The customer service was great.The staff was very nice and helpful.They explained everything thoroughly for me.The location is very easy to find and park.It is a very busy place so the overall appt took longer than expected but it was worth the wait. This location has their own lab so I was able to pick up my glasses on the same day!Would definitely recommend.

The level of service I received today from all of the staff was exceptional. I went in for an exam first and the receptionist (whose name I missed) was so polite and professional. The optometrist (whose name I also missed) was great, too. I noted how well she managed her time and was very efficient when handling patients.Following the exam, I was helped by Jordan, who spent over an hour helping me find a pair of glasses that I liked (yikes, I know). She was so kind, helpful, and patient throughout the whole process and was very genuine with her feedback. I can’t begin to explain how much I appreciate that as a customer. She also shared a lot of great knowledge and insight and made recommendations on what would be most appropriate for my specific prescription.I’m really glad I booked that last minute appointment this afternoon because I walked out of that store in a great mood knowing I received quality help and bought quality items.Thanks again, Jordan and other awesome Eyeglass World staff. There’s a reason I’ve come to you all since I was a kid!

Amazing overall experience. I went in for my first time checking my eyes and all the doctors were nice and efficient. There were so many options of frames to choose from, so it was a little overwhelming, but John was extremely helpful with picking out lenses and Im really happy with my choices thanks to his help. Everyone was really knowledgeable and ready to help, and my frames were done later on the same day and for a great cost. Really great place to go.

My wife and I visited eyeglass world this week for an eye exam and be fitted for new glasses. We first had our eye exam which featured state of the art hardware. Then proceeded to the full in depth and thorough exam to check eyesight and eye health. Both were on time. Next step was to choose glasses then meet with clinician to discuss cost and options. Danielle, manager, was very helpful in choosing the correct lens and frames.We waited a few days for final fitting and met with John who was extremely knowledgeable and showed he cared about the customer and customer service.

I came in very late for my appointment a few days ago. The staff were quickly able to reschedule for the next available time and were even able to see me earlier. They were very kind and patient despite my toddler and baby being generally hard to manage. I appreciated their patience and understanding. As a mom of 2 under 2, it meant a great deal to have such a child-friendly experience.

I had a great experience here. Everyone was so nice and helpful, especially Juan, Stephanie, and Tori. I went in on a Saturday and they said their machines weren’t working and they would have my glasses on Tuesday and I said I was hoping they could have them in sooner since I was really struggling to see. Stephanie called later to let me know the glasses were ready, which I really appreciated. I will definitely be coming back here in the future!

Well Ive been without glasses for sometime now And was really excited when I saw a deal for $78 and you get 2 pairs of glasses and they are also ready same day. I made an appointment for an eye exam and when I got there and was checking in I was informed that the exam was around $80 and than the glasses were an additional $78. Personally I felt extremely tricked by all of their advertising because it plastered $78 all over and I could be the only one who thought this but I figured that the $78 included an exam and the glasses as well. Clearly I was very wrong and the grand total was more like $230 after everything is said and done. I feel that they did this on purpose and it should be clearly stated that this is in fact not the case. I was disappointed with all of this.

This by far has to be the best Eye Glass world I have been too! The staff is super friendly and very well versed on all their products and about eyes! My Optometrist took the time to explain to how Lasiks would benefit me all without pressuring me. I definitely recommend this location!

I recently broke my glasses and looked up a place to find a new pair of glasses quickly. I called and was able to schedule a time the same day and everything. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Especially the doctor, John. You dont find many people out there anymore that are kind to the younger generation and it was nice to experience.

Absolutely love love love this Naples location!! Customer service superior; superstars across the board, especially compared to the horrible experience from manager at Estero! She made everyone uncomfortable. Naples: is phenomenal AND gave sample of color contacts to see what I liked. Juan is a rockstar- had numerous clients and gave so much attention and kindness to everyone- great personality and professionalism to the max!! Highly recommend this location considering I drove from Ft Myers, right past the other two locations.

John put the smile back on my face by giving all four pair of the glasses I purchased from them some TLC! Straightening them, tightening them and cleaning them up! All my bad habits or laying them around, dropping them or putting them in my purse in a hurry - all vanished and now I can see where I am going! Thanks John and thanks Eyeglass World! You guys rock!

I wish I had the same experience as others. I have a complicated prescription. When I checked in, I was warned the doctor does not like to prescribe multifocal lenses - she prefers monovision. I have tried both - multifocal works best for me. Of course, she insisted on multifocal lenses. I tried them for two days - even though I told her these lenses were not right. So.......now I have to start over somewhere else, having exhausted my insurance allowance for an exam. She knew I was unhappy. Staff knew I was unhappy. Did not matter that I have worn lenses for years and years and know what works for me, having tried all the options before. I am out $110 and still have no lenses. I now will be going to the doctor that has prescribed what works for me - but does not take my current insurance. Another $200+ for another exam.....but at least it will be right.

