First time in a while to College Square. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and selection. No empties here! Just what quality I have come to expect from Acme!

Total disaster! Lemme start by saying this is MY grocery store. I like the selection, I know where everything is, the staff is pleasant, & theyve taken the pandemic seriously.HOWEVER..... the construction had thrown the entire shopping center into complete chaos. They have two (2) rows of parking. 2 (two) handicapped spaces. The carts are sorta inside now. Todays Monday -- & I thank the gods I didnt try to come by on the weekend. There are LINES of cars waiting to take *any* empty space -- its worse than Christiana Mall at Xmas. You can park around the back & trudge to the door, but what happens to your cart?I suppose if youre there before 9:30 a.m. you could manage, & I *know* its not their fault, but -- trust me, it aint worth it. Sigh. Ill have to find somewhere else to shop. The developer better be paying them VAST penalties, cause hes *ruining* business.

This market could be better. I’ve purchased frozen chicken nuggets, only to go home and realize the bag was punctured. The same thing happened after purchasing a bag of frozen chicken patties. I purchase a box of ice cream sandwiches, went home and didn’t realize the box had been opened already.I bought boost energy drink and the “Use By” date was 7 months past due. I return to the store and there’s no one at customer service. I was in the store and had to call the store office for someone to come out of the office and staff the customer service station. Customer service should always be staffed.If you pay attention to what you pick out, I guess the market isn’t too bad, but I would rather shop at a place where I can have confidence that the store is not leaving expired items stocked, or tampered/punctured items stocked.I linked my bank card to the ACME phone app, tried to pay for my groceries, and the cashier had no training or idea how the ACME phone app worked. I’m glad I’ll be moving out of the area soon and will have better options.

I love their pot pies and deli selection of pre-made dishes! Acme meats are of the best quality. They also give a 5% discount to seniors on Tuesdays.

The regular prices here seem to be a bit more expensive than the other chains, but the sale items are good. Fresh meat and chicken are good.

This market reflects its market. Not a bad thing, but explains the product placement, and product availability. Large variety of snacks. Something less than robust produce section. I found everything on my list, but not always where I find it in other Acme stores.

Not enough employees, 1 person working deli trying to keep up with customers, 1 cashier checking peoples groceries, major line at self checkout. From what I understand cant get help.

Its good, but you could stock more.and prices come down, love your 20.00meal deal.i mean your 20.00 meat Deal staff is nice.If prices go down, you get more people coming in, & you will make more money. Thank you 😊

Good bakery, great variety of bread, rolls, pies, etc. The lunch meat section is also very good.

Food lives here. I even heard that this is where they filmed sausage party

Too few cashiers, the self-checkout machines don’t work well at all, and the prices are high. There is one friendly, helpful cashier. If you don’t have to go there, don’t.

It is Acme. Its fine. You know the usual, clean, quick check out, good deli. ITS ACME

There are better options nearby (Food Lion, for example). It is rather expensive and my overall perception is that the place is disorganized

I was there this morning to get my flu shot. I had an appointment at 10:30 am. I got there early and checked in but was told I had to wait because only one person was working. Finally at 11 am I got my flu shot.I have to say that I was not impressed with the wait time.

College square acme is clean and well stocked. It is large for an acme. They had a nice produce section, although a bit pricey.I liked their new generation self check out. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I love this market... The only thing I fine an a negative is that they dont have very many items... I mean simple things such as a slice Im looking for or a brand of ice cream and they dont have family meat packs of meat. Maybe its the size of the market. but its clean and neat staff is very friendly.

Today I called this Acme pharmacy after hearing what CVS pharmacy was going to charge me, even after using good Rx coupons. Acme and Good Rx saved me over $130.00. But the best part was the customer service that I received. The day pharmacist actually relayed the message that my Rx would need to be transferred from CVS to Acme to the evening pharmacist Felicia. Even though it took her extra steps and calls to transfer the Rx she was gracious. Much to my surprise Felicia asked me if I had any other insurance. I explained that I’m doing agency work and that I didn’t. Felicia did not say a word and kept working to get my Rx together. She hands me my receipt and she had found a way to reduce my bill another $25.00. How about that‼️ Thank you again Felicia, that store should be very happy you chose to work there‼️

Good Seafood and Deli....could add a cashier or 2 during the day hours at the College Square location.

Well stocked but a bit sad and grubby. No big deal, just not as pleasant to shop here as some places.

I was looking for Clif bars and they didnt have any.

Good prices on somethings. But only self checkout available and noone to help if machine messes up. Their produce is the best Ive seen . Very fresh . Meat prices might seem alittle high but I think that is because the cuts are very good. Always like Acmes meats.

