The lady manager of the store was cold. The male employee was all right and tried to help, but he couldnt figure things out. The lady was eager to close the door half hour before the scheduled closing time, and didnt bother to fix my problem. And she didnt even bother to talk with me and explain things to me, just asked the male employee to lock the door. Only another customer was inside the store so they were not busy. Very unprofessional.
Horrible store. the employees dont know what they are doing, poor training on the sprint side. made changes to my account i never asked them to do. they do whatever they want to your account without listening to you. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST. They lie and they are rude.
The employees at this location were pleasant enough but unfortunately didn’t have much knowledge about the recent Sprint merger which caused me to wait around for over an hour while they kept calling and not knowing what to do. At the end of it all they asked me to drive to another location in Dartmouth just for that store to then call kempton street back and kempton street tell them there’s nothing they can do as they’ve started cleaning for the night. This was still 15-20 minutes before they close! And now I have another device on my account that I don’t have in my possession and can’t use at all while I wait for a manager to delete it and call me. If the experience here was any indication I feel like I’m gonna have to be on the phone for hours on end at some point soon
Amazing service! I got my mom a new phone the and the sales rep Brenden was able to answer all of our questions and direct us to the right choice. Not pushy at all, just helpful. The whole staff was friendly and respectful, makes for a great buying experience. Im definitely coming here when its time for me to upgrade.
I went in to the new Fairhaven store and was able to get 2 issues “fixed” that have been longstanding on my account. A huge thank you to Matt A for his courteous and skilled help! He resolved both problems without hesitation!!

T-Mobile claims to have the fastest 5G network with the slowest OG workers at this store.Very unprofessional, cold with no customer appreciation. They have no zeal, asked them about a plan by the end of our transaction the staff totally forgot about what was asked.They seem to be short staffed because if the store has 3 employees only one has to work and the other is there to supervise and after phone calls missed and 5 customers in the line so called non working employee offer to unwilling help because he seemed to have no choice.Hopefully T-Mobile should invest in training their employees or employees of so called Authorized dealer instead of just making their stores look pretty with no employees ethics.God Bless America and bless the customers who have to deal with these employees .

Went in today to get information to switch over from AT&T . Jackie was my rep and she was so very nice, very patient with me & full of positive energy. She took her time to go through all the deals and promotions T-Mobile had, made me aware of all my options . I will be coming back For her in the future . I walked away very satisfied with a smile on my face . I will be convincing all my friends/family to switch over and to go directly to Jackie ! T-Mobile is most definitely cheaper than AT&T and have amazing deals . #BestCustomerServiceEver #TmobileRocks

Worst customer service ever me and my friend visited this T mobile store. As soon as we entered the store we said hi to one of the staff and she was busy in her phone and dint even care to reply back. We were even ok with that but she was so rude as we asked some questions on screen protectors her reply was so rude. I dont know her name but she was slim with curly hair I think the owner or the managers should know how the customers are being treated . I never visited this store before even though its near to my home and this was my first was the worst experience Will never ever do business with them and will let all my friends and families know.
I have to say that George the attendant was very helpful guiding me with my problem which was totally electronically related and not software T-Mobile is not in the business of repairing your cellphone if it stops working even if you bought from them. As I understood they are there to sell you a cellphone and that if your one year warranty runs out you are out of luck, so! Im out of luck with my S8 not been able to take a charge for the port is busted.🤣🙄🤔

Had an issue on a phone order. It was a mistake on there end that they could not resolve. They kept on pointing the blame on me for not returning the phone on specific time frame. Called customer service and they said that was not the issue. They said that I needed to be on a specific plan to be qualified for the promotion. Finally customer service pointed me to customer loyalty to get the issue resolved. T-Mobile customer service rocks. This store needs to take action for a mistake that was caused by them. This store gets 1 star for making me fix something that I had no knowledge of. T-Mobile customer service gets 5 stars for helping resolve and problem that the store created.

They didnt have what I needed
Went in the store in April after speaking to 2 different reps on the phone. Everyone seemed to be on the same page telling me my bill would only go up $60.00 by adding a 2nd line. So the man at the store (who was rushing me and trying to get me purchase unnecessary accessories) told me the same, the bill would only go up $60. I asked this question numerous amounts of times and though he could barely speak English he clearly stated it would NOT be more. So here we are 2 months later and my bill is not ONLY $60 more for adding a second line its $90!!! That is a HUGE difference!! So after speaking to 2 different reps today I was pretty much told oh well...your problem...so NEVER again...I will never go back to this store because these people dont know what the hell they are talking about!! They only want to sell you pointless CRAP to make themselves more money. So stay away from this location. Go to Dartmouth and be sure to do lots of research before falling into theyre little traps!

I have only been in this store twice and both times it was two Men working behind the counter. Both employees had horrible attitudes and were very unfriendly. I personally will not go back to this location.
I recommend this T-Mobile and their team I went in because of confusion about something on my phone and spoke to one of the workers Jackie and she cleared my confusion with patience and kindness.
