It was good. The store is always clean. I wish everyone would wear there masks though

Dirty, roof was leaking staff nowhere to be found but they had what I was looking for

I will never go in there again. The white guy seems to think everyone steals. I came in with my husband and never was ask to leave my bag up front. I came in with my daughter and its an issue. All of the sudden its company policy. Everyone do not steal. Then assume she is my friend because I do not look my age. No one else never gave me an issue but the white guy seems to follow me when I comes in. Another customer saw me and said your bag is your pocketbook. Yes and there is a reason it stays on my back until I get to the front of the register.

This Jefferson Family Dollar are crooks and cheat people,the customer service is lousy. Like why are they working if they cant handle customers? I will never ever go to another family dollar ever again,GHETTO!!!

They gave us 2 slim Jims and they were an year old

I went into this location today to pick up a few things. I was refused the use of their restroom that is in plain sight. I am 9 months pregnant with bladder issues and was told to go next door. That is not how paying customers should be treated.The Restroom Access Act, also known as Allys Law, is legislation passed by several U.S. states that requires retail establishments that have toilet facilities for their employees to also allow customers to use the facilities if the customer suffers from an inflammatory bowel disease or other medical condition requiring immediate access to a toilet.

Received gift for Christmas purchased from this store. And product did NOT work. charging port broken on brand new product. They would not replace or reimburse for faulty product they sold without a receipt. Like who gets the receipt for gifts theyve received. They sale broken products. And will not help you

Pretty decent store, not as large as the one near my house but this one usually isnt crowded.

I am not going to that store anymore because today was Tax Free Week and a black guy in there said that they didnt now that today was Tax Free Week. I WOULD PERFER THAT U SHOULD NOT GO THERE. 😣😣🤜🙇🤛🤛🤛🤛

Its okay the staff was very nice Ill certainly go back and shop there again.

Cashier had an issue with my girlfriend and when asked for her name she refused. After nearly half an hour of requesting the name from the manager I finally got it. We just wanted a name so we knew who to report the issue on to someone in upper level management and they made it a dogfight. I still dont understand. If you did nothing wrong what is the problem with providing a name? Proceed with caution and expect to be treated like you are the one at the register rather than the other way around.

Always cluttered. This store reminds me of a thrift store. Never have anything on the shelves because everything is still in boxes. Unorganized, unprofessional. The list can go on and on but what’s the point. This store needs new management or needs to be shut down

This family dollar stands by itself because of the nice people who works there they make your visit wonderful