I purchased two pair of prescription glasses at eyeglass World in Naples on March 2, 2021 and found the staff to be very helpful and professional. Bryan was a salesman who sold me the glasses. I had no idea what I wanted to buy but he helped me out and I feel like I made a good choice. When they were ready, I was notified with a courtesy call and Juan and Martha assisted me with the fitting and I purchased some some croakies as well. This was my first visit to Eyeglass World and most likely my last. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the optometry department was quick and friendly.I scheduled an appointment for an eye exam, which was super quick and efficient, then chose my glasses, and sat at a desk for 10 ish minutes until someone was able to help me. I chose my glasses, paid, and was scheduled to pick them up at 4:15.I arrived a few minutes after 4:15 and was once again told to sit at a desk and someone would help me shortly. I was told my glasses would be ready in a few minutes... three people came in after me and were out the door before I was taken care of. By the time I finally got my glasses I had been there 45 minutes just waiting.I dont know if they are short of staff or just disorganized but how about a call if you you are behind. I had other things to do besides wait longer for my glasses especially when that was the SCHEDULED time I was given by your staff.I took a chance on Eyeglass World and realize I was right with my initial feeling that this would be the Wal Mart of Optometry.

My wife and I bought new glasses over the last two weeks or so, and are very pleased. Have to go back in a few days because there was an imperfection in the new lens and they instantly said that will be resolved. We are very happy with the staff as well as just the glasses. There was one person who was always called over to help out one if the staff occasionally and that employee was CHRISTINE PIERRE! I thought she was the manager. She knows her job, she instantly resolved issues and if she didn’t know the answer right away, it just may take another minute. And sometimes at lightening speed. She was also very professional, very personable, courteous and extremely helpful. Today we stopped in to pick up a pair of glasses and bumped into her. If you’re coming into this store for whatever reason and you are fortunate to have her be here for you, you will be very pleased. Awefull service! Had a really bad eye issue and was in extreme discomfort and receptionist “Juan” told me to stop by the office and that I was going to be service. Receptionist kept complaining that they were “extremely busy” when they only had two patients in the lobby. Extremely disappointed for their service and hope no one goes back to this office. Trust me there are better options out there ......

During CoVID I was worried about coming in, but Eyeglass World was wonderful They! They checked the temperature of everyone that comes in. I really love the employees in the Naples area, they are kind and helpful when you come in. Especially Luis Garcia! He has helped me and my son for 2 years now. He is very knowledgible with insurance and explains everything very well. He is up beat and gives you various options of different things you can put on your lenses to inhance your eye sight without feeling pressure into buying it. Which makes us feel like he honestly cares about our eyes. Thank you Luis for always making getting our lenses and glasses a great experience!

First visit for my eye exam was very pleasant. The eye Dr. was a nice fella. The salesman I had was on his last days he was very nice also. I decided to go with “progressive” lenses not really fully understanding how those come since I haven’t worn glasses in over 25yrs.2nd visit pleasant got the new frames fitted, realized when I put them on I kinda felt fish eyed, the guy explained try them out if you don’t like them bring em back etc.3rd visit I couldn’t adjust to the lenses so decided I would take them back and try to have them just give me a single lens without the reader part I didn’t need all that Jazz. The young lady said of course started doing her thing explained they owe me some money for the difference in cost. I had ZERO interest in a refund as I just wanted to exchange until..... Enter the GM, sits down all disgusted as the customer next to us is clearly returning and having a problem as well. “you can’t simply just return or exchange these, you didn’t give them a chance, there will be no refund” now like I said I could have cared less about a refund, but when he came over and said that in, that tone right after the sales associate old me differently.....Nah homey don’t play that. The GM in this store is straight up trash,Now come time for refund since I now refuse to do anymore business in the establishment. If you pay cash it takes 2 weeks to get your money back by check in the mail. “Seriously you can do better than that” I personally paid 500 cash so now I’m out glasses and have to wait 2 weeks to get my money back so I can go somewhere else to buy frames. Avoid at all costs, or I could just say told you so...

This place is absolutely horrible!!! Please do not send your friends or family or anyone you care about here. I was a VERY loyal customer here for years as well as my family and friends. But that has definitely changed for good. I was treated so poorly here. NO customer service was provided to me what so ever. I am actually disgusted with this place. They made a huge mistake with my order and REFUSED to fix THEIR mistake!! The so called manager didnt even care that they made a mistake. This place is horrendous. Horrible horrible horrible!!!! Spoke to 3 different staff all very rude. I bought two pairs of glasses and both were faulty. Lenses falling out, then went in to get them replaced, then got a call to pick them up, and was told both were done. Once arrived only one pair was there, lady told me next day other pair will be done. Then called to confirm and she said 2 to 3 days. Here it is 3 days later and they said theyll call me back. Worst experience ever having to call and make multiple trips to get glasses. Id advise everyone to not go here!!! Very incompetent employees.. wish I could rate 0 stars and thats giving them too much

The people were very nice, but the cost of eyeglasses are to high especially considering the low quality of most frames.Drove to next parking lot over and saved over $300 for much better quality frames.Total cost for 2 pairs of eyeglasses at Eyeglassworld came to $740.Ended up across parking lot where I got 2 pairs of much higher quality frames for $425.

Im new to the area and was in bad need of some new prescription glasses. All I had was the old lens to use to get my prescription info. The store manager Heather was able to do this for me and get my glasses at a great price with a second pair free!! I would have had them the same day but she also noticed some imperfections during the making of my lenses. I appreciated the honesty and the fact that I wouldnt need to bring them back after finding out for myself later. I had my new glasses with perfect lenses the very next day. Went to have an eye exam for glasses. At the door was told I could be seen. But then after waiting for 10 minutes. They all of a suddenly decidedly I could not be seen. Was it because I was the darkest person there.

This is the only place I will go. The staff is always really nice and helpful. Layla is great at her job and always goes above and beyond. The Dr are always willing to answer your questions and getting an apt is easy.
