I have had very good service each time I have shopped mattress firm. The sales team was extremely helpful, very professional and listened and helped me make the best choices for my budget and needs.Walter is very friendly and very helpful during the time in store and when I called in for questions.I very much would recommend.

We had a great experience in store. The rep had a great understanding of his beds and of what we needed after his assessment. We were pleasently surprised to find that the kind of bed we needed was not what we thought we needed and wanted. We love the bed recommended. The delivery experience was something very different. The driver could not get on the military post for lack of a front and back license plate. Who does that?!? Thank God we have a pickup. We had to meet them at the gate to pickup our stuff in the rain. The mattress is extremely heavy and difficult to maneuvers upstairs such we had been warned about from the sales rep which is why we opted for delivery with setup. However, we ended up having to get the mattress upstairs ourselves which was a nightmare.

Walter and the crew is amazing. He really cared about what we needed and didn’t try to push us. I highly recommend this store.

On May 8, 2021 called this location looking a Bunkie board. The gentlemen stated he can have it delivered to my home on 5/10/21. So I placed the order. The delivery team called Sunday, May 9, confirming the delivery time and I made the necessary adjustment to my schedule. They called again on Monday, May 10 stating they would have to reschedule the delivery. I did not like it but things happened. The delivery date was now set for Tuesday, May 11 with the same delivery time as Monday 4-6. Needless to say I heard nothing from Mattress firm regarding my product. I guess it was important enough for a call. Im currently in the market for two mattress for my teenage children in the next two weeks. Needless to say I will be looking else where due to this incident

This store has such amazing customer service! They educated about the different types of mattresses and what sleeping positions worked with what mattress firmness, and were extremely friendly in helping me pick out my first mattress ever as I am new adulting and doing a lot of firsts! These guys were amazing! And the mattresses are so comfy and beautiful with so many styles! Found my dream bed here :)

So I waited until I received my delivery fully before writing this. Mattress Firm hands down was the best purchasing experience Ive had in a long time. They dont focus on convincing you to buy the whole store they strictly focus on finding the right mattress or sleep accessory for a price you feel comfortable with. My wife and I were truly impressed by the customer service Sharnese C provided. She was able to handle multiple customers at once without leaving us with that left out or rushed feeling. If beds only lasted for a week, Id definitely shop there everytime! Side note, the delivery team was fast and professional as well (may have been a contracted company but it was a key part of the overall great experience).

I went into the store with my mind mainly made up. Based on past experiences, I wanted a top of the line innerspring mattress with medium support and I definitely didnt want a memory foam or plush bed. The salesman Walter listened to everything I had to say and asked me to try multiple beds. After trying multiple beds, the most comfortable for me was a plush memory foam. WTH? I told Walter I would return a few days later with my wife. She also wanted an innerspring and with a purchase this large, I needed to see what she was comfortable with.A few days later I returned with my wife not telling her about my experience. Walter once again listened to everything my wife had to say and asked her to try multiple beds. Well, after trying multiple beds, the plush memory foam was her favorite. Crazy I tell you.I had done a ton of research online. With me being 6ft 200lbs and my wife being 5ft 120lbs I figured medium support would be the best according to all research. You can do all the research in the world, but its your body that what will tell you whats best, not online reviews.Walter was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He explained the difference in bed technologies and how it effects different bodies in a very easy to understand manner. Right to the point. Probably the first time I spent the amount of money I did without hyperventilating afterwards.I highly recommend Mattress Firm and very much appreciate the experience delivered by Walter.

Good people helping us. Had I know Mattress Firm dropped My Pillow I never would have even gone in the store. You have the right to drop My Pillow and I have the right to boycott. Unfortunately I didnt realize when I bought. The 4 stars is for the sales person.

I called the store and spoke to charnise. She confirmed that they had the box spring I wanted in stock. I drove 15 minutes there to find out that they did NOT have it in stock. A simple check would have saved me trouble and left me not wishing to buy the rest of my mattresses from this location.

Walter gave me exceptional customer and showed extreme patience with me and my family while we were trying to decide which item to possibly purchase. He had great knowledge of all items and didn’t try to pressure me into a higher price product. Definitely would recommend them to any and everyone.

I was looking for a mattress and was a bit hesitant to start my search as I was doubtful that I would be left alone to browse, that I would have someone hovering over me, watching every move I made and start badgering and bothering me. My daughter who was visiting from Alexandria, VA and I set out to get me a much needed new mattress. I have had 5 back surgeries so a mattress that supports and feels good on my back is a must! Walter greeted us warmly as we came into the store. I was hoping he was the kind of person who would let us look alone as long as we wanted without hanging over us. Was he ever?!? He was sooo nice and just a lovely person! We told him about my back and what we wanted and thought we didnt want but we were willing to try his suggestions. He was so knowledgable about each group of mattresses and could answer any question we had! He gave us plenty of time to look on our own and seemed to know right when we were ready for him to come back and help us! We were so relaxed with his type of salesmanship and never felt rushed to make a decision! We actually settled on one mattress and were about to check out when I said, Wait a minute! I went back, flopped down on the other mattress for several minutes (we had tested each mattress at least 20 to 25 minutes!) changed my mind and selected that one! This time I was sure and my daughter AND Walter concurred so I really felt like I was making the right choice! I have forgotten what it was but it had something the other one didnt and we were ALL glad I chose that one! We never felt rushed but Walter was there when we needed him! He is just a kind, lovely person and I feel so fortunate to have met him! I wish everyone selling something could be just like Walter!!!
