My first time using self storage and it couldnt have been easier. This was mainly thanks to Jennie. She was very helpful not only with my unit but also in finding movers. She does her job with so much energy and enthusiasm that its hard to not like the place.

I am very pleased with the services I received at this site. I have never used self storage before but Joy Latorre made my Rental experience enjoyable. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. She answered every question I had and gave me a peace of mind. I would most definitely recommend this facility to all of my friends and family and tell them to ask for Joy.

DO NOT CHECK OR SERVICE UNITS regularly!!!! I INFORMED the STAFF upon visiting to see a large unit of smell and feces. In fact, I infored her that appeared to be mice and rat feces on the floor of an empty unit, when we visited to rent a unit. NO THANK YOU!

I would definitely recommend Sentinel Self Storage in Newark, Delaware. Both Jennie and Joy are very knowledgeable and were definitely helpful getting me the information needed in a timely manner. I also rented my storage unit from out of state, and both ladies made me feel very comfortable with the process.

So in 1994 we had recently relocated to Newark from NY and needed a storage facility for a short time. We opened the phone book and chose Sentinel. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and how easy it was to access our space when we needed to. Go ahead to 2013 and we found ourselves in need of a storage facility --- so we chose Sentinel again. This time it was 2 1/2 years. When we recently emptied the space I was afraid that there might be mice/bugs in our belongings since it was there for so long. I was shocked, except for a little dust everything was perfect. Among our things we had pillows/mattresses and not one indication of mice or bugs anywhere. The facility inside and outside is clean and it has easy access. If I need another space in the future, I know where I will be going :)

Have used the facility for years and my things havent been ruined as I experienced rodent damage & other damages in other facilities.

Rates slowly creeping up by the year. Other than that I feel comfortable storing my belongings there. My interaction with the office has been pleasant.

I am a newbie to the self storage world and was very apprehensive about leaving my seasonal clothing and bike with them. They really help me pick a unit that was right for me and did not try to sell me a higher price unit, like another storage facility tried to do. I never used storage services before. Well when I called and spoke to Joy, she was most helpful and walked me through the process. When I actually visited the site, the other office staff were very friendly as well. I would recommend them to other customers looking for storage.

I am very happy with the service I received while moving my daughter out of U.D for the summer. The staff was very accommodating, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Jennie was very helpful in explaining our storage needs and made the move easy. I will be sure to recommend this facility to friends whose children will be attending U.D. in the fall.
