This autozone was one of the nicer ones I’ve visited. I had Oscar help me pick and put on my wipers. He was so friendly and informative.

Had a very helpful experience with a battery change. Oscar was very attentive and provided great customer service. Would gladly return for any auto needs.

I had to make and emergency pit stop because my cars battery died if i idled for too long, a young man named Oscar helped me pick the correct battery and even helped me install it. the experience was amazing and i would recommend this location again.

Im from the east coast and my car battery died leaving me stranded with no one to help me. A stranger jump started my battery and recommended I get a new one. I dont know absolutely anything about cars but Oscar was amazing, not only did he help me figure out which one I needed, he also installed it for me. I didnt know Auto Parts offered these kinds of repairs. Ive been to other car shops and theres hostility when you dont know what you need. But Oscar was patient and extremely helpful. Would recommend to anyone to go in their time of need

I would like to thank Mr. Bobby Craig and Mr. Arturo. On my way back to Orlando from Naples I was in need of windshield wipers and engine oil. I stopped at the Auto Zone on Pine Ridge. I purchased wipers, which Mr. Arturo put on my car for me. I asked Mr. Bobby Craig if he could point me in the right direction of the oil. He took me to the oil and asked how many do I need. I responded, “As many as you think I need because my oil is low again, this is the 3rd time I’ve had to fill it back up in 3 months.” Mr. Bobby suggested that I should take it to get the old oil drained before adding new, too much oil could mess up my car. Sooooo, sure enough, I took it to a mechanic shop. The mechanic said I had way too much oil in my car, he was surprised that my engine hadn’t failed on me. Thanks Mr. Bobby Craig you saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars in repairs. And thanks Mr. Arturo, my wipers are working nicely.

Traveling thru from MI and was starting to wonder where all of the smart & kind people of Florida were. Was getting worried that customer service was a thing of the past. Oh no, nope. Turns out I just needed to be patient. I was offered a coupon at checkout, ended up having to pay full price on the next register over - come home to look at the receipt, and they couldn’t even get me my points for the purchase I just made. Called in and they made it seem like it was too much work to fix my issue. Will never be back at this Autozone again in my life. Don’t play with my money

Went in this morning to pick up a couple of things. Was helped by Captain Red Beard with a real bad attitude. So I went down the street to Advanced Auto where I got good service and saved money.

Margaret B was wonderful helping me with my car’s battery fob. She replaced the battery in the fob and gave me some great information about my car and the car oil that was needed. Will definitely revisit the store and request Margaret to work with me

I had a pretty simple errand, to replace wiper blades, but Margaret was extremely helpful. She found the blades I needed for me in seconds while I was still fumbling with the book, and more important, installed them on my car - which can be tricky if you dont do it every day. Appreciate the customer service.

Margaret was a true blessing. I was installing/replacing my battery located in my trunk in the late afternoon heat, she checked on me a couple times and offered me water. It was not an easy job for me. After I finished, I returned the tools and Margaret again was concerned and offered me water, it was really refreshing and hit the spot. Visiting AutoZone I got excellent service from Oscar. Was POSITIVELY surprised that everybody --- employees and customers- were social distancing and wearing face coverings...... I know it is hard for employees to do so all the time, but applaud Oscar and the other people working for doing so. I came to AutoZone after visiting -- and leaving-- another national branded Parts store where neither employees nor customers demonstrated any COVID safety.... Well done AutoZone. I will be back.

I was very happy with the excellent service I got from Andreas. He offered to install the new Bosch wipers that I had just purchased from him, and wouldnt you know it, one was defective, (did not snap on). He went back in the store and brought another one out that installed easily. If I had come home and tried to install the wipers myself, what a headache I would have had. He also poured a full gallon of Rainex windshield fluid into the fluid holder by the engine, without spilling a drop! A+

I spoke with 2 employees before today and was assured my battery and alternator could be checked while I stayed in my car. Called today and spoke with Margaret who said come on in. So I went. She checked the battery and told me it was good and the alternator was good. Wish I would have thought to get the printout, but didnt. Offered $20, but would not accept it. Very courteous and helpful.

I just left work at 6pm and my car wasn’t starting right. I rushed over to Autozone which closed at 7pm. I got there are 6:15pm. Margaret was SUPER helpful. She identified my problem, solved it and was SUPER patient with me. She changed my battery, checked the alternator and provided excellent service. It was also a semi- rainy day and she did not care that her hands got dirty. Everything was done before 7pm. Margaret was awesome!!

Last week I went to the store looking for the battery for my vehicle, Mr. Mauricio assisted me, he helped me find the right battery for my car and he offered to install it.  I want to emphasize that he went above and beyond since he was walking with crutches and still helped me. I had been doing a lot of work on my car recently and as a result had purchased quite a few parts over the period of a couple weeks. Many of which had a core deposit and/or a warranty coverage. I went in to the store to simply take care of one core refund (due to time constraints) but ended up dealing with all of my transactions (warranties, core refunds, returns) all at once because Margaret was so helpful and quick! Saved me an extra trip which I greatly appreciated and didnt take long at all!