Always a quick trip and the self checkout makes everything so much easier.

Very friendly and professional. Everyone is willing to help me when I cant find something. And they all know where their items are. The sales are fantastic

Theres a variety of costumes and accessories to choose from.Theres also Halloween decorations.Theres a parking lot.Its located in a plaza.Theres bathrooms, but you need permission to use them and they are stall versions, which werent stocked with a lot of toilet paper and paper towels.The entire building isnt used. Its really only about half. The other half is dead space thats blocked off.Staff seemed friendly.

The seafood is clean. elizabeth in seafood is a very good worker and gave me good fish.

Usually able to find everything we need even during the pandemic. Prices vary from good sales to a little high, but the brands we like they have.

Very clean store and if you cant find something they take you to it rather then tell you what aisle to find it.

This Acme was expensive. Very good meats but you got to work 3 jobs to afford to shop here. Plenty of variety from health food to basics.

It is not my regular ACME. It was convenient for me yesterday to go there. In general, ACME is not my grocery store of choice. I find it unreasonably expensive. But sometimes, they have deals that cannot be beat. Last summer, I was there every week for their cherry sale - with no limit. This year, they have introduced limits on cherries, but they are still cheaper than my grocery store of choice - ShopRite.

Very nice store, but the older cashier wasnt friendly at all she didnt even speak to me till I questioned her.

Stood in line 2 and watched as people moved Quickly and were out before me in line 4 which did NOT have a light kit or I would have gotten in that line instead of the slowest one. My cashier was so slow and wouldnt put items on the counter after he rang them so I could bag. I literally typed this while he filled only 5 bags !!!! So annoyed.

Limited selection of many items. 2 for 1 delays in meat section are a scam cause they just double the price of the first item. Deli and produce are the best parts of the store. Check out is so so. Sometimes great sometimes aweful.

This ACME is clean neat and the cashiers are very friendly .Highly recommend it if your are in driving distance !

Very helpful but the Pharmacy needs more help. Usually just the Pharmacist on. To me this is dangerous. I do hope for their sake there is an accessible EMERGENCY BUTTON to police if ever needed.

Acme is generally a little bit higher in price, than Shop Rite, or Food Lion. But if you know what youre buying, you will be fine.

First, let me say I have never had a negative experience at this store until today. I understand it is a holiday, and I was expecting early closing hours. I arrived at the store at 2:54p after caring for patients today. I applied my PPE and tried to enter their store. I approached the entrance and an employee told me that the location was closed. There was a sign that said, closed 7a-3p. I understood, but I explained that I needed toothpaste and one more item. I would be quick, in and out. I was turned away. I understand that I was in my hospital uniform, and that may have made the staff at the door uncomfortable, but I was denied entry prior to the listed closing time. I tried to make it to the store before my shift ended. I would have just liked a little leeway for healthcare workers.

Good store very clean stocked very well.

They were out if Pepperidge Farm Very Thin white bread. Also, I bought a bunch of celery and it was very expensive.

Love this store! I often buy my “toys” here and love the discrete shipping. The monster schlong was shipped right to my door and my family was none the wiser. My family always asks me for smoothies from my new “blender”. Thank you acme.

There is no problem with the employees here. I have every problem with the management of the store and the quality control of their store brand products.I bought the generic peanut butter here and its inedible. Its not even the right state of matter. Its more of a liquid. I went to return the item when I got off work but they didnt have a customer service trained employee assigned to that shift since it wasnt a regular business hour. Thus, I could not return the ooze they packaged as peanut butter.If the store is open, they should have a customer service representative. The jar says it is fully guaranteed, there is no hour restriction listed for that guarantee. This wasted my time.All ACME markets are overpriced (that generic peanut butter was $6 for a 40 oz container) but usually theyre convenient. This one was not convenient

This Acme has done an excellent job of maintaining stock and keeping order during COVID-19.

Luv this store when im in the area. clean..clearly marked aisles...but today i didnt get one of my bags 😰 called but no sign of it. i paid for it but it didnt get home with me.

Good price

Price is significantly higher than the Shoprite just a few minutes down the road. Same selection, same quality, but for some reason Acme is more expensive. Great staff and a beautiful store. Pleasant shopping experience but it doesnt make up for the higher prices.

The store is clean and well stocked. The cashier I had was more concerned with talking to a coworker than me, she talked to her coworker the entire time she scanned my items. I will make sure not to use her againAnd people complain about self check outs taking jobs away, this is one reason I use them!
