Took my telecaster here after guitar center botched a simple control plate installation. it was a nice lindy fralin plate with a series/parallel push pull tone knob, and it wasnt sounding right at all.donato took care of me on the spot in less than half an hour, and he couldnt believe how badly they messed up the wiring. needless to say, i wont be returning to guitar center for electronic installations again.

I Brought a vintage amplifier to be completely overhauled and couldn’t have been happier with how it turned out. I highly recommend Dual Stage Amplification. I had an issue with my amp and Donato got back to me very promptly. I was expecting for him to have my amp for several days and he was able to fix it while I was there and I left with it, with the issue resolved. He was very accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. My issue ended up being a simple fix that he took care of and didnt push for me to do anything unnecessary or spend more money than I needed to. I would go back to him with any further issues I may have in the future.

Couldnt speak more highly of dual stage. My amp blew at a gig tonight. Within 10 minutes I was able to get ahold of donato, talked about the issues and met him at the shop.... At 1am. Within an hour he had diagnosed the issue, and did a full tube and capacitor replacement. 24 hour amp service! Very knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommend!
