As a two person household, I find myself turning to a food delivery service often. Ive tried four and have finally found my favorite. I finally found my top go to with Marley Spoon. Although a little more pricey, I consider the quality, and youll find that with this food delivery svc. The kits are packaged well, produce is beautiful, meat is great, along with the fantastic recipes. All and all, Martha Stewart has knocked it out of the ballpark. Love, love her food!

DO NOT PURCHASE- PASS!!! Absolutely appalling customer service. Would gladly give negative stars. My box was not delivered during the 14 hour delivery window. In fact, it is now 10pm and still not delivered. I contacted customer care THREE times during the day trying to figure out where the delivery was. The final time I contacted customer care I requested a full refund as the meat will be unacceptable for consumption. I was informed by customer care that despite having been on ice packs for (at this point) over 17 hours that if it felt cold it should be ok to eat. I explained that not only do I not agree with that (having a medical background) but I would not feel comfortable feeding my family this meat. Customer care refused to refund my card and insists that I see if the meat is cold when it arrives and then contact customer care for a FOURTH time.Would you be comfortable feeding your family meat that has sat on 2 ice packs for over 17 hours?

I always loved and enjoyed getting boxes and preferred it to hello fresh. My rating is solely because of customer service and their policies. I had skipped a week due to unappealing choices and the order was processed anyway. Upon getting a notification my card was charged I reached out to customer service about the issue and they refused to not only cancel my order but to refund the money taken. Unacceptable for any company to do that. I spoke to regular representatives as well as supervisors and was given the same answer. I would not recommend for this reason. They should treat their existing customers better than that. Very upsetting.
