I broke my frames, and Im from out of town. I called and was able to walk in. The optometrist spent some time going through several frames to try to find some that my lenses would fit into. She found some, and I couldnt be more grateful to be able to see clearly again! The optometrist and the ladies at the front desk were so kind and helpful! If I were living here, Id definitely be going here for my optical needs. My first impression of them was fabulous! Thank you so much, ladies!

The front office staff is pretty rude and condescending. It was hard for my gf to get her rx from them as well. Seems like they just want you to buy overpriced glasses from them.

Great service, kind staff, and fair prices. Probably the easiest eye doctor experience I have had. They examined me for my contacts and glasses in the same exam which saved me so much time. Quick turn around on my glasses when I brought my custom lenses in. The only thing I would recommend is a little more communication on my contacts. I failed in waiting too long to reorder, but I was told the contacts would be in the same week and they would call. I ended up having to call almost two weeks later to find they were already ready to be picked up. But this is minor compared to the wonderful service I received. I have told all my friends and family that are looking for an eye doctor or are unhappy with their current doctor. I will never stray from them! Thanks!

I stopped by Music City Optical today and felt like the experience was overall good. Not great, but good. The staff were friendly, except the doctor. She seemed impatient and easily frustrated. Moreover, she was testing my left eye and we tried a few different settings. I thought I was clear that none of them were good (all were blurry) but she stopped the test and never went back. I kept thinking we had just taken a break but then everything was over and my eyes were already dilated so I couldnt do any more tests. I havent gotten my glasses yet (they said it will take two weeks! Ive never waited so long for glasses) but I just hope they turn out okay. The choices for frames were very good and they even had more affordable options if you arent trying to spend too much. Basically, everything about the place is great except for the actual medical part.

Glasses are highly expensive even with insurance . They do not provide a Pupillary Distance prescription, requiring you to buy from them .

This place is AMAZING! Dr. James is so sweet and was able to answer all of my questions. I had never worn glasses before so I was worried that I would look silly in them but Dr. James and her staff helped me pick out the perfect pair and I wear them all the time! I get compliments on them constantly! This is the only place Ill ever go to for my eyes - Thank you Doc!!

Had such a great experience with Dr. James and her entire staff. They were able to squeeze me in today when I was in Nashville for work and my eye was very irritated. Her staff made sure my prescriptions were called into the pharmacy and ready when I went to pick them up before my flight as well as research and schedule and appointment for me when i head back to Miami tonight - en route now. Exceptional consumer service and great care which you dont always see today. Thank you!!

Dr. James was fantastic. Shes friendly and easily explains everything you need to know about your eyes! The staff helped me pick out my glasses, offered advice on frames and were very patient with my initial indecision towards which frames to choose. Theyre upfront about pricing and my glasses came exactly when expected.

Ive been visiting Connie James for two years now and she has help me make the transition in improving my vision from standard eyeglasses to contacts and recently, with digital lens that really help me see sharper. As a photographer, eyesight is critical and Dr. James and staff recognized that and really listened to my needs and concerns; accordingly they provided a great solution rather than just fill a prescription.Highly recommended if you value your eyesight as much I do in a client first setting.

The office is beautiful and the staff are incredibly nice and helpful. Dr. James had me in and out, in under an hour for a glasses/contact annual exam. I just moved to Nashville recently and have been trying to lock down my go-to healthcare providers, Music City Optical will definitely be my choice for future eye-care needs!

Really nice facility & location. Friendly staff, easy appointment booking. Most importantly, Dr. James is a great optometrist.

Unfortunately, had horrible customer service on two occassions. The last issue was a bill that wasnt sent out for over a year, and when I called to ask what it was steming from since the paper copy I had from the date of service said I owed nothing, the preson I spoke with was rude, condesending, and wouldnt let me finish a sentence. Front office staff is a nightmare to work with, so will unfortunately be taking my and my familys care elsewhere. I would avoid this practice.

I was driving when my lens popped out and I headed to the first glasses store on the map. The staff at Music City Optical had me in and out just like any customer, and helped me get the lens back in at no charge. Recently moved closer to this location and Ill be back whenever I need a new pair. Thank you!

Making the appointment couldnt have been easier. I was satisfied with my service overall.

They took three weeks to get my glass but I found something wrong with them. Then they took a month and half to get my glass fixed. They do not care about customer. First time deal with them and is going to be the last.
