Went there today with a budget. OMF was able to match it and get the mattress I wanted to the store within a week. They were very informative with the product they were selling and were able to point us exactly to the right mattress! Definitely recommend, this is the only place to get a new mattress in Newport News.

This review is being written about a month after I visited the store and purchased a mattress, a bit late but I wanted to actually use the mattress for a bit before writing a review.The employee I interacted with, a Mr. Will, was an incredibly nice gentleman. He was very knowledgeable about the various mattress and helped me pick out one that suited me nicely.I had a Casper foam-mattress for three years before it started to fail on me, and when I say fail it went from being a good bed to Dear god my back is killing me within a week and no matter how I slept on it, there was no change.I talked with Will about it and I mentioned I wanted to try their spring mattress. Ive had enough of entirely foam ones. And I laid on all that was in the showroom before eventually settling on the Orthopedic Ultra Plush Mattress Set. Because of when I went to buy the mattress, it took a week to be delivered.When the delivery team arrived, no joke, it took 18 minutes form start to finish for them to take away my old mattress set, bring in, and set up, my new mattress set.It has now been three weeks since the delivery and Ive been sleeping on the new mattress. At first, it hurt my back something fierce. But I calked that up to simply sleeping on a new mattress, and a firm one at that. By the end of the first week the pain in my back went away.I followed Wills suggestion to flip the mattress after two weeks, and since I have the mattress has become more comfortable while remaining firm.If, like me, you have a Casper foam mattress and youre looking to buy a new spring mattress, I highly recommend the Orthopedic Ultra Plush Mattress that I got. I highly recommend it.

I told the salesman what type of mattress I was looking for and was pointed towards a selection. I was able to make my selection without any pressure. My salesman was very knowledgeable, polite, and answered all of my questions. I love my new mattress. I havent slept this good in years

I just purchased 2 mattresses from here today and had to submit a comment on their exceptional customer service! I know their products are superior as I have used them in the past...their mattresses are so very comfortable and durable! But Tony was awesome! He advised/guided me to find the perfect product for my needs! He was professional and personable, and never pushed me into buying! I would highly recommend this company/store to anyone and will definitely use them again, myself!

We bought our third Original Mattress Factory bed this week. Our experience was just as amazing this time as it has been the last two times. We ordered it through Tony. He set up the delivery date, on a Saturday so we would not have to take off work for the delivery. The delivery men arrived early, dressed in uniforms, and were extremely professional. Now we are enjoying our newest mattress set! I cannot reccomend The Original Mattress Factory enough!

Their was no pressure. We knew basically what we wanted. We already own one Original Mattress Factory queen set product. Our family is growing because now we own 2! We were extremely pleased with the first product. Thats why we stayed with a company that provided excellent customer service and a well-made and durable product (though we probably frazzled our rep with all the questions and bantering we did when deciding to purchase this new queen mattress set). We highly recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a quality mattress product.

Straight forward no pressure product overview, no monkey business with price, great delivery communication and staff. I have two other OMF mattresses for guest beds and they have been comfortable and durable. We recently got the extra firm for ourselves because we love the construction, and will add our own removable padded mattress topper so we can refresh that as needed.

We found the salesman very knowledgeable and helpful. He acted in a professional manner, answered all our questions and expedited our purchase. Delivery went as planned. That process occurred in a timely manner. The gentlemen were polite, efficient and helpful.

The salesman (Will in Newport News) was professional, helpful, friendly, and courteous. He handled all my questions in a nice and responsible manner. This was my third purchase from OMF and Ive always been a happy customer.

Heres the deal. OMF is the real deal. Construction on their mattresses is done the old fashioned way to produce a quality long lasting product. This is a company that challenges the status quo to deliver a better product for a better price. Research like crazy on your mattress purchase, then walk in here and find what you really wanted the whole time. Their motto says it all NO BULL. Delivery is only $50 thats unbeatable. The buying experience here is different. I hate mattress stores, they are alot like used car lots. This is truly different.

Made my purchase from the Newport News store - the entire experience was great - from walking into the store, through the purchase process with Will, and the delivery of the queen mattress set (in fact one of the delivery men remembered having delivered a double bed mattress set about 10 years ago - and hes been with the company for 15-16 years).

Weve had our mattress for about a month now and couldnt be happier. The buying experience was low pressure and the sales associate wanted to make sure we were comfortable and informed through the whole process. Ive heard they can be stickers for warranty claims, but both the sales associate and delivery crew made it clear that it would be wise to purchase a mattress cover (didnt have to be the one they sell) and our bedframe had to offer proper support in the center to avoid a dispute later. Easy things to take care of on our end to ensure the mattress stays in good shape.Good product (so far) and a great buying process.

Will at the OMF store in Newport News was incredibly helpful and patient as we made our choice. We were able to visit the story multiple times and get a true understanding of our investment and safe up for our purchase. The price did not change over the 6-month course of our journey and there were no loop-holes or catches with the purchase. Additionally, the OMF delivery associates were punctual and thorough with the installation of our new bed. They took time to show us how the base worked and made sure we understood how our remote controls for the base units worked as well. Great variety of tastes

This is the second mattress we have purchased from TOMF. We purchased our first one in 2011 and still use it on a nightly basis with the same comfort as the day we bought it. We simply turned and flipped it a little more often than recommended which, for us, seems to have increased its consistent comfort level and overall longevity.

Shopping for mattresses was a comfortable process at OMF in Newport News. All questions answered and questions we didnt think of were suggested. We came to OMF following frustrating visits to other stores. I highly recommend a visit to OMF in Newport News if you need a mattress.

This business is the perfect example of false advertisement. They use words and phrases like “ quality product “ “ we stand behind our product “ “ warranty “ etc; and it’s all lies.If you do purchase a mattress from these people you will not have a warranty unless you buy one of their over priced mattress covers and when you do have a problem with your mattress, in my case it sagged even though we flipped and turned every time we were supposed to it still sagged. So I called the manager and his response was, why hurry you have a 10 year warranty, which is their game of keep it for a while a get a stain on it and we will say you have void your warranty, which has nothing to do with sagging, but I would not buy their mattress cover.The mattresses are a little high in price but I thought if I get the quality product they say they have then I don’t mind paying for it. Fool me once…. Well you know the rest.
