Always fast service. Always amazing customer service. Probably one of my favorite departments stores in the New Albany area. Very polite and friendly employees. Always smiling. Always willing to help especially first thing in the morning... Never had any issues with this company.

Well laid out grocery store but has so much more to offer, clothing ect. It is maintained well, friendly staff an exceptional in knowledge of store.

Im a Meijer fan. The have the supercenter concept on point. Great customer service and good prices. Produce for days. The Meijer brand soda is better than the national brand.Also the Get Buzzed can/bottle holder is cool and reminds you to enjoy your summer and save the beesTell em Roger sent you.

I like this Meijer location but cashier wasn’t nice and helpful at all. Not even said thank you. Or anything he completely ignored us in whole transaction. I asked a question he told me go to costumer service. I noticed another costumer was behind us when we left and he was super nice. I think dealing with costumers is not easy but if someone doesn’t like to deal with different people why to work in that environment.

After multiple attempts to get a pink and purple cat cake from the bakery for a little girls birthday we received a gray and white bunny cake and an assortment of discolored cat cakes. Colorblind bakers get zero stars, bakery manager who failed to follow instructions gets zero stars. Michelle who was a manager in a different department was the saving grace.

Best cakes Ive found. Decent prices, good sales, good selection, great meat dept. If youre a hummus fan, try the lemon hummus. Its fantastic. In the produce section. Dressing rooms not open.

I bought this on 7/16/21 and look at what the expiration date says!!!!!!! Then you try to call to just be nice and let them know and they don’t answer.

The one thing that I like the most about this place is Ive never had a bad experience with the staff. Everybody is always nice and even if they dont mean it, they at least always act like theyre glad to help.The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because they dont have certain groceries I buy and I have to go elsewhere for them. Otherwise, I have no complaints about this location.

Always have exactly what I need and staff willing to help me find something if I cant locate it.

I went to Meijer today for the first time in two years. What I found was high prices, rude employees and extremely long lines at the registers. There were only 3-4 lines open. I took pictures of this and posted it with this review. People were lined up deep into the clothes section. Completely unacceptable, worse than Walmart. I didnt buy anything. I left and went to Walmart.

Found the food most stores dont carry. Defintly better than wally world.

Love their selection of fruit and harder to find specialty flours and grains. Terrible meat selection though and the meat selection is rarely stocked. They have one of the best baby sections. Tons of baby foods and treats. Also affordable baby and childrens clothes.

The only thing was there wasnt enough check outs open. They need some with 20 items or less

The store is always clean and produce is typically good and fresh, if I had one complaint it would be they never have enough check out lanes open and the few that are open are always packed. I also wish that more people adhered to the “less than 20 items” rule when going through self checkout, as there are usually a lot of people with carts full of groceries going through self checkout when there is supposed to be a limit of 20 items.

Great selection... But dont shop after 9 it seems they shut down the full service lanes and no matter how much you buy you will have to check ✔️ yourself out!! They are seriously under staffed, maybe they should take some of their strange security guards and use them as cashiers.... Problem solved 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️😂😂😁😁

Margaret at the self check out lane is always friendly, and happy to help. She makes the experience all the more better. The greeters here are always a delight as well. Thank you for always making me feel welcome.

Need more cashiers. At the very least, open some registers for people with more than 20 items. If you have more than 20 items, you cannot use the self checkout. If you have more than 20 items, you have 1 or possibly 2 long lines to wait in. I love this store but finding myself going somewhere else because it takes longer to checkout than it does to shop.

As I walked in, two shoppers walked out with a half cart of items without paying. Your greeter tried to stop them three times. He made a quick call and proceeded out of the store to watch them. Dont know how it ended. Otherwise, my experience was good. I found what I was looking for, meet a friend, and was overall thankful for going to Meijer today. Bless you and have a good evening.

This is the best superstore in the New Albany/ Clarksville area. They have a great produce section and a wide selection of items and brands across the store. My experience with the photo service and pharmacy has also always been good— very quick and easy.

Fantastic store, employees friendly and social distancing is being done. We love shopping here. Great greeters at front as well.

The store is always clean. Organized displays. Great service. Not cluttered, and lots of room for carts down the aisles.

The employees are always so nice and, as usual, I was able to find everything on my list...AND saved some $!

Extremely understaffed. They had one person running the bakery and the deli so we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to even ask what we wanted. Also, shelves were empty but a lot of things were in the middle of the isles on carts in the way.

