Had a great experience with Dr Newsom. They take walk-ins and appointments. He’s personable and the team there gets you in and out of your appointment in a reasonable amount of time. I paid out of pocket the day I went, for a contact eye exam it was $95 but a basic eye exam was around $60-65 I believe.

Dr. Newsom and Megan are great! The location got flooded after the storm, but they still managed to clean up and take me in right before they close. I wasn’t sure if I could make it, but they were so nice and waited for me. The exam was quick, affordable, and pleasant! I’d come back whenever I need an eye exam again. Definitely recommend. Also, the hours in some of the review pictures are correct, not the google default one.

The 5stars is for the younger girl working there that did my glasses order. I was very happy with the glasses She sold me.*Everyone else working in there is awful* The gentleman Bruce was Forcing me to purchase lens I could not afford. When I told him I could not afford that price he said “come on, it’s your eyes” Go to him, only if you want to waste your money.I see perfectly fine in the cheaper lens she sold me.

Dr. Soloman is the best optometrist I have ever seen. I will most certainly be back next year. Plus glasses I get there are better than most places.

Prices to high for glasses, but atleast the exam goes by fast, after a waiting list. Book in advance . Walk inside welcome,but you might be there for a while. The only downside is the male doctor cant take a hint. When you tell him youre not wearing glasses, dint keep trying to sell them.

I arrived at the vision center at 1:00 wanting a quick adjustment to my glasses. It was not open and no one answered the phone.

Both departments are rude and have no customer service whats so ever . I called several times trying to get my PD from them just to order my glasses through them online .The lady at the main front desk had the audacity to tell me to contact my doctor for it, right after I done told her I had gotten my glasses and prescription from them. She was very dude . I asked her for her name she repeated my question and hung up on me . I was being sent back and forth through both departments . From the doctors main office and Walmarts glasses department. I do not recommend and will not be getting my eye exams from them anymore.

I really appreciate the skill and concern of the eye doctor, Dr. David L. Newsom, who examined me not only for new glasses but also for eye diseases. He can do this because hes an Opthalmologist, a medical school plus graduate. I don t trust all eye doctors but I do trust Dr. Newsom. He helped me when my previous two eye ophthalmologists werent able to.Also, I did get a relatively good deal on a new pair of glasses, but make sure you get all measurements for new eye glasses needed in case you want to buy an inexpensive pair online from a different vendor.

Location was good the girls seems friendly and knew the products would recommend this location to friends and family

I worked with Bruce the manager today and Latoria. Miss Latoria has always been overly kind to me. Bruce went over and above my expectations. Latoria ALWAYS has a smile and a great attitude. These two are extremely vital to your store. Keep them in your store!!!!! ❤️💜❤️💜☮️💟☯️

I had a 4:30 appointment and was running a little late (less than 10 minutes) and as I walk in, the eye doc and the receptionist are walking out. They told me that even though they close at 5, they leave if their last patient is late and refused to see me. In what other job/position is this Ok to do? Also, everyone is late to wherever They go at 4:30 because of traffic! So I guess They never see any of their 4:30 patients.... I cried because I had left my 1 yo with a babysitter and any mom knows how awful that sort of situation is.The receptionist must have felt bad because she called me as I was leaving tge parking lot and asked if Id like to reschedule for tomorrow. As a solo mom, theres no telling when I will be able to reschedule, so I told her that I will not be returning to this Wal-Mart again because they were so unprofessional and lazy.
