I thought I had rare eye issues yet Joey was able to fix and change the shape of my lenses so that I now see perfectly. The customer caring shown at this establishment is indescribable. What a gift it is to have them here in Naples.

We visited VisionWorks to get new glasses for my wife. We were helped by Bryan Hernandez. He was excellent and very professional yet relaxed and funny to talk with. As expected, Bryan processed my wifes claim through our insurance company. He also popped out the lenses from her current glasses and cleaned the lenses with alcohol to remove any residue. Id call that customer service beyond what was expected. The store has a huge selection of frames. Bryan and this location of Visionworks are highly recommended.

Doctor and staff very friendly! They all have an upbeat attitude and like to joke around making for a pleasant visit. Sticker shock of getting glasses and prescription filled there seemed expensive. Only reason why I didn’t give them a 5.

I would have given zero stars if that was an option.They do not stand behind their satisfaction guarantee; there’s always an excuse to not honor it!I have been a customer for 20+ years with Visionworks and I have never been treated so poorly in my life!Both Customer “Service” associates that I dealt with here, one young and one older, both had the same bad attitude!All I wanted was good glasses, the correct ones that I picked out. I picked out blue mirrored sunglasses and when I went to pick them up they were much smaller gray or black lenses that I did not pick out! My wife was with me when they were picked out and ordered. The person behind the counter argued with me & said too bad, they would not get me the ones I picked out! He basically said take it or leave it, So I left both pairs of glasses that I had purchased there ——employees there do not care at all & are not interested in serving any customer! There are plenty of other places to get glasses and sunglasses, so the recommendation is to beware of this place and get them somewhere else!

My husband and i were there for our yearly exam. Though the store has gone through a series of changes with the optometrist (from. Dr. Hinshaw, to Dr butcher, to Dr. Caraballo) everyone of them has been nice and professional. Prescriptions have always been precise and any changes needed have been made promptly and without excuse. A great selection of glasses and amazing customer service. Stephanie is always very nice and answers all out questions about billing and appts. Brian is excellent. He makes the experience fun and is very knowledgeable and helpful.I felt horrible trying on like a million frames since during covid they have to clean each and every frame. But Brian reassured us that it was ok and made us feel comfortable trying out as many frames as needed until we found what we needed. Brian helped with no reservations. Thank you sooo much.We have been a client there for a few years now and will continue to go there for my optometry needs.P.S. restrooms were very clean which says alot as well!

I bought a pair of glasses in June of 2019. My first pair ever. Rosa the sales rep was impeccable. Its now October and apparently I wasnt cleaning the lenses properly and they are getting scuffed. The warranty covers 100 days and I called today, obviously passed the warranty period, and they ordered me new lenses free of charge. No questions asked. Thats customer service and I highly recommend Visionworks. I love my glasses and this time around in better educated on proper cleaning. Visionworks has made a life long customer out of me.

Pretty bad experience. I didnt have my prescription details at the time I ordered the glasses. One of the staff members confirmed to me that I could text them a copy of my prescription once I get it and they will take care of it. I did as told but have received no confirmation that the details were received . Even when I am asking for an acknowledgement, getting no response. Today when I called that number, its being disconnected and on calling the store, someone picked up, but they have no clue about my prescription details. They should take care of the customers and say only what they mean.Finally, when I went to the store today, my sales rep had updated my prescription details with the order. Changing my rating from 1 to 4. Just that I couldve saved myself a trip, if I had received an acknowledgement. Nevermind.....

From the moment we walked in, there was a stark difference between the numerous other places we had vsisited in recent days. We were greeted with a friendly hello that was enthusiastic and genuine. There was a large variety of great options to choose from and Bryan who helped us was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. As I browsed the options I bumped into a woman and I said how impressed I was with this place and she told me she was on her third pair of glasses from them and just loved working with them. My 22 year old son and I were both so impressed with our experience here that we will never go to another place, again!! Bryan even took my old glasses that the nose piece was crooked and removed them and replaced them with brand new ones. Everyone there went above and beyond and it left an incredible impression on both my son and myself. They seriously earned this 5 star review!!

He went as far as calling the Visionworks store in NH that we had purchased the glasses from, to check for warranty. When he found that he didnt have the color frame that we wanted in stock, he called another local Visionworks to locate the frame and held it for us. We had the new frame and were on our way within the hour. Thanks again!

Dr. Henshaw is the only Dr I will see for my eye exams. Hes very patient, extremely knowledgeable & truly cares about making your experience a comfortable & successful visit.

Absolutely awful. I waited 2 hours to be seen on a Wednesday morning and I wasnt even getting my eyes tested, I was just coming to buy some glasses. There were only about 5 employees working and it was packed. If someone is coming to drop hundreds of dollars on glasses at your store youd think theyd be a little more concerned and speed up their pace.