Was able to pick up a few needed items that had great deals when I was there. Staff was very helpful in assisting me with locating an item I had trouble finding.

This is an expensive store unless you shop the sales. But they have really great sales, Im disappointed that you can only use 2 like coupons now for those sales. They have a nice and usually well kept produce section. They also have nice vegan, vegetarian, and organic options to not be that type of store.The store is normally well stocked except for hot sale items. Its also usually clean except for the restrooms, definitely room for improvement there.I also really like the shop and scan where you scan the items on your phone and bag them in your cart as you go. Meijer is the only store in this area that does this that I know of.

There is never enough ppl to work the front. I like the grocery part of the store.

Meyers is a very good store to shop at. Is something like a Walmart they have food me vegetables fruits. They also have clothes books they have a pharmacy. They always have pretty good sales on sodas. Meijer have a pretty good deli cheese fresh seafood. the store on Dixie highway its a nice size very clean very good customer services the cashiers are very nice.

I have shopped at Meijer since this store opened. I have always loved it, but in the past year or so, shelves are not stocked well in many parts of the store..especially some sale items. I thought it may have been the pandemic and people stocking up, but other local groceries are not having this issue. Some items in the dry grocery are stocked in the wrong places. The meat department was pretty bare when we were there recently. I hope things can improve. I have always loved this store and the one stop shopping for so many items. I look forward to getting things back the way they were.

I placed a pickup order yesterday, I was scheduled to pick up my item this morning. I received a text saying my order was ready for pickup, then 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time I received a call saying my item was no longer “in stock “ and they were substituting with another product. If my item was available when I placed the order, why wasn’t it pulled from stock at that time?? The substitution was a smaller version and more expensive. I will not use this service again.

I might start shopping meijers more often

Normally I am more of a Meyer found some of the other stores today their shelves were mostly empty. And then at the register the machine wanted to try to accuse me of stealing really the video quite obviously proved otherwise.

Taking precautions during the pandemic very serious and OPEN UNTIL MIDNIGHT! Staff is friendly even when under such duress. I only gave 4 stars not 5 because of their difficult time keeping items stocked.

Meijer in New Albany Indiana store a good store for food and lot of other products you may need.

Meijer In New Albany is the best Meijer in the Louisville Metropolitan area. The store is stocked really well, well organized and is very clean. I was particularly impressed with the produce and selections of meat, fish and lunch meats that they had in stock. I have went to other grocery stores and their stock of items are really pitiful. I realize that we are in a pandemic but, I am glad Meijer is keeping up with demand.

This meijer is great compared to the others louisville stores it didnt seem dead!

Love going to Meijer to walk around and get some random items. It is a little more expensive than some other chains but it is nicer. If you can catch it on sale or go into the Meijer app it’s not bad. The pharmacy is great because it has a drive thru unlike the Jeffersonville Meijer.

I really love going to this Meijer; They have great customer service; even the younger people that work there are always very helpful. I used to get embarrassed because a particular purse that I carried occasionally always made the alarm go off; but one of the guys that worked the door finally told me it was due to the magnetic latch on it and that made me feel better about it, being a woman of color also traveling from Louisville, I always fear being followed around while Im just trying to shop but the crew here never makes me feel like I dont belong there. They also went out of there way one evening to find someone to give me and my 2 kids a jump when we accidentally left our headlights on. I really appreciated them! I recommend this location for anyone who want a stress- free shopping experience! My 24 year old son is on the autism spectrum; so this is where he feels the most comfortable.

Got home only to realize the milk expires today. There was no Nesqick sugarfree nor diet cola in 2 liters of the Meijer brand so my coupon was worthless. I dont understand why you dont put the Meijer brand cola out on pallets. You have 100s of bottles of Pepsi and Coke. I was surprised at such a small selection of cookies too.

Not observing any Covid restrictions or policies. Hardly anyone was wearing a mask and surfaces were clearly not being cleaned. It is unexcusable just how little the management of this meijer is doing about these issues.

A store with some good sales, kinda pricey on other things, and a wide variety.

This store has everything you could ask for and more. Service was great and everyone was friendly and welcoming.

Even with the hoarders trying to take everything at all stores, these guys had it all. Ever time I would forget and hot 5-8 stores first and then reach here and voila, they had it all. For now on they will be my first stop instead of my last. They are a great supply house. Awesome variety. Great customer service. Efficient cashier lines. Especially in this time, it was a awesome over all experience, in a time where one doesnt even wish to go out, it was truly a blessing.
