I spent 2 days argueing with corporate Verizon over the phone, went in this store after work planning on switching to another carrier but the new manager at this location was so friendly and helpful I didnt leave and left the store happy. I even bought a new phone. She stayed past closing to help fix my problems. Excellent customer service, this manager should be a district manager to show everyone how its supposed to done.
I had major anxiety with just the thought of transferring my service and getting a new phone all at the same time. Ryana made the process so easy and hassle free. She was great at answering questions and understanding my concerns. She explained quite a few different phones and helped me pick the one that was best for me. I couldnt be more pleased. Will definitely recommend her and Verizon in the future!
Cameron helped me and my mom with our phones, gave us great customer service. He was friendly, answered ALL of our questions even though we probably asked the same question over and over again. He was patient and I would highly recommend going to the Nixa location to work with Cameron!!

Great service. Jarred was great at helping everyone even though it was busy he was very professional and courteous.
Elderly father tried to go in to purchase a new phone and the individual working told him to leave since he did not have a mask. Father has breathing issues and is unable but the store rep told him to get out of the store. Then when my father asked to have all his accounts cancelled, the rep told him he would not cancel his accounts and to get out of the store. A store has the right to refuse service but not to treat someone this way. I will be contacting Verizon and no longer purchasing products through this store. Ozark Verizon was very accommodating and has a better policy in place for those who cannot wear masks due to health conditions.
Ryanne went the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. I dread the new phone shopping trip and she made our visit pleasurable. 10/10 recommend!

If I could choose something lower than one star I would. My husband and I have done business with this store for years and have never been treated as poorly as we were tonight. We simply went in to ask for help understanding our new bill as we had taken advantage of the buy one get one free iphone deal in February. We were being charged for 5 phone lines (we only have 4 phones) and we were still getting charged a monthly fee for the FREE phone we had gotten. We knew there had to be an explanation or some way to correct it so we went in to get help. While one young lady was assisting us, Amanda (who has worked there for years) interrupted her and started talking to us from across the room too far away for us to hear her. When we moved over, she grabbed the paper out of my hand and demanded to see the bill in an annoyed tone. She then proceeded to tell us how much of a bother we had been during the recent purchase and how the rep had gone above and beyond for us just like she herself had done 2 years ago for our son. When asked why she was coping an attitude, Amanda shoved my phone back at me and told me to figure it out yourself. When told that she was being disrespectful and unproffessional, the rep standing next to her told me that I didnt need to be coming in there acting like a B (she didnt say the rest of the word but made her point clearly). It was honestly surreal. My husband and I exchanged glances like is this really happening?. I dont exactly know what is going on in that store but they are obviously under a lot of stress or else we just ran into a Bad Apple. Needless to say we left and will never be back!!

I bought a very expensive lifetime guarantee lightning cord from this store some time ago. I came back into exchange because it no longer worked and Nathan that was supposed to assist me was a real jerk and very rude. I’m really disappointed.
Went in to update my old Verizon phone. I was the only customer in the store and there were 3 men working. The customer service was extremely poor, it took over an hour just to switch out my phones. I then asked if they could put my contacts into my new phone. The man said he could so I went next door to eat at a restaurant and when I came back he told me that he could not. So I took my phone to the younger man sitting next to him and asked him to do it. The first man was simply to lasy to do so! I will not go back to this Verizon store for service. Simply ridiculous!!
The staff person could not help me at all because I couldnt remember my PIN, I only had my online log in and password and he could not use his system to look me up with my ID. Had he really wanted to be helpful, he could have given me Verizons info to call and reset my PIN, which I did easily at home. Zero in store service.
DO NOT do business with this store! They are very willing to take your money, but are VERY annoyed and rude if you need assistance after your purchase.I called and was told they were busy with customers and would call me back - no return phone call!I called 24 hours later and was rudely told they were busy with customers and didnt have time to help me just now. I pointed out that I had waited over 24 hours for a return call....I didnt even get an Im sorry.NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS STORE! THEY DEFINITELY WONT GET MY BUSINESS IN THE FUTURE!
Staff is usually very good at fixing your problem. However, there is always that one that is a know it all attitude.

This company is one of the worst Verizon retailer store!! The staff are very Unprofessional while trying to hook up a device they seem to worry about gossiping to each other about non-work related things more than helping the customer so it takes hours for them to do their job! And they talk about every customer after they exit the store and it’s never andything good.If I could give this place a zero that’s what my rating would be. Verizon has good phone service but their staff for Victra SUCK!!!!!
I went in to activate my brand new $1000 phone & the rep decides its her job to peel off the protective film.😲SERIOUSLY?😠IN WHAT UNIVERSE IS THAT OKAY?😤YOU DO NOT PEEL THE PROTECTIVE FILM OFF OF SOMEONE ELSES ELECTRONICS!😡I had INTENTIONALLY left the film on to keep my phone scratch, dust & fingerprint free while I wait for my dbrand skin to arrive in the mail & this girl just ripped it off like it was nothing.😬I cant even wipe the darn thing off for fear of scuffing the finish. The skin is on backorder for 7-10 days because of Christmas & this tool just robbed me of the one layer of protection I had to get me through until then.😖What a dumb thing to do.😒Thanks a lot!

This store gives very misleading advice and will not help you after. Take your money to the real Verizon stores and avoid Z wireless. The Verizon store has a reason to help you after. This is my 2nd bad experience with this store and my last.
