By far my best experience at a Uhaul location.The staff is friendly and attentive, their facilities are top notch and their fleet is in new condition. Stanley and Hailey took great care of us.

A gem in a bad place of town. Driving there feels scary and I saw at least 2 different traffic related fights in the intersection before. However, the UHaul store, staff were helpful and friendly. They took me through the process which was contactless. The billing was smooth and we incurred no hidden fees. Kudos to the staff

Horrible service!They used Bate and Switch to get your money..I schedule a truck for 11am and they charge the time at last minute to 4:30 pm...Disgusting!!!

My unit was filled with mice drops everywhere IF we can call it mice drops because they were scary big to be from mice. I found a dead mouse in one of my plastic hampers. The rodents got to my boxes and chewed on my books and belongings. To top it off at one point there was a flood that made some of my belongings on floor moldy and w a bad smell. All they did for me was change the lock as if changing the lock was going to help in anything that had to do w flood.Their costumer service is aweful theyll call you with attitude so you can pay your bill YES OR YES not to be rational with you and help with the situation. I was told I was going to be given 2 moths few for the inconvenience of my belongings being chewed up the very next month I got a call to pay up.

Stanley was AMAZING, he checked us in smoothly and quickly, was really helpful figuring out the supplies we needed, and when we ran into a couple problems with our move was really understanding and helpful. All in all a very easy and friendly rental experience. Give that guy a raise!
