I have seen Dr. Peace a handful of times at his Cool Springs location, and I have now been to the Trousdale office. His office manager Cecelia has been with him since I have been seeing him, too. They are both always a pleasure to see. I feel like Im seeing old friends instead of going to the doctor. They treat you with genuine care and attentiveness. I find that Im always recommending them to friends and strangers in need of a great optometrist.

Dr. Burt has been my doctor for almost 10 years. He is amazing warm extremely competent . Great practice. He helped me with failing near vision stay in contacts. It has been a life changer. Highly recommend.

I have been seeing Dr. Peace since I moved to Nashville about 2 years ago. First at the cool springs location and now Trousdale. I absolutely love him and the staff! Dr. Peace is knowledgeable, kind, and respectful. I never feel rushed while I am being seen and he takes the time to explain any questions. He also has VERY fair prices for exams and glasses. Absolutely love this office! Dr. Peace and his staff are always so helpful and kind. I was able to get my glasses and contacts there. They have a nice variety of frames to choose from. Highly recommend!

They clearly do not want your business. If they did, they would pick up the phone. I have called them on different business days during normal business hours and the phone would ring once and go silent. I am happy to take my business somewhere else. Terrible customer service.

I got glasses for my daughter over a week ago. I have been to pick them up twice now. The first time, I told the woman I would be here on Tuesday to pick them up. I busted butt to get my kids off the bus at 4 to be there at 5 before they closed. I made it by 4:40. They were closed. Now, I’m sitting in front of the store. The window says M-F 9-?. Well guess what? They’re not here again. Google says they’re open. Their answering machine says 1-5 on Friday. I will NEVER waste my time or money with this place ever again.

I love Peace Eye Care. They are very knowledgeable and helpful, and they always have a great frame selection. I really like the they are willing to help me find frames that work for my face, and not just the most expensive pair. Also, they never try to sell me a bunch of stuff I don’t need.

Loved Dr. Burt. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a quick diagnosis for my eye troubles. Very kind. The receptionist was also very nice. Will definitely return and recommend.

Ive been wearing contacts for the last 20+ years and have been to a very high volume of different eye Drs.Dr Peace explained things in a way about my eyes that no other eye doctor ever has. This is a small facility but this appointment was knocked out start to finish, for a new patient, in under an hour due to the efficiency and attentiveness of the staff. I learned things about my eyes that Ive never been told before, he is a super knowledgeable doctor. It was a tough decision to leave my last eye doctor due to insurance issues but I couldnt be happier with the level of service I received at this office by both the staff and the skill of this eyecare professional.

Everyone here was SO friendly. The ladies were so patient with me and my hard to please/indecisive ways. I was not in a hurry, but they gor me in and out in no time. Highly recommend!

Every time I call, no one answers. Whenever I have physically gone to the place during normal hours (posted on their door) their door is locked, and no one is there. In the last week I have called and left 2 messages. Still no returned call. This makes it very hard to pick up contacts, glasses, prescription..

Placed an order for contacts. Paid up front. Took over a month. I called multiple times over weeks and left the office voicemails during office hours and they just didnt call me back. Dodgy little operation. Go somewhere else with your money.

I would give this place 0 stars. I called 3 weeks ahead to make my appointment. I took a day off of work, showed up for my appointment and the lady at the front desk told me that they had no doctor on site. She told me that the doctor was on fall break. Nobody called to inform me of this situation, so I could reschedule another day. This place is very unprofessional and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

No one ever picks up their phone and really sleazy business model. Will not give me my prescription even though its required BY LAW.

Very rough experience. Rude and unaccommodating staff.
