I came in for an eye exam and contacts everything was great! Doctor answered all my questions, the girls that work here helped me on choosing the right frame for my face :) great experience as it was my first time coming on my own without my parents. will see you next year!

I stopped in today with two issues on an old pair of sunglasses that I love. The woman working there was so very helpful and gracious . She actually repaired my old glasses while I was there. Wonderful customer service!! I will be back.

I used to go to the one on golden gate parkway because there was a gentleman, Lupe, who adjusted my glasses perfectly. He was so nice and always made sure my glasses fitted me, not as I wanted, but as I needed them. I liked them loose but then he would remind me that it was because of that, that my glasses would always fall. He was very well educated. The last time I was there for an adjustment was back in November. He even remembered me. I went there about a month ago only to be told that he passed away early April of this year. The young lady who was working there told me about how he has a younger sister who also works for the company at the east Naples location. So there I went to pay my respects to her and little did I know, she is just as educated and smart as her brother. Natalie, my condolences to you sweetheart. I told her about how her brother used to help me all the time and unfortunately, I made her cry but even so, she smiled and thanked me. I know Lupe lives through her. She is so sweet and optimistic. Whenever I need an adjustment, I know where to go now. I know for sure I’ll be booking my appointment here very soon. Thank you Lupe. Thank you Natalie. Thank you Optical Outlets.

This was my first pair of glasses besides reading glasses. I told the Dr. that when I drive the cars in front of me are blurry. My prescription is for farsightedness with bi-focals. Its been 6 months and I cant read anything on my cars dashboard as well as signs. Anything near is blurry. I returned to the store and told the young lady my problem and she said its been over 30 days there are no refunds I said I understand but Im giving you a chance to save me as a customer. Again she said its beyond 30 days there is nothing I can do. I didnt want my money back I wanted a correct prescription so I can read. Very disappointed especially after referring my wife and a co worker to this store.

Horrible customer service!My husband and I both were attempting to become new patients and after the girl at the front desk was hostile, rude, and completely unhelpful we walked out after only being there for 10 minutes.Never have I had a medical staff be so rude. If that is any representation of how this office treats patients I cant understand how anyone would ever go there.Though we never spoke to the doctor we saw him walking, rather shuffling, around. I understand that age doesnt determine capabilities but seeing how fragile he looked did not instill us with a lot of confidence.

I came in here to get my glasses adjusted and while Natalie was busy helping another patient, she took time to greet me while I walked in and told me she would be with me in just a few minutes. I asked if I could look around and she said yes. All I had to do was put the frames in the basket if I touched them or tried them on(very good on the sanitation). After 2 minutes she came up to me and asked how she could help me. I told her I was just browsing around and I ended up leaving with 2 pairs of glasses. The prices are better than any where else. You’re paying for what you’re getting. If you ever come in, ask for Natalie. She’s very kind and well knowledgeable. She turned my horrible day into a great one. Thank you optical outlets. After putting off a much needed eye exam to replace both glasses and contacts, I made an appointment at Optical Outlets at their Tamiami Trail location. I cant say enough about how professional and helpful the staff was, beginning with my call to schedule, to my final purchase. The office manager Katherine, along with her team were friendly and patient as they assisted myself and every other client. Between explaining insurance coverage and providing product knowledge, there is a lot of information to absorb as a consumer. In the end, I am very pleased with my experience and will return for future needs.

Just moved into the area and saw there was an optical nearby. My glasses had been missing nose pieces for a while and the lovely girls there were so kind to me. Not only did Natalie and Jennifer replace the missing nose pieces, they also straightened out my glasses and adjusted them so that they wouldn’t fall off my face. I sleep in them constantly and they went above and beyond to make my glasses feel like new. I’m beyond happy. I’ll for sure be coming back here in a few months for an eye exam. Thank you girls

I went for the first time this past Tuesday and was helped by Hellwy, who was both professional and helpful. I placed an order. The following day I needed to adjust my insurance and was handled by Jennifer who tracked down the information communicating with their insurance Dept. She assured me the manager would resolve my question the following day when she was in the office. True to her word, Catherine contacted me and went over my bill and insurance allowance- adjusted my invoice and I was done. I found the employees most helpful and knowledgeable. I only hope I love the end product as much as I enjoyed working with the staff!

Excellent service! I felt completely safe as masks are required for service and all frames are sanitized after a customer touches them. I came in to get nose pads replaced and perused the frames while I waited. Many cute styles to choose from!

I wish I could give 5 stars review based on Nathalie professionalism alone, but bad apples ruins the tree!My experience at Optical Outlet was Sour & Sweet!* My first visit was for an eye exam, that’s when I met Nathalie. She was super sweet & helpful I was impressed with the high quality service.* My second visit, was intended to test my the contact lenses based on the previous exam. That day “The Manager” (I believe her name is JAHANY ) was the one helping me... well assisted me. I had a certificate for a FREE PAIRED COLOR contacts trials, at first I was surprised the “the manager” made such a big deal accepting the free trail, it almost seemed as if she refused. After a long wait for contacts, I was told that my contacts where not available and that I’d have to come back (despite that my appointment was intended for that particular reason)! At that point I asked for Nathalie for some answers, because it honestly seemed like the staff didn’t have a clue of what was going, despite the Managers attitude l requested to be helped by Nathalie because I felt she actually cared to help and SURE ENOUGH I WAS RIGHT.SURPRISE, SURPRISE, Nathalie was able to find my contacts, meaning she literally took the time to check the inventory.At check out; I asked Nathalie about the “free color contact trial” and she had NO PROBLEM helping and order three I week color trail, at that point I left happy despite the prior sour experience.* For my Third visit, I was picking up my order sadly Nathalie was not in. Again the Manager “helped me” by handling my order however, when she handed me my three color trail... she gave me ONE CONTACT FOR EACH COLOR! who the hell does that? Not only did my original receipt stated “2 box” in additional the certificate I provide “although they didn’t consider”clearly states • a Pair because we... humans have two eyes!I asked, what was going on and with a smug on her face she says “yeah, it one contact”.It was so unfortunate that Nathalie was not in to actual help or KINDLY EXPLAIN! The one thing is for sure.... they have the wrong person in shared as Manager!She has work ethic, has a bad attitude and obviously doesn’t care to help, which is clearly not managers job description.My honest advice would be to ask for Nathalie or not even bother going in.

