This was my first optometrist visit after 5 years. The staff made me feel at ease during the pre-exam. Dr. Judy was so kind during the examination. She was helpful when figuring out how many eye contacts to order.They also have a variety of fashionable eyeglass frames for any budget. The front office staff was patient when I was trying on frames and cleaned them afterward. I appreciate them!

Staff was super friendly! Dr was very nice, efficient, informative, and gave great tips! There was a great selection of glasses and the staff was very helpful in the selection! Prices are very reasonable! Great experience! I highly recommend!

I really appreciate the team at Bella eye care optometry because they take the time to work with you and make sure your glasses fit well. Ive gone to other places where the rush you in and out and dont explain what condition your eyes are in. At Bella, they explained what was wrong with my eye sight and why it changes so much. Plus they have some really nice glasses and big brands too which arent as expensive as others. Check them out, its worth it!

We love Dr Alison Kyaw. She is very good with kids. She is knowledgeable and open to all questions I have as a parent. The whole experience is nice. Front desk is nice. They are all good with kids. Will definitely recommend this place.

Sorry, but I didn’t have good experience with Bella Eye Care. I bought eye glasses and contacts. Paid over $400 for the glasses and the glasses are of a very bad quality. I am truly not happy with their services- I dont plan on going back - Staffs are rude as well

I would give this place 1,000,000 stars if I could, but sadly Im only limited to 5. Anyway, I first learned about this place through google because I was looking to get a new prescription and new lenses. I saw how lots of people commented on their amazing employees and their great customer service, and wow, what a huge understatement! These ladies were so sweet, helpful (this was my first time ever coming here), and so friendly. I absolutely love the environment here and they have some really cute glasses here too!! It was the best experience I have ever had compared to other optometrists I have visited, but I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone, you are in for a real treat and I will definitely be sticking to this place for the rest of my life!!! 🤗💛

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff here. Veronica was the optician who helped me pick out my sunglasses. I am on the more picky side, and she was patient and answered all my questions. Did a great job in helping me choosing my customized frame and lens color. Would definitely recommend this place!

This review is for full eye appointment, for glasses and contacts. I just moved to the area and was over due for some new glasses however I needed to get an update prescription. Completed all the online documents at home (which was super easy) the night before and happened to be in the area this morning when they opened so I dropped in to see if they could squeeze me in. They were able to! Once in my appt, I was introduced to new machines that whirled and beeped at me and it was fantastic. I was seen by Dr. Kyaw, she was amazing and bright eyed and bushy tailed, obviously loves her job and her clients. It was quick, painless and very affordable. I look forward to coming back here for the foreseeable future.

My husband & son both had their eye health check on 3/12/21- both of them felt they had really thorough exams, withDr. Judy finding a health problem with one of my son’s eyes, that will need a follow-up with a specialist. I’m pleased she took her time & addressed my sons’ on going eye health ( he will soon be getting follow up care, with a specialist).Thank you🌻

While my prescription is very weak, the doctor helped me know that getting glasses was entirely optional and not needed in my case.I decided get some anyways because I stare at a screen for a long time every day. The consultants helped me figure out what fit my needs perfectly despite not really needing glasses, helped me figure out what shape and brands would be best to fit my goals and what other features would help me for those goals.They also recently updated the Eye Pressure test to a much better tool, less air pushed to the eye. As a former optometric technician, I greatly appreciate their tooling and service and look forward to going here for the long run.

Been visiting for a few years for my children and me. Its a great place, very friendly staff esp. for kids. Dr. Nguyen is our doctor and shes great, very patient in explaining everything and with the checkups. They have all the latest technologies needed for eye care too.They also have a good selection of glasses and lenses and whenever we need a fix, we can walk in and they take care of us.Highly recommend this place.

They’re following all the CDC guidelines for Covid and everyone of them were very nice. Not only were they friendly, but they were very patient of my first time being there. I definitely will recommend my friends to go here whenever they need anything to do with their eye needs.

Everyone who works here is SO KIND and patient. They helped me find a frame I really liked and made me feel confident! :) When i was there, there was also a little child who was scared of contacts and they spent so much time patiently working with them to make them feel comfortable. My 8 year old daughter started complaining about headaches and not being able to see movies unless she was close to the tv. It happened rather suddenly so I immediately started researching Optometrists in the area. I was referred to Bella Eye Care by a family friend so I read some reviews and everything looked good so I decided to make an appointment. The person I spoke with on the phone was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. At our actual appointment all COVID protocols were in place so we felt safe. The center is clean and in a busy shopping center. Everyone at Bella Eye Care was professional and friendly. We were seen on time, had all our questions answered and had fun trying on the many styles of kids glasses they have. Overall we had a great experience and I highly recommend anyone looking for an Optometrist to come to Belle Eye Care. Even with the new rules regarding the coronavirus, I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly and the office was very clean and organized. Great experience getting my eyes tested there and the people working there are very nice, they are well versed in the subject matter and are helpful. Checkup was quick as well. Would recommend them for sure if you are looking for a new place to buy glasses or just getting vision test.

From my experience, the doctors are very knowledgeable. Dr. Judy N. gave more information about glaucoma than my dads opthalmologist. She took the time to answer my questions and gave me some recommendations what to do and try to avoid. The office staff are friendly and personable. I believe they have gone above and beyond my expectations.

Fun & professional! The ladies at the front desk took such great care of us. They informed me of a new line of silhouette eyeglass frames that would be coming in. I was called promptly when the stock arrived. Everyone is so friendly and attentive to my vision needs. Well so far, is been pretty good the way that the personal took care of me, courteous and friendly, even thought I was late the doctor was very friendly and concerned about my health and that is important to me.

Dr was very descriptive and provided all the info I need to know.She even guided me herself with some tricks while wearing my contacts and then let her team provide more guidance

My mo tried to make us our appointments. Apparently the new ID card from Anthem and VSP with all my information was too unique to find our information so we went to else where.

Doctor is knowledgeable and patient. Good service, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and good selection of frames. Frames arrive in time, and they remind you by phone or email.

Really bad experience, wear the glasses makes me feel headache, the lens is extremely thick even I bought high index, will never use this. Waste me several hundred dollars even after insurance.

The ladies at Bella Eye Care are super nice! Everyone is welcoming and professional.

When get a prescription glasses here, they dont tell you the lens you are getting is not the same high index as the one you are currently wearing. Found out there are 1.6 high index and 1.7 high index. Which makes a significant difference to the thickness and heaviness to the glasses. Very bad, they dont tell you at the beginning. And they told me to change to shape to reduce the weight. I dont bother anymore. This is all due to poor customer service. Zero star. Not recommended!

Tried to make an appointment this morning. Asked if they take VSP and are in network, they are. Then she asked me for my husband information ; name and dob but then asked for his last 4 of his ssn. Ok weird since I have my vsp id card here so I should not need to give u any of that info over the phone. Then she asked for his full ssn because she still couldn’t find our insurance. Mind u I called VSP and they recommended this place. I then got frustrated with her and asked why can’t u just make the appointment then verify with my if card when I am present? This has never been an issue with any of my other optometrists nor have I ever had to give them my husbands ssn just my if card and they verified. I decided not to go her because I do not like how the reception desk handled my call as a new client. I have a family of 6 as well all fully insured that I was going to bring here for our exams. I do not put up with unorganized staff.
