Look East gave me the assurance that the health of my families eyes are their priority. Dr. Brasfield and Joe allowed us to leave there knowing that our eyes were thoroughly examined, weve had the optometrists full attention, we werent rushed or pressured into making a decision and all of our questions were answered. Going out of Network was not such a big deal with the discounts, rebates and coupons that they offered. Look East has friendly and professional staff who care about their patients and want us to be educated so that we can take better care of our sight. I have taken each of my children there to experience quality optometry and respect the way it should be! Im totally satisfied! Dont wait, make your appointment!

I had a eye exam and it was the most pleasant experience Ive ever had at an eye doctor. The staff and doctor are warm and friendly. The doctor took the time to show me images of my eye to explain what she was looking for. She was attentive and thorough. The machinery they use for tests is modern, which makes the exams more comfortable. Post exam, the person who helped me order new contacts and processed payment was knowledgeable and super nice. As a new resident to the area, Im excited to have found such excellent eyecare professionals on the first try.

I was able to have my eyeglass frames repaired while I sat in my car and received curbside service. Alaina has helped me several times over the past couple of years and has always been highly competent, helpful, and professional. I was in from out of town and tore my contact. I called Look East to see if they would be able to help. JD was absolutely amazing. I had my doctor fax over my prescription and came into Look East and he had a trail set of contacts waiting for me (at no cost). Their customer service is amazing and they went above and beyond for me.

It’s been years since I’ve had an eye exam. So I came into Look East for an exam. The staff was amazing and super knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. They were out of network but that was no problem because they filed everything for me. On top of that, the space was warm and inviting with a great selection of frames. I’ll definitely be back!!

I had such a marvelous experience at Look East, under the care of Dr. Burgron. It was such a great experience, that I had to give it 5 stars--even while my eyes are still dilated (forgive any typos). She explained everything to me, was patient with my inability to take an eye drop, and was just a spectacular companion on my journey towards better eye health. I cannot say enough good things about the service and expertise I received at Look East. I am a musician and have highly specified vision needs. Look East worked with me to find the perscription that worked best in my progressive lenses and also some of the most fashionable frames around. They took their time and gave me the best product and service Ive had in years. I am so glad I made the switch to Look East.

They helped me out when I had an emergency and got me in right away. The friendliest staff around, and very knowledgeable! They were able to get me into a new pair of glasses, rushed them, and saved me before I had to go back to work. I cannot recommend them enough!

I don’t even have words for how kind, caring, and professional the staff here is . My apartment was destroyed in the Nashville Tornado and I was displaced less than 48 hours later along with 60 other residents. Look east proactively reached out to all of us to make sure that any of us affected with eyewear would receive glasses and contact absolutely free ! The value of the glasses frames alone was quite a lot . They are angels . And with an wide array of product and a beautiful office . I recommend Look East over any other !!

Look East is in my opinion, the best eye care specialists in Nashville. First, they have the best selection of glasses. Second, the health care aspect is the best I have seen in a long time. I didn’t feel rushed during the exam. I felt like the doctor took her time and thoroughly went through everything. And then I needed new glasses and I about could not decide which ones I wanted. I had 3 or 4 pairs that I really wanted. I feel like in most optometry offices, I am lucky to find one pair of frames I would want to wear. I’ve been to a couple of places in Nashville, but I will stick to going here in the future. Highly recommend.

Dont waste your time if you have insurance!!! This place informs you as you are checking in for your appointment that they work with some other company to file your insurance and that the cost must be paid up front and then you would be reimbursed 30-60 days later. They requested the total for the annual visit of $96 and informed me that I could expect to be reimbursed $30. However on my insurance card it notes $10 for an office visit. I have never paid more than $10 to have my annual eye exam. What a waste of my time! it was a 10 am appointment so I missed over 2 hours of work! What s total joke. Who operates like this, it was so slimy! However they did appear to offer a great selection of frames.

Had my first visit this morning and couldnt have been happier with my experience. The best part was their service before the appointment to make sure my insurance worked and got an estimate of what I would pay before coming to the appointment. Joe, handled all of my questions via email in a timely manner on the days that the store was closed so I was comfortable before I even walked in the door.Definitely recommend checking this place out if you are in need of an eye doctor!

I have been to numerous opticians in many countries around the world. Look East has been the best I have been to in 46 years on this planet. Their excellence begins when you walk through the door and from that point onward it just gets better. This is the most comprehensive eye exam I have ever had, the friendliest staff I have ever encountered and the doctor is just outstanding. I wish there were 6 stars for those businesses that go above and beyond, Look East would be one of the few places that I’d give that extra star to.

Outstanding customer service!While at work, I realized one of my nose pads had went missing and my glasses were digging into my nose! I only had a short lunch break, but I as able to drop in and show them the issue. Within minutes they replaced both pads at no charge, even though I had not purchased my glasses from them!Thanks!

I have been going to eye drs since I was 6 years old (Im in my thirties now), and Dr. Brasfield is the best eye doctor I have ever seen. In fact, I was her patient several years ago before she opened this practice, and I ended up going back to see her even though this location is not local for me. She is very thorough, she listens, she remembers patients, and she definitely knows her stuff. Look East is a beautiful facility with a great staff, and excellent options in eye wear. So glad I decided to make the switch, and highly, highly reccomend!
