Friendly people working there,and just a nice place

I went a year ago for an allingment for my car and they told me one year warranty for an alignment and charged me $110. So believing that i have one year warranty I went back after 11 months and the guy told me no you dont have warranty coverage. They have a very misleading and false advertisement. I urge anyone thinking about warraty to avoid them. Absolute bad service

Had a nail in my tire which needed to be repaired. The man told me straight from the beginning that it would be $45 if it could be repaired. Seemed a little steep, but hey safety first! They patched it up pretty quickly. No complaints there.**Edit** the repair wasnt done well as my tire kept leaking air, I went to Santillantas on South Chapel street and they fixed it for me for $15! A more reasonable price, much recommended.

I have had my company car serviced there for several years. I also take my personal car. Service and price are always excellent.

I wrote the last review about the machinic not knowing how to fix air conditioning now he came over to my work and was mad that I wrote the first review obviously hes scared hell lose his job that he took the time to come down to my work yell it my face and threaten me hes lucky I dont call the cops what horrible bussieness and his boss knows he came down here to my work just to get in my face pathetic so i didnt get his name but its the bald guy with the glasses I will be contacting their franichise manager because their making a bad name for good year

I brought my car in to get my air conditioning fixed it was suspose to be 85 dollars for them to recharge add freon and the dye to see if their is a leak I dropped my car off at 9 they call me at 930 and tell me my air compressor is broken so Ill need a new one for a thousand dollars I go in to pick up my car and its in the same spot I left it they didnt even take it into the garage to attempt to charge it up or anything They still expect me to pay the 85 they wrote on the paper needs new compresser or drier witch are two separate problems They have no idea what their talking about there and their extremely rude I called my mechanic and they told me what they did is wrong save your money all they wanna do is rob you

Had a blowout 600 miles from home on Memorial Day weekend and they worked hard to get a tired shipped in and installed it.

Last night, the tire was pinned for the first time. I checked a lot of tire shop tires on the Internet. I finally decided to go to good year, service, attitude, and price is definitely the first! Recommended, recommended!
