We had a machine get stuck at a property near beach city, and werent sure who to call. We ended up speaking with a gentleman named Alex. Not only did he take the call, but he was the one out on site. He had to call in a larger rig, but Alex had our 35,000lbs lift out in no time! Will use them again if we ever happen to run into a situation in there service area. Alex and the other driver appeared to be highly skilled and knowledgeable regarding hook points and the most efficient way to get our lift out. Thanks again Alex for the help!

Awesome towing company. They pulled our big rig out in a big snow storm and charged way less than what others in the area were quoting. They were on time, and very professional. Top notch company.

They do not do their job at allThere was a tow sign outside my place and the vehicle still was not towed.

I wish I could give less than one star. The driver was snarky when I had a question, he misquoted me a price, and the man at the counter was rude. In a nutshell: they are expensive, lack any understanding or empathy, and have 0 patience to help someone who had never used a towing company before.Although I didnt end up needing them, T County Towing was more affordable and they listened to me.Obviously the city called them for this particular job but now I know I will not be using them for my own towing jobs and will not be recommending them to others.

My car got impounded over something stupid, and on a Friday just like this other person who wrote a review, which means Ill be charged extra for storage fees over the weekend too. The police and Rosenberry must plan this every Friday and make good money by screwing over people.This happened to me right after paying all my bills and I have no money left till next Friday. By then the bill will be more than my paycheck, so I guess they get to keep my car. I hope you all go to hell!

They need to be investgaited by the county because they charge by what race and colors and ethnic backgrounds. the city needs to find a different tow company or maybe this is considered a monopoly and tow company.

I think rosenberry towing sucks they take your car an its not like the leave you a note or anything,, there fees are outrages .and when the driver was ask how much for the tow he said,, i dont know,,, realy can he not do math ..if he dont know who dose ...they make it a point to tow on fridays so they can hit you with the extra weekend storage fees ....oooo an not to mention they do the towing for the police...quite frankly in my opinion they suck and i wouldent trust them to tow a hotwheels

Rosenberry Towing is a bunch of thieves. I dont know how $95 plus $30 a day can add up to over $165 when they took my car last night. Even with tax it wouldnt be even close to that. Ridiculous
