with me through the entire process and did an awesome job... Once a deal was going to be made, Jorge introduced me to the finance manager Jonathon. Jonathon walked me through the process rather quickly and it was really painless...From test driver to ownership, the process took about 3 hours. I drove away in a beautiful 2020 Lincoln Nautilus 2.7L Twin Turbo with most of the bells and whistles! In my opinion, Lincolns have the most comfortable drive of all vehicles on the market. May 29, 2021 - This will be a day to remember at Fair Oaks Lincoln Dealership as my girlfriend and I bought a used 2017 Mazda CX-9 from Israel as Sales Rep there. We provide what we wanted out of a car; SUV, Specific $$$, and features within cars. Within a few minutes they brought out 3-5 cars to test drive and within 6 hours of discussing and working out the details we came to a conclusion! Were the happiest we have been with the car dealership process and they gave us space to breath before asking which direction we were thinking about going. My overall grade for Fair Oaks Lincoln after owning a Nautalis for over 1 years is: D+The sales process and their facilities are absolutely great. They make you feel like they will treat you with white gloves should anything adverse happen and will come and pick up your vehicle for all normal maintenance occasions.The real or actual experience once, youve signed all the paperwork is much, much worse and very disappointing. Take for example, this morning. The car would not start, but the car did not need a jump, which implies some sort of electrical issue. We called the dealership and their response was very quick this morning. Well, its 12:08 PM and have been waiting for the tow truck that was supposed to be here by 9:30, then 10:30, then 11:30...you get the picture. Seems like the first tow service they called was a no-show.The vehicle itself is fine, we just took it on a 5,000 mile road trip and luckily, it worked just fine.But the dealer experience was very, very blatantly compared to the Lexus experience, which we were considering as an alternative.Now that 1) the Lincoln dealer has said that they will not come by and get our car for regular maintenance, nor is the regular maintenance free - which the dealer sold us on, that for 3-years or 36,000 miles, all regular maintenance would be included with the White Glove treatment. 2) Weve had an actual issue and have had our lives put on hold until they get a tow truck here to pick up the vehicle. I will update the review once the car is actually on its way to the dealer for fixing.Until then, if youre in the market for a higher-end vehicle where. you are treated better by the dealer, I would head over to the Lexus dealer nearby and skip the Lincoln dealer in Naperville. They promise, but have yet to deliver.

Truly one of the best experiences i’ve ever had at a car dealership. My husband and I walked in not planning to purchase a vehicle without looking at other options, but once we test drove the a Navigator, it was a no brainer! Truly one of the safest and most luxurious car I have ever been in. My salesman Israel Espinosa went above and beyond to make this purchase possible. He was absolutely astonishing, my husband and I were immediately impressed with his product knowledge, his friendliness, and overall keeping our preferences in mind. This was the first time I took my car in for routine maintenance. I called them to make an appointment.However, when I arrived at the dealership, much to my surprise,I was told by a very courteous gentleman in the Service Department that I did not have any appointment. Needless to say this was very annoying and upsetting.The gentleman, however was very nice and accommodating and took car of the issue. Which at the end of the day, wasted 1 hour.The dealrship otherwise is vey welcoming and comfortable.
