Ive been with Wireless4Less for years. Their service is impeccable. Its nice to be able to call them on the phone and speak with them directly or walk into the store and have them fix my phone issues immediately. Great customer service and their products are up to date with the latest in top cell phones. The plan rates are better than any you can find and NO CONTRACT. I refer all my friends to call Doug or his staff and get a great deal on phone service.

Hardly ever answers the phone. supposed to close at 6 I was there at 5:45 to pay my friends phone bill. My friends phone will be shut off because of them not being there when theyre supposed to be . Told my friend I would never go through them for a phone and I wouldnt get a phone through them if I were you I told him to go to Straight Talk same price and better service.

Rates are great, customer service/knowledge is fantastic. If you have patience its a great place - they dedicate time to each customer which makes wait times a little long, but its worth it. Have bought 4 phones from them, they stand behind them, been with them close to 3 years now.

Love these guys!!! Went in needing a new phone and they had lots to choose from. Badger helped me out and showed me the best deals and wound up with a phone that works very well. Not to mention the store manager fixed my husbands phone (i didnt even know they repaired phones but they do) and got us on our way. Great group of people to go to with any problems, they just seem to know how to fix them.

The owner doesn’t care that the employees are rude, and have snappy mouths. Brian is the owner, and hung up on me, the young guy working the counter sales hung up on me. Nixa is a small city and people talk about both good and bad customer service experiences. There is no signage so you can’t even see this tiny business off of Main Street. There are several good cell phone stores in the area. Avoid this store if at all possible.

I bought a used Xbox and Xbox 360 from this place a while back and as it turns out the Xbox 360 has parental controls lock on it from the previous owner! It begs the question of whether they actually check the products they get before they resell them! I have come into this location multiple times seeking customer support and have had very rude people. I have not set a foot in this store in months, nor will I for the foreseeable future and I would warn everyone to stay away from this store or purchase at your own risk!

I went thier to buy a phone as i was going to. Puerto Rico and allready had straight talk. The guy sold me a dorid turbo and looked up and told me it would work in Puerto Rico. When i got down thier was without a working phone even after the guy told me it would work. I went a whole month without a working phone in forgein place. When i got back terid see if they will fix it. They wouldnt do anything. Thier mistake cost me over 200 dollars and put me in very bad spot. I will contacting my lawyer very soon.

Just left Wireless 4 Less after knowlegeable & trustworthy owner & manger patiently explained how to use my new LGG2, transfered my contacts, map info, and complete year calendar. Place to go for not a tech savy female & know I wont be pressured to buy anything else. Plus, they are very kid friendly, they asked my girls if they wanted to watch a movie while they waited for mommy!

My mother and I went in looking for a game for my sons birthday and while there I noticed they might have a case for my tablet so I thought I would check on that as well and one of the men came out from in the back and accused us of making him into a free babysitter. He said my children are in his store every weekend.Now, I know that my older son has gone to the store with his father once before but seeing as both my children have adhd, I tend to keep a really close eye on them. As any parent of a child with adhd or person with adhd knows, theyre really hyper and get distracted very easily so I dont like letting them out of my site.With that being said, this man swore that I dropped my kids off at his store every weekend and had the nerve to say hed babysit for 30 dollars an hour. He also said that he knew for sure that it was my children and that they had been in there at least a dozen times or more. When I tried to talk to him about how my youngest had never even been in the store, he said ok maybe not that one but I know the other one has ( which he had because he had went in with his father before ) and still swore that my son was coming in alone every weekend. He was extremely rude and I couldnt even get a few words in before hed jump on me again.My children are 12 and 8. We live clear across town and there is no way Id let my children go anywhere without me or another form of supervision so I dont know whos children hes talking about but I know it isnt mine. He made a pretty big mistake. Hes lost our business for sure and I will make sure to spread the word about how rude this place is!Its a shame I have to give you one star to be honest. I wish I could give you less and when you find out who the children really are, I hope your a big enough man to apologize but it still wouldnt bring back our business or a change of review