I went for an eye exam and to purchase contacts. To start to make an appointment was easy and they had a lit of patience. At the actual visit the three ladies Katherine Natalie and Stefania were very professional and polite. I would definitely recommend this place. My visit was smooth and quick.

I brought an older pair of glasses and inadvertently put them in washing machine. They got bent and lost the nosepiece. The technician did not hesitate to repair completely at no charge. They fit great now and are clean from the washing I gave them!

Very clean and professional. Went to several opticals trying to find the best deal. Ended here purchasing my glasses they helped me choose my frames. This girls really care about helping you find whats best for you. They also follow CDC guidelines very closely! Felt safe and left happy with my purchase.

My prescription increased with my last vision test. The staff is attentive & helpful. I got a good deal purchasing new frames vs. using my old ones. Glasses are shipped directly to the patients home now. I received 2 pair on Friday. None on Saturday & Monday is a holiday. Im hoping the other 2 come Tuesday!!

Im not sure why my glasses took more than a week to make. Very cheaply made glasses too. I got a coating on my glasses to be scratch resistant. They scratched after a month. I brought them back and they said they can scratch. Now almost a year later, it seems the coating is totally coming off. Worst eyeglasses I ever bought and Ive been wearing glasses for fifty years. I paid $524 not the $69 as advertised. Go to LensCrafters or Costco for a better deal. Edit Update: My other pair of Glasses fell apart and I went back to the store but they have since closed down. I really feel like this Company has Robbed me.

I am writing this review to let Optical Outlets know what a wonderful employee they have working for them. On July 7, 2016, I went to pick out new glasses and on July 29th I went back to pick them up. At both times, a young woman, Simone, waited on me. She was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I have had several bad experiences at other optical stores, but this time it was very positive.

I went on March 11th to get contacts and glasses, got the glasses but never received the contacts. Its now May 20th and when I call to ask whats going on the girl on the phone asked me a bunch of questions and made it seem like it was my fault. Im very disgusted with this place. I do not recommend. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

Worst customer service ever. When I asked for a manager or supervisor the fat guy refused to give me any information and ignored me. He was dishonest about when his boss would be in the office then 5min later she arrived.He absolutely did not care that a previous employee informed me wrong and didn’t give me contact samples to see, after spending over $400 in their services. Store supervisor was the only one that actually help.I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I have glassesi cant see out of. I paid for everything the day of my exam and i guess i signed a paper as to no returns while my eyes were dialated. I now must go to another eye Dr just to get the glasses i need. I do not recommend this place they are nice till they get your money. I did not want to take the glasses and the girl told me i needed to try them for 30 days before i could return its been a week i still cant wear them. She now states that there is no refund on glasses. How convenient for them.

Im so disappointed at this eye place. They are very unprofessional. I had an appoint scheduled for my daughter and I, we got there and was told all appointments are cancelled for today. I pulled my kid out of school to get this done and no one bothered to called and let me know this. I wouldnt recommend this place to nobody.😡

Be very careful. Its hard to tell if this place is crooked or just incompetent or both. Theyll mess up your prescription so pay attention if you order glasses or contacts from somewhere else. Theyll over charge you for all kinds of made up reasons. Make sure you know youre insurance benefits because they will try and lie to you about what you are and arent covered for to get more money. Honestly if you can go somewhere else go because the stress and hassle and untrustworthiness is not worth it. If you cant just be careful and know your information to keep from getting swindled.

Glasses came in sooner than expected with hard cases

I bought two pair of glasses, less than 1 year. the protection layer started to appear like spots which make me difficult to see. I visit them to find the solution but they asked $125 to fix their own problem. Be careful with these unprofessional people they will make you loss money and time . No recomendable, son poco profecionales y no garantizan su producto.

This happen couple months back Horrible place to go to, i went there for my eye exam not only are they suppose to tell you up front hey ur insurance only cover for such things they waited for me to get done seeing the eye doctor, i picked out the frames then they try telling me Your insurance dont cover this i had to pay money down just to get my glasses mind you when i got my glasses the werent even supposed to be the way they were then i went back to tell them and they said i had to see the doctor but to get them fixed i was gonna have to pay again! You gotta be kidding me these people dont know wth they are dont dont go to them there better eye doctors in this city.

Terrible experience it was my first time at this place it took me forever to find it so I was like 10 min late the 2 girls that were helping me took more time deciding to reschedule than I was late I drove 30 min to that place to get rejected those girls had no understanding one of the ladies said we usually give a 10 min grace period but why not for me that was bs I should have spoke to someone else those girls were not professionals and I am not happy with my visit I wanted to cry I need glasses so bad they dont understand.
