Love this market! I have Celiac Dx and both of my kids. We have to eat gluten-free. ShopRite has the best selection of gluten-free foods. It is my go-to supermarket.

Store is always clean and well stocked, employees are pleasant and helpful. The only thing stopping me from 5* is their quantity must buy on sale items. I live in a small apartment with limited storage space, so Im frequently prevented from taking advantage of those deals.

Nice store, usually clean. I comparison shop, and Shop Rite is usually the best. This store is much bigger than the one in Brookside.

You had me at RIPE PLANTAINS. Any supermarket that sells these is a great supermarket imho. Also has a yummy seafood counter. Big deli w cold cuts and sandwiches. Ready to heat up choices, for those lazy nights. Bakery w cheesecake etc. Yum. Lots of fresh fruits n veggies. Friendly n helpful employees.

I found a ShopRite to be clean (the aisles), room to move around and well lit. We found everything we were looking for. And the prices werent bad either.

My 73 year old friend needed assistance when she went to the bathroom Mary and Julia helped her with no hesitation. Store is always well stocked and clean. Employees are very friendly.

I spent a lot of time & energy searching for the golds horseradish in the seafood dept. Where its normally kept only to find that after I completed my shopping it now in dairy & very hard to find. I waited all day for them to put out a decedent ring carrot cake which never showed for which I did receive a raincheck for. Why are there no paper bags?

Nicest ShopRite out of the bunch I drive out of the way just to go to this one super clean inside and seems to have more stuff than the others

Grateful that this is one of the best kept secrets in Delaware. I remember this place going through many other food grocery chains prior to becoming a ShopRite. I believe it’s owned by the Kenny Family. They’re a great organization. Clean, usually well stocked and I must say they’re often on trend with great selections. Keep up the good work!

In this place called Shoprite of four seasons it is amazing to see everything in there and I like to go back there again and I love their cookie dough ice cream it is amazing I love it so much and I like to go back there again and it was so much fun

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I came to pick up an online order that I made because I knew Id be in a rush after work. None of the cashiers knew where to pick the order up at, so I had to wait in line for customer service only to tell me I had to wait in my car for the order. I hadnt paid for the order because it gave an option to pay in store, which Im very thankful for because I didnt have time to wait for an associate to bring the order out. Online it does not say that you have to wait in your car for the order, it also says it nowhere in the store. It was very inconvenient, and wasted more time than I had to spare. I was expecting to go in and pay for the groceries I ordered in a quick transaction. I will never come to this Shoprite again, not that the employees or the manager that reads this will care.

Love this store so much that I travel out of my way just to go this market. I moved away but I hate the supermarket in my new neighborhood because it just doesnt compare. Its not that that store is bad, its just that this one is better. Brand variety, sales, specialty ingredients, everything is just right and the produce is always fresh. Its so clean and well organized and the staff is always super nice.

I was told to go there because I had placed an online grocery delivery order and it was charged to the wrong card. I was told to go to guest services and bring both cards and the switch would be made on the cards.Im a Senior Citizen and I dont drive so I had to wait for someone to bring me. After getting a ride and getting to Guest Services, I was told by a person behind the counter that she knew nothing about how the grocery delivery department worked and called someone from that department. The gentleman came and talked to me, looked up my information, then asked who did I speak with. I told him I had the conversation, names and info at home in a book. He said he couldnt help me because I didnt have that information with me. I took his name and told him I will be calling back with that info.I believe they can see that info on their computer. To make a long story short, it was a wasted trip and I still had to pay the person who brought me to the store.

Awesome, my first visit since change. One way in, one way out, greeter at entrance distributing wipes. Wide selection, roomy isles; was able to maneuver motorized shopping cart without rearranging any displays. Will definitely visit again.

Nice shoprite big roomy isles compared to others staff always seems friendly and ready to help. If they sold beer and wine id give them 5 stars, delaware is weird.

Good verity of Vegetables, soft drinks, groceriesYou wont find Indian spices here. You can get whole wheat flour, if you are looking for it. Variety of Dairy products and frozen food.

This is a nice ShopRite for people who like ShopRite. But personally I think theres just too many choices. Sales are good sometimes though, we like cancan. They do have some things that you cant see to find anywhere else. My Momma is 80 now and likes it when I take her there for specialty items ( organic, etc)

Despite the number of customers there always seems to be only 2 may be 3 cash registers open. Checkout lines are excessively long does not appear management is interested in improving customer’s experience. If store management or store owner are not interested in improving customer experience then I am likely to shop for groceries elsewhere.

Very dissatisfied with ShopRite in recent months. Many times I have run out quick to get something and found them to be out of stock or have a very poor selection. Produce close to expired or already going bad. Last visit could not even get a name brand coffee creamer.

Nice store friendly staff. I was there today 9/21 around 1pm. Front end runner was very sweet, helpful and efficient. She helped the cashier with my coupons I hope she gets recognition as I made the mistake of not getting her name.

This is a new location for me. I’ve never been a fan of shoprite, but this one is 2 seconds from my home so it makes sense. I’m still learning the store and when I absolutely cannot find what I need, the staff is very helpful and even friendly. All dairy, proteins, veggies, fruits that I’ve purchased so far have been fresh and good. This is big to me obvi. The store is also clean when I visit with no smells. That’s a big plus!

This is by far the largest ShopRite I have been to. Their selection of grocery items is almost overwhelming. I feel confident that you can find everything on your shopping list. Very friendly employees are an added bonus.

We were there early on a Thursday morning. It was chaotic. As everything was being stocked. The employees were very helpful n went out of their way while stocking the shelves. It made shopping in that situation so much better, n they had personalities. They werent like robots. We actually enjoyed interacting w them.

I had to come the distance to get the Zucchini Bread gald your store had it you had one left your store should start putting out more of this Loaf cake.

Original post 7/7/17: Items that I used to buy here have been taken from their inventory. It happens, I understand, I just have to go to another grocery store. Parking lot really needs to be updated with paint especially the crosswalk area. Great store, ok prices.... the only issue is the employees. the guy in the bakery can really be a jerk and really doesnt like to work or help you out. if you ask him a question he will roll his eyes and treat you like your an inconvenience to him. also I feel as though Im being stalked while Im walking through the store shopping. its really annoying but can also be helpful at the same time if I have a question.

Best grocery store bakery. If you need a birthday cake or a cake for any reason buy it here. They stock their bakery with cakes and pastries from Bings Bakery, which is really convenient because Shoprite has more extended hours than the actual bakery. The store is always clean and well stocked

Very nice grocery store to shop at. When you live in small towns variety is not on your side plus the stores are small. I enjoy going outside my box and food shopping for a much better variety of foods to choose from. Also the prices are better too. Win win situations.

Watch the price on the item and the price charged. Often different! Vegetables are often rotten, appear to have been frozen.

5 stars when you shop for yourself. 3 if you are doing online shopping. I only got half of the things I ordered I even checked the replacement button if an item was not available. They did some but not all. Its new-ish and they will probably get a better system soon. Ive always shopped at ShopRite since I was little going with my mother and its still my favorite grocery store. The employees are always super friendly and always available to help. There are always cashiers, which its great when youre in a hurry!

I took away two stars because I had a very bad experience with one of the employees there. I mentioned it to the manager or whomever it was it was behind the customer service counter and they too acted as if it didnt really matter. I was really angry when I left and I will never come back to this establishment again. You lost me as a customer for good

Ive been going to shop rite stores for 45 years so I am a dedicated customer. Some of the locations are showing their age of course, but this location is outstanding. First time visit and I was only there for a quick pick up, but I was really impressed with this store. The staff were friendly and the layout is very easy to navigate. They have a dedicated cafe area and the fresh prepared section looks really good and convenient. This store is a bit out of my way, but I plan to return a lot.

I was having a hard time finding liquid hand soap and asked an Associate if the could point me in the right direction. She said I can do better than that follow me and I will take you to the item. That is great customer service!

I like shopping here its convenient bc its 3 minutes from my job and where Im living but some of the employees are kind of rude bit there are some very nice ones to but if they were all pleasant I would give it 5 stars

Was just refused buying 8 packets of Knorr Rice? Not even 8 of a single flavor. It was 4 flavors 2pcs of each. Seriously. There is a limit on rice packets, 2 per customer? The girl literally took them out of the cart while my kids stood and watched. They are $1.00each. Unbelievable, I was told I could check out again to get 2 more, no thank you. Never stepping foot in a Shop Rite again.
